it’s as if they have switched roles. darcy has been so focussed on wanting to tear their heads from their bodies that she’s hardly considered the fact that other people might not want to. in a turn of events, nova has been the one to consider that other clans might have differing opinions too. that is how she knows that they’ve both changed, amongst other reasons. she hums, lips pressed together in a tight, mischievous smile before the smile softens to kiss him back. ‘ good. ’ she presses another quick kiss to his lips. she is PROUD of him. nose brushing against his own, she chuckles, her voice a whisper when she speaks. ‘ i want to tear their lungs from their bodies, but we can’t do that without support. i can speak to the leader of shallow valley; she softens up around theo so i can talk to her with ease. he’s good to use as a weapon sometimes. innocently, that is. ’ a huff of laughter leaves her lips.
a small chuckle falls past lips as arms tightened around her. she really was a wonder. considering where she’d come from, where they’d STARTED. lips move against hers with far more certainty than before. fingers move up to brush along cheek, touch so soft and contradictory to the conversation. because she made him WEAK. his new family made him weak. and he would crush a thousand men should the woman ask him to. and it seems she was. forehead moves to rest on hers as he pulls back a touch, eyes still closed. ❛ we could have our own army. azgeda are still more trustworthy than skaikru could ever DREAM of being. i had several men tell me to overthrow octavia, but she was your friend so i did not. but if it comes to it. for you, and for our SON, i will. ❜ despite all he’d set up for their solitude.

darcy hums in amusement at his words, a small smile curving her lips upwards. ‘ i wouldn’t have it any other way, my king, ’ the blonde grins, pushing back loose locks of hair. ‘ you’ve restored strength to azgedakru. we have strong leadership and an heir now, but… ’ darcy bites down on her lower lip absentmindedly, but only for a brief few seconds. ‘ we can’t be blinded. there are enemies out there. if they come… we must kill them all. you agree, yes? ’ darcy’s brows rise. she knows what skaikru became once they were given ONE TOO MANY chances; these newcomers should be slain before they get a chance to stand on their own too feet. ‘ the world is only big enough for wonkru now. ’
for a short while, he’s far too blinded by her beauty to register intent. but they soon start to filter through and the boy allows a rather wicked smile to lift lips. she had truly become a part of azgeda now. she had learned how to think like THEM. yet maybe a little too much. lips move to brush over hers, but not for long, enough to prove how proud he was without having to say it. ❛ we have come a long way. but i’m still well aware of the dangers that present themselves when you are OUTNUMBERED. i have been talking to sangedakru and some of the more liberal members of trikru. they are alined with us, no matter what. ❜
