Last night I was sooo hungry I couldn't sleep but I pushed through because I knew I'd be skinnier today and I weighed in at 148.4 which I haven't hit since my 3 week fast in 2022 but this time it's sustainable I think cuz it's been slow progress

That moment when you're trying to poop but you're super constipated so they are little hard rocks and there's not enough so it keeps getting sucked up after *minutes* of squeezing and you're close so you keep going but just end up peeing more and more draining every last drop but you just can't get that little bit of poop out
