Just curious as to whether you had made any particular posts on anxiety and the types? Which of the types run the highest anxiety? I'd figure it'd be the STJ/SFJ that run the highest anxiety however; I figure in certain circumstances the anxiety is obviously circumstantial or based on life experiences and such. How do the types react to anxiety/panic attacks? That had been my default for most of my life; could it have skewed my type perhaps? So many queries, too little space thank you kindly!
Hi there!
I agree a Si dom could run the highest anxiety: depending on the situation. Si-doms are usually the most collected and prepared; however if they are unable to prepare beforehand and needing to instead improvise on the go, their anxiety level could escalate – especially, in view for careless mistakes to be made.
As far as some points on anxiety in the other types goes:
Ni-doms – Ni tends to be an intricate planner and – like Si – dislikes improvisation. Anxiety rises for Ni-doms however, when they must abandon a pre-created plan and reconsider their options; with out enough time to thoroughly consider the possible repercussion/impact of their actions.
Ne-doms – I’ve heard it said “You’re only as free as your options” and Ne-doms excel at options. How entrapping then, not being able to pursue these possibilities; being in a situation where either, others are unaccepting of new possibilities (being too factual based, or otherwise) – or in a fixed, stagnant situation could be highly exhausting and anxiety inducing.
Ti-doms – thrive on independence. Taking lead and having the responsibility of others well-being dependent upon them could be highly anxiety inducing; especially in an emotionally charged setting.
Te-doms – “if you want something done right, do it yourself”. Te-doms in contrast, prefer being in control – its not trusting people that is an issue; its trusting people to do a thing and achieve the same caliber of results the Te-dom knows they can achieve. The margin for error is highly anxiety inducing.
Se-doms – anxiety could surge when they cannot derive what they need (which could range from the physical to emotional) from their environment. Se-doms live with all they can, so being limited; unable to tangibly achieve what they want from a situation (succinctly) is like hitting a proverbial wall.
In Fi-doms – anxiety would surge when acting illegitimate to their internal score card. Finding themselves in a limiting situation and feeling a pressure to conform instead of pursuing what is independently ‘right’ in their eyes, could be a considerable strain for a Fi-dom.
Lastly, Fe-doms derive satisfaction from being able to guide their loved ones and are frustrated when they are unable to. More upsetting still however, is when they are unable to discern what their loved ones truly need; and consequently, the proper way to aid.
These situations could cause anxiety to any type; however I feel there are specific underlying patterns which generally cause more anxiety to each type.

I hope this sheds a bit of light!
Cheers! :)

why the fuck is it that tv-show writers seem to think a ship can’t be interesting without a lot of break ups and drama like??? no! give me that healthy, long lasting relationship that is always there but not in the center of attention or the main storyline. i totally dig that, burry those nasty love-triangles deep deep down where nobody can find them ever again. please and thank you.
