I really love that they’re taking some creative liberties in the new PJO show because I will be personally lobbying for them to rewrite Thalias arc. (Not majorly, let me live)

Keep TTC the same, she’s perfect!

I’m fine with her not being in BotL, I understand why she isn’t.

BUT TLO… I NEED more of her in that IMO she should be in the throne room for the final battle, I’ve thought this ever since I first read it, it was so weird that she wasn’t. I want to know her feelings about Luke’s death, I want her to console Annabeth (we don’t get enough of their relationship), most of all I just want my girl to have some closure with Luke, she needs it (and so do I…).

I need the percy series to have the scene when Luke and Thalia first meet annabeth and how they both agree to take care of her and then later have a scene where Thalia turns into a tree and the last thing she says to Luke is "Take care of her for me"

And when Thalia come back and finds out he tried to kill her tree, she's angry and hurt and she pretends throughout the quest that Luke is really what they keep telling her. That he's a traitor and isn't redeemable anymore. She volunteers to go on the quest and everyone assumes it's to bring annabeth back but no one knows she wants to bring him back too. She still gets mad when percy says Zoe was right about Luke. Because deep down she still hopes that they're wrong about him.

Until she sees him again with a sword at the throat of the very person they both swore to protect.

Ok wait am i the only one who expected the show to be animated back when we first heard about it?

Tbh, I don't mind the changes is the physical appearances of the characters n stuff thats perfectly okay but how are the planning on tackling the aging problem? One of the biggest issues the fans had with the movies was the characters being in their 20s instead of 12 and we're probably gonna have the same problem again in a few seasons??

Also theres a lot of immortal characters like Thalia who's supposed to stay 15 for two seasons atleast (assuming there won't be a heroes of Olympus show) and teenagers grow fast asf so idk how they're gonna make that work?

And I just felt like since it was live action, they had to cut down on some themes that could be scary for children but im pretty sure they could've gotten away with it if it was animated instead.

And, in general, I feel like it would've just been awesome as fuck to get an animated pjo series

Or maybe even it the atla style? Both sound pretty good to me

something so fucked up about Chat Noir’s whole deal is that he is in a lot of ways Adrien playing a character. Like Adrien picked up his miraculous and was told he’d be a superhero so he was like “ok, time to act like a superhero!” and he lets himself have fun w it and play up the role and let loose and kind of just allow himself to be silly and goofy and have fun and for once in his life not care about performing Perfection™.

But. But none of the other characters KNOW THAT. So everyone just sees Chat Noir and is like “look at this guy’s ego. He’s so full of himself. Surely it’d be fair to knock him down a few pegs” without being aware of how few pegs he actually HAS. He’s like the “insecure character who overcompensates in ego” trope except he’s really not doing it unironically, he’s just having a fun LARP pretending to have self worth in his off-hours but nobody else is on the same page about it being a game and he refuses to tell them. He just dramatically pouts about it and lets them laugh and pretends like he’s not internalizing it and it is almost 3 am and my brain forced me to write this instead of sleeping I’m gonna take a melatonin
