Totally did not wake up on time today cause I didn’t set any alarms 🤷🏼‍♀️ oops. But got my alarms set for tomorrow. I’m debating on when to take my apple cider vinegar shot. I feel like taking it before bed would be best and then brushing my teeth after so I don’t have to think about how terrible the taste is. I’ll probably also be taking my walk later today when it starts to cool down but who knows.. I may do it earlier and just make sure to have a hat and some ice cold water.
My agenda today includes cleaning my apartment some more. I’ve got a lot done but a lot more still needs doing. I have little to no motivation, Maybe it’s because this place just doesn’t feel like home and isn’t going to be a very permanent home. But I do have a little under a year and a half left so I need to make it inviting for myself and a place I can relax and not look around and be stressed...like I am now. Doing laundry which I have to do at my parents place because people like to steal at my apartments. (Why would anyone steal dirty clothes?!?) also I need to try and make dinner tonight though with limited options because I’m broke will likely be some sort of pasta.
Trying to start a bullet journal but I’m struggling. Mine currently looks very ugly and my artistic side is not as strong as it use to be, at least not right now.

Starting Over... again.
So I fell off and I fell off hard. Between working two jobs (one which was like hell for me for multiple reasons) and having a boyfriend and trying to spend time with family I just stopped caring about what I was eating or doing. The job that I hated made me super depressed so on days that I was off or didn’t have plans after work I just slept. I let my apartment get insanely messy and I let myself gain a little more weight. But things have to change, for my health and for my future. I know where this path leads if I don’t get my act together, I see it all around me. My boyfriend and I have talked about having kids in the future and I have got to be healthy for them and for myself.
Where do I start ? I have gotten better about drinking less soda so that’s something but I need to do more. I quit the job that was hellacious for me so my mental health is already improving.
I want to set 2 small goals and 1 big goal as far as making better habits. My big goal is to take at least a 30 minute walk 5 times a week.
A small goal of mine is to wake up by 6:30 (I currently wake up at 7:00 so this isn’t a huge jump in time)
My second small goal is to take a shot of apple cider vinegar each day (I’m not necessarily using this for weight loss but for its other benefits like it helping with acid reflex and bowel issues)
Now how do I hold myself accountable? Maybe I need to post on here each day pictures of my walk, post when I get up and take a picture/video of me drinking my apple cider vinegar.
