? U don’t have to answer if u don’t wanna, but what did Sally’s creator do?

Alright, so this is all stuff I have heard from other creators, so I may leave some things out, or even quote things incorrectly. I dont know where to find the info that can back up my claims, but I trust it when multiple people talk about it all at once and agree with each other.

That being said, the creator of Sally obviously wrote Sally as a child. A young, 8 year old, child. Upon the creation of ‘Sally’ getting popular, the creator proceeded to ‘age up’ the character in their art so that they could ship them with other pasta characters without backlash.

The problem I have with this is that the version of Sally we are all comfortable with is a child, and I will not change my mind on that, regardless of some aged up art and the creator claiming that makes it okay. I dont think it makes it okay.

Hats off to you if you have a original character you want to ship with a character of any fandom, not just this one, but aging them up crosses a line for me.

If there are people out there with evidence/proof of this, then by all means reblog this with links or whatever form of evidence you have. But I am going purely on hear say. I know I’m not the only one that doesnt write for Sally in my circle of pasta blog mutuals, but I cant say they dont write for her for the same reason.

Thats just my stance on the situation. Thanks for asking.
