Bozune is base-coated! Gonna go with Marvel’s colors because she’s what the cool kids call “Girl Boss”. I def want to shake things up so I’m gonna try blending and “feathering” in the style of Tyranids from Warhammer. It’ll do a lot of good for the detailed surface of this model.

Arii 1/8000 SDF-1 Macross complete!

I’ve included the unflattering angles to show what details exist on the model. So, this was a very fun build and paint job. I’m very happy with the results as I was able to accurately convey what I had in mind for the paint job.

I actually own Hasegawa’s 1/4000 model kit of the DYRL Macross but, that will have to wait until I get an airbrush… which is sooner than one might assume!
