You have a very sad view of humanity if you believe an unwanted child 1. is guaranteed to be abused, 2. is better off dead. There are many instances where mothers with unintended pregnancies who can’t access abortion become wonderful mothers. It’s even more sad that you’d rather be dead than pregnant. I mean this with all sincerity, seek therapy. You have an unhealthy view of pregnancy and it’s concerning.

You are also a clump of cells, but that unborn baby is just as alive as me or you.

Anyway, you have a lot of hate in your heart and just jump to unfounded assumptions about us. I hope you gain a better view of women and why they actually seek abortions. Wanting an abortion does not mean you will be a neglectful or abusive parent.

Wow did you pull that one right out of the pro-choice handbook? You’ve never actually talked to a pro-lifer before or heard about the help they’ve given to so many desperate women who have no support other than the support given to them by pregnancy centers. Are you suggesting that all unwanted babies who aren’t aborted are guaranteed to be abused??? Foster care is about reunification with their families. You’re confusing foster care with adoption. We’re also against school shootings. We want to protect life from conception till death. Womb to the tomb. We especially want to protect those who are most vulnerable and have no one really advocating for them, such as the unborn, infants, desperate mothers/fathers, and the elderly.

Get your head out of your pro-choice bubble and actually talk to pro-lifers and learn about the work we actually do.

When you conceive, a new human being has already been made. You’re trying to use the argument of self defense to justify abortion, but you assume you can just kill someone you perceive is a threat when, in almost all cases, an unborn child is not a threat. In the conditions during pregnancy that threaten the life of the mother, the solution is not abortion. It’s usually either close monitoring or early delivery, where both mom and baby are treated as patients. There is never a reason to intentionally kill an innocent unborn child. Unborn children are not leeching off their mother. You don’t understand pregnancy if you truly think that. Once you become pregnant, you are then responsible for that child until someone else can care for them. Growing in the womb is a requirement for all human beings to live during the earliest stages of our development. Your right to life will trump theirs during a medical emergency where, if the baby is not removed prematurely, you will die. But that early delivery does not mean doctors shouldn’t try to save that baby, too. You can’t just intentionally kill an innocent human being and claim that it’s self-defense because you don’t want to deal with pregnancy. Your inconvenience is not a reason for someone else to die. And yes, pregnancy is a risk, but so is everything in life. Not willing to experience that risk? Avoid the action that can lead to it.

Friendly reminder that prenatal children with a terminal diagnosis have a right to hospice/palliative care, and parents have a right to obtain emotional and psychological support through that time.

Oh right I forgot palliative care is magic and is able to remove suffering despite modern medicine being incapable of doing so. Sure painkillers quickly become useless and theres really nothing one can do to make you not choke to death when you lack lungs but being born scared and in pain then dying knowing a short life of nothing but suffering is truly compassionate.

You're right let's stab everyone currently in palliative care to death. That's the kinder thing to do. They don't understand how much they suffer and that they're better off dead. We need to make that choice for them and just kill them all.

Abortion is a very basic definition that y'all don't seem to get. "the termination of a pregnancy after, accompanied by, resulting in, or closely followed by the death of the embryo or fetus" miscarriages are one form of abortion they're literally called spontaneous abortion. The typical first step for ectopic pregnancy treatment is an abortion using methotrexate. Abortion isn't some super special baby murder technique, its anything done to terminate the pregnancy that doesn't end in happy baby.
