My friend and I are gonna be reading books together and talking about books and bookish things together on our reading blogs!
Mine is @reading-for-days. It used to be an rp sideblog where I'd comment on books in-character as my muses. I'm going to be using it as a reading blog for me now, no more rping stuff.
She is in the process of making hers and I'll share it if she's comfortable with me doing so once it's ready. In the meantime you're welcome to follow mine and we can talk about books and things! :3

It's literally so easy to check your biases against women in media and yet none of you seem to be able to do it. Why is it so hard to just think would I still hate this character if they were a man, the amount of you I see dragging a female character through the mud for doing something morally grey whilst also saying you forgive your male fave for literal warcrimes. I'm starting to believe some of you are misogynists for real.

"It does sound highly unethical, doesn't it? Only a real creep would rip off bits of someone else and keep them in a box. Someone with some real fucked up problems," Doomsday emphasizes at no one in particular.
She doesn't want to upset her friend on something that she has no evidence on, and something that she isn't sure is considered breaking the fourth wall or not at this point either.
"How about I rip off bits of you and stick them in a box."

It would be flipping hilarious if the Office was like Howl's Moving Castle! I might have to have it gain the ability to just get up and move around some time. xD

I've probably explained this before, but I'll explain it for the newer folks - where Thursday's daughter Mae came from, since nobody in the Offices fathered her.
After the plot where Doomsday was introduced, Thursday began having terrible nightmares. She was having difficulty moving on after having died - yes, she literally died, was dead for several hours while her soul was outside of her body battling against Doomsday - and the trauma from her month-long suffering against the Dampening mist.
She decided that she wanted to have a baby in an attempt to move on with her life. But she wasn't in any relationships and there wasn't anybody in the Offices or in the area that could she could ask to be a donor for her (nobody appropriate, anyway, and everyone else was incompatible for one reason or another).
Doomsday had an idea - her idea was to break into a genetics facility and hold some doctors hostage until they prepped the materials, which she then brought back to Thursday, and then later on Mae was born!
That's the story! Mae is very loved by everyone in the Office and well protected. Needless to say, if you so much as look at her wrong, you will suffer a slow, painful death. :p

( @5mind - Continued from here!)
Despite the Office being a sprawling 10 floor building with hundreds upon hundreds of rooms and hallways in which to get lost, it's pretty easy to find people. Most of them tend to gravitate around the employee lounges and other landmark rooms, in particular the fourth floor lounge that doubles as a kitchen. It's no surprise to find Antares lounging in there.
Mae leans her weight against Thursday while she just does that baby stare at Antares. Thursday laughs and says, "Well I didn't mention her! I didn't want to bore you with talking your ear off about my kid, ahahaha. But I thought I'd bring her by and introduce her to you today."
She lets Mae lean over the other side of the back of the couch to get closer if she wants. The baby seems to be particularly interested in Antares's helmet. Being raised in the Office among ghosts and monsters, she doesn't show any shyness or anxiety about not seeing a human face there.
"We're all like family here, technically. But if you want to hear the real, funny story about where she came from, ahahaha," she laughs while Mae starts to babble and inspect her new acquaintance, "I wanted a baby, so Doomsday went into another dimension and broke into a genetics storage facility, held a bunch of doctors hostage until they, you know, prepped it and everything, and then she brought it back here and, well, voila, baby. Oh, Mae Mae, don't touch his face, baby, unless he says you can, ahahaha."
