Happy Halloween everyone!! Last year I posted a small series of links dressing up as their villains, tonight I’m revisiting that series 👁v👁✨

Allow me to present you: The vinks (villain link’s)

Four: professional backstabber, he’s cold and calculated while also losing a part of himself whenever he summons the bats. His own shadow is being held hostage by him

Wind: an idealistic young boy who use extreme means to reach his goal. Due to bellum’s corruption he’s becoming more animalitstic and survival focused, even if the ones closest to him gets hurt in the process

Sky: a walking curse. He’s angry at the gods, the world and even himself. Now with the godly gifts he’s received he will make sure nothings left

Warriors: commander of his very own army, but there is no bond between them. A narcissist who believes himself to be the best due to his hero’s spirit. His army is more like the audience (or backup firewood)

Wild: what would be the best way to help Ganon against the royal family? Why, using their strongest weapon and trustworthy champion against them of course. And Ganon’s malice makes it easier to have control of him too. How deblightful

And that’s what I was able to make for this year! Maybe I’ll be able to draw all nine of them next year xD I hope you guys will enjoy this, I had a blast with these designs

I accidentally spawned a backstory plunny for your v!Link drawing (specifically, the Wind redsign) where v!Wind monologs at the other LU boys, and before I get too deep into the fanception rabbit hole I wanted to know if you had any hcs about v!Wind's backstory, personality, etc? I don't want to step on any toes while playing in someone else's sandbox...

Hello! I did see that ask and was about to answer. I ended up getting stuck on how I feel about it and then got distracted (so sorry 😳)

Anyway, after pondering your question I eventually reached the conclusion that I'm fine with ideas from others. As I've already gotten some interesting ideas from friends (like that all the vinks exist and have been cursed in the same universe and the dinks team up to turn their light counterparts back to normal)

This au started out as just me having fun with character designs so in terms of backstory or plot it's basically nonexistent fhjrfg can't say if I'm gonna want to keep the same ideas for this au in the future but for now it's free range >:D

A hc for wind that I hinted in my sketches is his helmaroc mask. While bellum had taken hold of his body, wind is still mostly in control.. until the mask comes on and his mind goes into stasis. That's when bellum takes over and the way wind fights become more frantic and animal like
