Starting in April I had shot sunset at Schoodic and while there naturally scoped out Milky Way comps using @photopills and took some blue hour shots.. This particular spot's primetime is between June and August, but not entirely limited to just that time frame. For those that are familiar know that it's pretty much impossible to track here, fortunately there's a spot just down the road that's more open. So anyway, fast forward to August, I got back up here, shot some nighttime foreground and tracked the sky at the spot up the road. Ended up hating how the nighttime foreground came out, so I ended up using the cleaner blue hour shot from April. I've posted a few iterations of this shot, but was never really happy with em, but I think I'm finally satisfied with this one. I made a time-lapse of this edit for my IGTV a little while back, but never actually posted the shot, so be sure to check that out if interested how it came together.
