I've been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard

Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.

La filosofía es una disciplina que se ocupa de una serie de problemas teóricos y prácticos a través de la crítica, la reflexión, la interpretación textual y el ejercicio de la razón en todas sus formas. Los problemas de estudio de la filosofía se dan en torno al conocimiento, la existencia, el lenguaje, el ser, la vida, el arte, la verdad, la razón, la teología y la mente, entre otros. Por cada uno de estos problemas existe una rama específica que los aborda, como la metafísica, la gnoseología, la estética, la lógica o la ética. Al ser una disciplina problemática en sí misma, la filosofía es difícil de caracterizar. Cada filósofo define su práctica filosófica según el problema al que se dedique. Sin embargo, al ser considerada como madre de todas las ciencias, muchos filósofos abordan distintos problemas y áreas de la filosofía. No es extraño ver que algunos filósofos incursionen incluso en áreas que, en principio, son ajenas a la disciplina, como las matemáticas, la biología o la bioética.

La palabra “filosofía” proviene del griego “philosophia” (φιλοσοφία), que se traduce literalmente como “amor a la sabiduría”. Así como “philos” significa “amante”, también es “amor”. El filósofo es el amante de la sabiduría, su amigo, su compañero. Sin embargo, esta traducción es discutida, y aún hoy son muchos los debates que se dan en torno a cuál es el sentido original de la palabra “philosophia”.

La filosofía tiene una rica historia que se remonta a la antigua Grecia, con figuras como Sócrates, Platón y Aristóteles. A lo largo de los siglos, ha evolucionado y se ha dividido en diferentes períodos, como la filosofía antigua, medieval, moderna y contemporánea. Cada período ha aportado nuevas perspectivas y enfoques a la disciplina.

En resumen, la filosofía es un viaje intelectual que nos lleva a explorar las preguntas fundamentales sobre la existencia, la verdad, la moralidad y la realidad. A continuación, te llevaremos a una experiencia en donde los videojuegos nos hablaran acerca su punto de vista sobre "qué es la vida", vamos a verlo.

Como podemos ver en el diálogo de Jas y Harvey de Stardew Valley, se habla de una vida en donde tú eres la felicidad de otros con tu ayuda, como Aristóteles sostiene que vivir de manera injusta, egoísta o irresponsable no solo afecta a los demás, sino que también impide nuestro propio desarrollo y bienestar. Según Aristóteles, la felicidad no se encuentra en placeres momentáneos o bienes materiales, sino que se alcanza a través del desarrollo de nuestras capacidades y virtudes. En otras palabras, buscar el bien común y actuar virtuosamente es fundamental para encontrar la verdadera felicidad.

Sans y Papyrus son hermanos, Papyrus es muy de creer todo lo que escucha, pero esta vez Sans le comenta que es la vida para él, la cual se parece mucho a la teoría del huevo es una metáfora que nos invita a reflexionar sobre la naturaleza de nuestras almas. Según esta perspectiva, nuestras almas son como yemas de huevo, existiendo en un estado eterno y multidimensional, similar a un vasto banco de huevos. En este enfoque, nuestras acciones y conexiones trascienden las fronteras del tiempo y el espacio, dejando un impacto profundo en el tejido mismo de la existencia.

Magolor y Kirby se conocieron en Kirby's to Dream Land, Magolor se ve inofensivo, pero realmente tiene planes bastante poco éticos, el argumento que da Kirby nos recuerda mucho a la frase de Sussie del increíble Mundo de Gumball cuando dice: "La vida es sobre el viaje, y hacer amigos en el camino, el verdadero significado de la vida es encontrar tu propia manera de disfrutarlo." (El increíble mundo de Gumball, 2016)

Para contextualizar la historia de Isaac está inspirada en el relato bíblico del Sacrificio de Isaac. En el juego, controlamos a Isaac, un niño cuya madre cree que está corrompido por el pecado. Ella toma medidas drásticas para salvarlo, quitándole sus pertenencias y encerrándolo en su habitación. Llega un punto de locura de su madre donde escucha a "Dios" y le pide que lo sacrifique debido a que está corrupto por el pecado, hay muchos casos como los de Isaac, donde podemos darnos cuenta como las personas se vuelven fanáticas religiosas, como una noticia publicada por el regular la cual relata como una madre asesinó a sus 2 hijos por su fanatismo religioso, las personas que siguen dogmas de las religiones no siempre pueden estar mentalmente sanas. How to turn off AI Training of your content on Web and Mobile:

On a Web Browser:

I had some trouble finding this option. My first instinct was to click the settings button on the left, but that's where it is!

First, you'll click the name of your blog on the left sidebar to bring it up on your browser.

Then click "Blog settings" on the right sidebar once your blog is brought up. That's where they're hiding it.

Click "Prevent Third-Party Sharing" under the Visibility section, and bam! You're done.

On Mobile:

Thankfully it's much easier on mobile. Just click the Gear icon on your blog's page, to go to settings.

Scroll all the way down until you see Visibility, then toggle the Prevent third-party sharing option for your blog!!

If you disable this setting on mobile, it automatically synced it to my web browser settings, too. ...But if you use both Web and Mobile, I would still highly recommend double checking that it actually turned off on both!!

Check that it's turned off on your side blogs too! And check your settings every now and then anyway to ensure that it's staying turned off, because if my memory serves right, some other websites will pull some shenanigans on things like this and opt you back in without telling you!

FUNGUARY IS HAPPENING AGAIN!!! February is right around the corner, which means it’s soon time for Funguary 2024! the drawing event where we draw a bunch of mushroom based characters during the month of feb. This will be our third year of Funguary, and this time it’s a leap year!

Here’s how it works: Each week of the month will have a theme with seven different prompts, draw a mushroom character within that theme in order to join. The themes are Celestial, Demonic, Edible and Cryptic. Each week of February is a new theme. You don’t have to complete all the prompts, just one mushroom per theme/week is plenty!

If you’re hardcore you can definitely try and finish all the prompts though ;). The challenge intensity is adjustable to what suits you. This is a chill event where the goal is to just have fun and vibe, and honor the fungi kingdom with some really cool art🍄
