One statement that I get a lot when I’m out with my girls is, “It must be so hard raising twins.” And my response is always, “Yes it can be, but God blessed my husband and I with them because He knew we could handle them.” • One thing I have learned being a twin mama is that you have to have a lot of patience. Raising twin girls who both have bold personalities can be rough (especially when telling them no and they don’t like taking no for an answer 😂). But I thank God for them, because through them I have learned patience and learned how to stay calm and focus through the craziness (and full blown toddler melt downs lol). There are so many things I can say that describes you. Not only do you treat me like a Queen but treat our daughters like the princesses that they are. I am thankful that God has blessed me to have a supporting husband and children who push me to be better. Being a stay at home mom you focus so much on putting the needs of your family first that sometimes you forget about yourself. I have been a stay at home mom for almost 3 years and while it has been great, I felt that it was time that I started to put more energy into myself and the things I felt God has called me to do. At the beginning of this year I got back into school to pursue a masters degree in social work and I have been able to maintain a 4.0 GPA. While it has been difficult at times to balance being a mother, a wife, and a student, God has shown me how to do it with grace.
