When you’re not in Japan at the moment but you have important event limited goods you absolutely need to have —you get the boss of the company you’re working for to get them for you （ ´థ౪థ） Funny thing is the staff actually asked if he was getting them for his girlfriend, in which he responded that she (me) is half his age so they corrected their question and asked if it was for his daughter, LOL. And he got lazy to explain so he just said “yes”… Apparently when he was queuing before the store opened, fangirls who were waiting to enter the Kiramune Cafe mistook him for a fanboy and asked him questions like who his favorite member was etc. too XD *photos are sent by him*

Kakihara Tetsuya on his experience in Singapore (C3AFASG 2017)

【On B-Project Stage/Meet&Greet】

“Of course there were Singaporeans, but there were also fans who came from outside of Singapore --from Thailand and China for example --fans from many different countries also gathered in Singapore just for this event. There were even fans from Japan! I'm shocked. Really, thank you.”

- Apparently it’s his first event with Toyonaga (just the two of them) and he got to see a side of Tosshi he’s never seen before. He once again realizes how much of a great personality Tosshi has.

- Toyonaga also said he was really happy to have been able to meet many fans from different countries.

【On his time in Singapore】

- Said no matter what he ate in Singapore, the food -everything is absolutely delicious.

- Out of the many countries he’s been to, Singapore’s food easily makes it into his top 3.

- Because Singapore has such a wide variety of cuisines, there’s definitely something that will suit the taste of Japanese people.

- Said Singapore’s really fun to the point where it easily makes it into his top 3 list of “countries I want to visit (again)”

- Recommends his Japanese viewers to give Singapore a visit if they’re looking to have a short travel overseas and vouches that Singapore suits most of the Japanese’s tastes and that they can definitely enjoy themselves here.

- Right after the M&G event ended, they went straight to Universal Studios Singapore (USS) LOL. Except Toyonaga.

- When asked what Toyonaga planned to do if he’s not joining them for USS, he said he wants to focus on his music career (song/lyrics writing etc.)

- The next time the met was the following day in the bus to the airport LOL.

- When they were heading to USS (by taxi), it was sunny but it gradually started becoming cloudy. And then the moment they stepped into the theme park, it started pouring like crazy.

- They ended up having a quick bite in one of the restaurants in USS (since they were already there and paid for the entrance fee) and about 30 minutes later it was suddenly sunny again 😂

- He seems to be confused with the Singapore weather HAHA.

- Many tourists/park visitors already left due to the heavy rain earlier so it was basically “all-you-can-ride” at this point.

- Even though all of (or most) of the rides had a waiting time of 5 minutes, it didn’t even take 5 minutes for his turn. Said he had the time of his life spamming rides like the Transformer etc.

- He’s never seen such an empty Universal Studios before pfff.

In regards to Toyonaga and Kakihara’s Meet&Greet on AFASG17 (17/11/26)

Putting the poor management aside, I’m going to go straight to the point.

People, please please PLEASE!!! Follow the rules and respect the seiyuus’ privacy.

I’ve heard that some people stalked them at the airport and even took footage of their adventures lol. I don’t really think that’s the right thing to do...?

And also, there was a game quiz segment where the seiyuus were made to guess the answer and draw what they think is the right answer. And then someone asked if there was a time limit, in which the MC replied there wasn’t a time limit allocated so it was kinda like free and easy. Then these really rude people were like 10 seconds! 10 seconds! And it somehow ended up becoming them having a time limit of 30 seconds. And the worse part was that they were doing a countdown what the heck. The MC then told them not to do it since they might pressurize the seiyuus, but no one listened! It got pretty awkward though until Kakki suddenly went 「お前らうるせぇぞっ！」 (Omaera urusee zo!/ Hey you guys are noisy!) ‘jokingly’ which Tosshi also then told them to shut up in his character’s voice (of course ‘jokingly’ as well) but I don’t think either of them were too happy with the counting down… they were trying to concentrate -you can see their concentration on their faces especially Tosshi but the counting down was really, really annoying. I dunno about Tosshi but Kakki seemed a little annoyed ok.

Please, please, please stop that and not do what you’re not supposed to.

We also had people who were trying to take photographs... It was outright stated NO photography audio recordings etc. but of course there are still people who does them 😃 and they even got caught lol. It was announced through the MC (from the manager(?)) that they found someone taking photos and gave a warning not to do it anymore. I’m pretty sure I saw Kakki’s face darkening upon hearing the news and they didn’t seem too happy about it… they did say in a playful tone not to do it anymore but I really don’t think they were too happy about it I swear I saw Kakki’s wtf face lol.

*UPDATES*

Apparently I got updates that the person who did all of these is the same person....? Also the counting down was done on purpose so that Tosshi would growl “shut up” in his character’s voice....? I’m not going to put out any names at the moment but please please PLEASE respect the rules and manners especially if you’re in a foreign country oh my god.

And no, I’m not jealous because you got to interact with them in their private time. And also no, I’m not jealous because you got more attention from them. I’d rather be able to talk to them; receive attention from them at these events (and follow the rules/respect their privacy) or unless I really run into them by coincidence.

I’m upset and angry about you being disrespectful and not following the rules lol.

So this is an excerpt from my own copy of SERVAMP FESTIVAL DVD and ever since attending the actual event back in February, I’ve always wanted to share this little part on Suzuki Tatsuhisa’s thoughts on Tsubaki. Tattsun is normally fooling around but at times like this when he gets serious, he’s really cool. I love that gap, haha.

A little background on what happened in this corner; the cast each picked their favorite scene from the anime (off screen) and talked about why they picked it. Here’s a rough summary of what Tattsun said, but do take note that it might be inaccurate. I don’t have a lot of confidence in my Japanese lately orz. Also, bad English. And, please correct me if anything strayed too far from the original meaning. Thanks!

After the scene finished playing, Tattsun revealed that he actually didn’t pick this scene but the entirety of episode 12. Being half anime original and half directly from the manga (following the manga), you’re able to see a part of Tsubaki that you normally wouldn’t be able to. While it might be true that this particular scene is important, he didn’t pick just this scene alone because he felt that the entire episode lets you see (learn) a lot about Tsubaki.

Tattsun then carried on that while it might be the case in this scene, he’s felt nothing but pain (hurt) while voicing, or even watching Tsubaki every single time. And after everything, it’s as if he’s finally able to see the light; like there’s actually a reason behind all of Tsubaki’s laughter, hatred and also how he goes everything’s not interesting etc., and that that’s probably Tsubaki’s own way of showing the sadness (melancholy) he’s been holding on to for the past hundred of years.

Like how everyone else has a partner (referring to the other Servamps with their Eves), Tsubaki should also have had a few in the past. However, the weight of being betrayed and/or being left behind (death) --and ultimately the hatred (for himself) of wanting to save them despite everything/or unable to save them (from death) piled up and plunged him deeper into depression.

Tattsun said that he voices Tsubaki all the time while having the thought of wanting to be by his side, and that very reason why can be seen from the selected scene (episode).

Tattsun....... (T__T) I really like it when they analyse their characters so deeply. It shows how serious they are about their work, haha.
