Part 3: Us

A/N: I’m really sorry how long this took. I’m also sorry if this is a mess because I wrote it over the course of months but very spaced out so I think my thoughts on how to do this changed a lot

You lean back in your seat, arms crossed over your chest. You were in your school uniform, along with a thick coat, relishing that it was the last week of you needing to wear the outfit. The last three years of high school had been good to you: you and Seungmin had remained good friends off to Seoul University together, joining Chan. Chan. The name put a smile on your face, and you tipped back the contents of the can beside you.

“I wanted to leave on a good note,” Hyunjin said finally, a Cass beer can in his own hand. He had invited you out for fresh air and drinks, wanting only a bit of your time. To say Hyunjin was an enemy in your eyes was a lie. He was your first love, someone who held a gentle spot in your heart no matter what had happened. You two had spent the rest of high school being amiable but distant, and to Seungmin’s relief, it was never awkward. The wall was built too high now, but you were willing to reconsider. Just for you.

A/N: ahhhhhhhh i was looking up jinhwan and i discovered he’s only 5′5″ LIKE i knew he was short but omg that’s only a couple inches taller than me ksjdfsd he’s such a smol

your chin rests in your palm as you watch jinhwan practicing

love scenario blasts from the speakers

and jinhwan’s attention is focused on the mirror of the practice room

the song finally ends and he glances over at you

you try to hide your bored expression but

“you look like you’re about to fall asleep” he comments, sinking down next to you

“that’s bc i am”

he shoots you a look

“y/n, you wanted to come”

“i know!! but i thought at least one of the other members would be here so i could ogle them”

he shoves you playfully and you shoot a grin

“i’m kidding, you’re my one and only”

suddenly, with a sigh, he climbs to his feet

“come on,”

“,,, what?”

“get up! let’s dance”

“i don’t want to learn choreography,” you eye him stubbornly

rolling his eyes, he pulls you to your feet and then scampers over the the stereo system

“what-”

hanbin’s voice booms through the practice room and jinhwan takes hold of your hands

“jinhwan seriously-!”

“oh, hush!” he teases, pulling you into formal ballroom stance “i never said we were going to learn choreo. just dance!”

he starts prancing around the room looking like an idiot

giggles escape your mouth 

he ignores you and begins yodeling the lyrics 

“yOu’RE ruINiNG iT” you shout over the music, coughing with laughter

he shouts something akin to “jOIN ME” and continues screech singing

you shimmy towards him, causing him to choke in the middle of a lyric and you both fall against each other, down to the floor

sitting there, breathing heavily, until the song ends

“thanks for that” you huff, giggling “i’ll never unhear that”

“i’ll never unsee that” he shoots back, eyes crinkled at the corners

you let out a big sigh and sit in silence for a moment until he speaks again

“i’m so much more fun to ogle than the boys right”

you smack him “you big baby!! i was kidding, obviously”

“obviously” he mocks in a high pitched voice

you smack his arm again, but are unable to hold back the smile creeping onto your face

guidelines & info

@kimbapwrites is a multifandom writing blog dedicated to various k-pop groups and k-actors. There are 2 admins: Leah and Elena

guidelines

We reserve the right to deny a request if one of us isn’t comfortable writing it. None of us want to be rude, but we may just not know enough about the subject, or it might make us generally uncomfortable.

We don’t take requests about gender or sexuality, such as coming out scenarios or polyamorous relationships, and we generally prefer to write the reader as a ‘she.’

We don’t take any smut requests.

You can request as many scenarios as you would like, but ask for them separately so we can post each link as we finish them.

Any hate sent in will be deleted immediately. We will not tolerate or post any negative comments towards the admins or idols/actors.

Certain admins will write more than others or different types of scenarios than others. In addition, some admins may or may not take requests at various times.

Please be patient while waiting for us to post your requested scenario. Scenarios take time to write, and we all have lives outside of Tumblr. If you would really like an update, don’t be afraid to send a polite ask about it.

Finally, feel free to talk to us! We are nice people, and love getting random asks. And definitely don’t be afraid to request!

Leah, or @extraongdinary, is a primary admin. Her ultimate bias is Bang Chan (Stray Kids), and she writes longer scenarios, however she does not take requests. Groups/celebs she writes for include: - B.A.P - DAY6 - EXO - Seventeen - Stray Kids - Wanna One - Jung Hae In - Jung Se Woon - Mark from NCT

Elena, or @binhwansgf, is the other primary admin. Her ultimate bias is B.I of iKON, and only writes bulletpoint scenarios and headcanons. Groups/celebs she writes for include:  - ASTRO - DAY6 - EXO - iKON - Infinite - KNK - NCT - Seventeen - SF9 - Stray Kids * (Not all the groups she stans are listed here. Note on Requests

Previously, Admin Leah has stated that requests currently in our inbox will not have priority, due to our focus on revamping our blog. We’ll probably do them but they aren’t a priority anymore (we apologize for this) and it’ll take a longer time. Some of them are incomplete in our drafts, and we’re getting around to them but it’s been a while since we’ve written for Wanna One and we’ve honestly been more focused on other groups recently. And in addition, the writers may split up in how we choose what to write, as in sometimes one of us may take requests, but other times we may just choose to write and update as we please for whatever we want to.

Hello our lovely readers! It’s been a while since we’ve addressed everyone as Wanna-Request- One. We hope the New Year has been going well, and that you’ve been enjoying Wanna One’s comeback preparations, as well as JBJ’s comeback, MXM’s newest songs, Rainz’ comeback and more.

We have a special announcement as a blog. Admins Elena, Michelle, and I have been thinking and talking about the future of this blog. We’re all students right now, and all busy, but we wanted to continue writing. However, it’s a bit challenging to do so only on Wanna One or Produce when we’re all in different fandoms (i.e: Stray Kids, NCT, SVT, actors or models, etc). So to continue writing, we’ve made the ultimate choice to switch to a general Hallyu writing blog.

If you feel that this doesn’t suit your interests, then please do feel free to unfollow us. We’re thankful for all the support and followers we have generated, but this was our ultimate solution. In the near future, we will be updating our url, editing the format of our blog, and slowly adding more works here.

If you have any suggestion, or strong opinions, please feel free to reach out to our inbox!
