better-me-challenge for November
hey,
i made a little challenge for myself-just because i‘m sick of some of my stupid habits and want to build better ones.
Here we go:
1. less Instagram use
2. read more
3. put away my phone at 9pm
4. no soft drinks, no chewing gum (expect mint gum)
5. drink more tea, less coffee (max. 1/day)
6. use sweetener no more than 1/day
7. eat max. 4 fruits/day
8. calm down in the evening and breathe more deeply

As I get older I’m finding that a lot of the “intellectuals” I used to admire are actually just condescending and pretentious. And also realizing how much more important it is to be present, considerate, and empathetic because nobody really knows what they’re talking about and anyone who claims to know everything about anything is feeding you bs.

Try to never be the smartest person in the room.
Being the smartest person in the room feels good. You can teach other people things and boost your ego, but in the end, you won’t learn a darn thing.
Surround yourself with people who are smarter than you. It’s actually not a difficult thing to do - we’re all smart in different ways. I know it sucks feeling stupid sometimes, but you will never learn by always being the smartest person in the room. 
Challenge yourself. Expand your mind. Never stop learning.

drink water!!!! dance in your room!!!!!! eat a lot of veggies!!!!!! dance as you do chores!!!!!! eat some fruit!!!!!!!! let yourself feel sad!!!!! have that $5 hot drink sometimes!!!!! try to smile even when you’re alone and doing some work!!!! listen to music that makes you happy when you’re feeling down!!!!!! we’ve all gone through crap and life might have more in store for us but we got this!!!!!

update 11/5/18
still haven’t gained weight.
talked to a dietician yesterday. my body fat percentage is ~11-12% and i only have 2,5kg body fat. lost even more boobs.
will try to balance my hormones out, eat more healthy fats and work out my ass.
