the 20 dollar pair of throwaways I got for my sister's wedding were perfect for the like 7 hours I got them for but are really not perfect for like anything else ever

ah I dont even know whats wrong anymore. I look at my art, I go yikes, I try to write, words won´t come, I´m angry at little things and explode, I try to sleep and it takes an hour or more to fall asleep. I do wanna do things but when I´m there, ready and settled and with time, it takes days to get the slightest progress.

This is the first year that 1) I have recognised and understood that Christmas is my special interest and that hyperfixating on it isn't actually something I need to fix, and 2) I won't have any school or uni work to to over Christmas time. This is gonna be Such A Year

If you're someone that struggles to get yourself to want to shower, I HIGHLY recommend investing in soaps you're excited to use!

After almost finishing my last part of soap from a local maker, I got to pick out from other bars I have and I picked out a goat milk soap bar that smells like green tea and lemon grass and even holding it it felt SO nice!!!! I'm so excited to use it and it's making me EXCITED to shower later today after struggling to want to for a while!

#diye speaks #literally the best choice ive made was changing from bars from Walmart to local soap makers. i got like- 5 bars for $20 and theyre all so #amazing. the bar im almost done with is one of those 5 i got. im putting the rest of it in my expholiating glove so it doesnt go to waste #but this new bar im SO excited about #this helps me turn showering into a more positive experience than a negative one and makes me want to shower more often #bc i enjoy the soap and not just bc i hadnt showered in a while #it makes the sensory experience so much easier to handle too! bc then you cam better control things like the scents! and the feel of the #soap depending on what kind you get!!! #i wish there was a better way to alternate soap than just waiting until you run out bc then i could alternate to a new smell whenever i get #bored of the current one #also i know this seems kinda obvious but to be fair- i was stuck using irish spring for a long time and i hate the smell and hardness of it #and i didnt know i could just - go and get different SOFTER soap until like last year #i had soap from royalty soaps before and while good is still just a little tok hard for me #so i think goats milk is the way to go #anyway these tags are all journaling basically so- #diye journals
