The moment (Y/N) showed Mirio the positive pregnancy test, he was ecstatic

She is carrying his baby!! A tiny human that they made together!!

It’s like she was fostering a physical proof of their love and he was absolutely adoring the idea of a mini-(Y/N) and mini-Mirio walking around the house

But what if something would go wrong?

What if she fell down the stairs and accidently bumps her stomach? She could lose their child!

What if she works too hard and gets so stressed that it kills their baby?? That absolutely cannot happen!!

From now on, Mirio takes care of everything

He will cook, clean, do everything around the house

If (Y/N) tries to raise even a single finger, Mirio will be right there to put her back to bed and tuck her in under the blanket

Prepare to be coddled to death and treated like an absolute princess

Whatever whim she has, Mirio is there to listen to it

Doesn’t matter if she’s absolutely craving pickles with vanilla ice cream at 3 AM, Mirio will run to the store if that’s what she wants

While it is kind of annoying to be treated like a toddler who can’t take care of herself, (Y/N) doesn’t exactly mind that he does everything, especially as she goes deeper into the pregnancy and it gets harder to walk around and do stuff while standing up

Of course she’s also very grateful for the many foot rubs and back massages Mirio gives her

One of his favourite past times is to sit on the bed with her on his lap, while he rubs the baby bump and tells their future child bed time stories.

When he tucks her into bed for the night, he always makes sure to give the baby bump a kiss too

He absolutely can’t wait for the child to arrive and have himself a perfect little family :)
