I interpret that first part as: "I don't accept commissions with any NSFW, anything offensive, or heavy amounts of violence/gore"

However it's possible to read it like: "I don't accept commissions with heavy amounts of the following - violence/gore, NSFW, anything offensive"

Is my reading of this correct? That from this list it's only violence/gore that you may consider doing light amounts of?

Yes! You’re correct with how you interpreted it, in that I won’t draw anything that’s NSFW/offensive/style replicas, but light amounts of violence/gore are ok (as an example, blood or wounds are fine). Hoping that clarifies it!
