Your psychological and emotional health always comes first. It doesn't matter if it destroys what you have been working on, the trains comes everyday to pick you up, but if you don't feel like you're ready, it is okey. Its perfectly fine to not feel fine. October is around the corner and halloween's movies of terror are back, yet the only thing I'm scared of is my nightmares.
