Takarazuka is very strict on copyright, and with the exception of Takarazuka Insanity Project, which provides subtitled shows, all the other links provided here do not include videos.

If you’re new to Takarazuka, and are unable to purchase the official DVD/Blu-Ray releases, there are other fans who stream their shows from time to time (some of which are subtitled). You can look at the Takarazuka Trello, the Takarazuka tag on tumblr, or other Takarazuka accounts to see if anyone is streaming.

Takarazuka Insanity Project They have 38 subtitled shows available. They offer DVD releases of their subtitled shows if you pay for the material charge and shipping.
