Perhaps they are congregating around the yule log with their friends, celebrating the holiday season with their found families, or perhaps they’re a group of singletons spending valentine's day together.  This quarter we want to see our favourites being social!  As always, feel free to interpret the prompt widely! Anyone who wants to! You don’t have to sign up or be a member of the Tavern Fest Discord server to take part, but if you’re keen to hang out with some other Merlin fans, we’d love for you to join us! (Note: the server is 18+ only)

Yes, it’s round 13 of  @tavernfest — unlucky for some, or at least, your characters!

This round the citizens of Camelot appear to be experiencing a touch of bad luck. So we challenge you to give it your best, whilst your characters experience the worst.

Perhaps someone (*cough* probably Arthur) is under a spell (again!), or Camelot has been cursed (again!). Maybe someone has had a fight due to a disagreement, which is actually merely a misunderstanding. Or perhaps Gaius has mixed up some potions. 

This quarter we want to see our favourites experiencing some kind of hardship.

Arthur has known for a while that he’s bi. He’s known for about as long that he finds Merlin attractive, too. They are friends though, and there are a hundred reasons why they cannot happen, no matter what Arthur otherwise thinks about it.
