I thought people were?? Joking?? when they said that Destiel became canon in the most homophobic way possible, but... they aren’t wrong?? I watched the clip and... Having one person confess their feelings and start to cry while the other one is just standing there stoically as their eyes get a little watery, but nothing you couldn’t just blame on allergies, and then he almost immediately gets shoved to the floor by the one who confessed their feelings... It just felt very one-sided, I guess. 

It should be noted, though, that I didn’t watch the whole episode. only the part where Cas tells Dean he loves him. but...
