Next time I do this exercise I think I’m going to have to try on an empty stomach. I’m fast learning that I exercise better and more efficiently when I have little nourishment to begin with and my stomach is empty of most food. I believe digestion gets in the way of serious workout I can use that energy very quickly. Today I’m feeling a little bit under the weather. But the glands in my throat appear to be a little bit raw so was a case of maximising my vitamin C intake Plus Echinacea and also my regular thyme oil. Exercise wise I’m doing my best not to miss a day whenever possible with wallsits. I had to air drop one of these videos to my iPhone. The whole idea is to be able to pick up this heavyweight just with one finger. Begin with your little finger and progress through each fingers of the hand. In the first of the videos I’m not so successful because I’m trying to lift from one side and a rather unbalanced. But this has also give me an idea how to pick up a fallen weight with one finger.
