Man. Grif asked Simmons to go with him... like, kind of a lot. Let's go to Space Vegas, let's go drive around and shoot at dynamite, lets go try and make me invisible. Sometimes he would just Bugs Bunny the guy into doing something, like it was a big mental manipulation, but he really just wanted them to ignore work and steal ice cream or whatever. He's been saying- "Come with me" for years, he just used to bury it under sarcasm and this flippant attitude of I-don't-really-care-I'm-just-stuck-with-you. Then this ONE TIME, he says it plainly and honestly, what happens? What the heck HAPPENS? Man...

Things I wish people knew about carcasses

1. Just because you found a carcass in a weird position doesn’t mean it died that way. Lots of stuff happens after death. Not every mummified animal “died in agony” and I don’t think there’s a particular pose that necessarily and exclusively appears during agony and then is maintained through decay without fail?

2. Just because there are a lot of dead animals in one place doesn’t mean “this is poaching.” Poaching is a real word with a real meaning which is “killing wildlife illegally” not “I haven’t seen this before and it makes me uncomfortable”

3. Just because you saw an animal that you don’t personally have experience eating doesn’t mean eating it is illegal/any more immoral than the animals you do eat

4. Just because someone thanked an animal for its sacrifice doesn’t mean it died instantly or they used every part of it. Those are three completely separate unrelated things

5. Just because a death looks weird, upsetting or bloody doesn’t mean it’s more painful than other ways to die. I would very much be in favor of finding better ways to kill animals but if you’re going to criticise someone for their method of killing you should really have some knowledge/experience. And keep in mind there are often few legal ways to do it so if they’re following the law, your idea might not be.

6. Euthanasia is word that conveys an opinion, not a specific method, and you can use it to describe basically whatever you want. Same with “humane.” (In certain industries like vet med and meat production they can be somewhat useful, and the phrase “adhering to the Humane Methods of Slaughter Act” is meaningful. But out of those contexts the words are just opinions. Hence when all those articles came out saying that baking perfectly healthy pigs to death is “euthanasia.”)
