My name is Sarah. I am in my twenties, aro ace, she/her pronouns, currently residing in New Zealand. One Piece, 9-1-1, Murderbot Diaries, Trigun, Fish Keeping, Sewing, Dinosaurs, Space. Etc.
Late last year, I started the anime One Piece, after watching the Live Action. As I went, I kept track of important things, characters, and their relationships with each other. Since I am now completely caught up, and watching egghead on a weekly basis, I figured I might as well share my flow chart. I've scheduled them to post once a week until we reach the current time. I started keeping track ep 191, and each chart will update about 50 episodes from the last.

One Piece Flowchart up to ep 240. Started adding my own theories and color keys.
Theories as of episode 240
The D's are all related. Luffy and Garp are, there was a wierd tension between Garp and Rodger on the execution platform, so, actually family? Ace and Luffy are brothers but don't share a father (actually cousins but raised together? Half brothers from the same mother?)
The D stands for Deal with Devil
Usopp will get over himself before we leave Water 7
CP9 is a government secret agency
Blackbeard is responsible for Whitebeard's illness, which is why Ace is pissed
Ace is gonna get in trouble with Blackbeard, otherwise they wouldn't put so much emphasis on him looking for him.

Starting us off! The very first iteration of the flow chart, when one piece went from a show I was watching to something that would consume my brain lol. Simple connections so far. (Watch how quickly it gets convoluted in the coming weeks).
I would like to thank my friend John who managed to simultaneously get me into one piece, and also help me avoid spoilers for more than 1000 episodes as I caught up. Genuinely I did not once get spoiled for anything that happens (except garp cause I watched live action first) even when it was clear it was killing him slowly lol.

Please note, if it matters to you, that I am primarily a Dub viewer, as I find subtitles difficult to focus on for long periods, and I have never touched the manga version.

Additional note: I know I accidently skipped Nami (and therefore her connections) in these early charts, she'll turn up again in the later posts. Sorry to Nami fans!
Sneak preview of something i've been working on for months now.

Roman glass jug with a smaller glass jug inside ~ a so called joke jar that shows the skill of the glassmaker. Probably made in workshop in Cologne, found in burial in Stein am Rhein, #Switzerland, 4th c. AD.
This one was inspired by a passage from Dr David Hone's book The Future Of Dinosaurs, where he mentions the possibility of Batesian Mimicry. This is the act of an animal assuming the appearance of a more dangerous creature to discourage predators. See Sunbitterns, Milk snakes, baby Cheetahs etc.
As far as I know, no one has reconstructed dinosaurs doing this, so I thought I'd give it a go.
blood is basically the most normal thing for a sword to hunger for. if a sword gained sentience and started asking me for blood i'd be like yeah i thought you might say that
