im actually really into world building around clothes for "abnormal" creatures (centaurs, aviens, ect) and honestly im supprised no ones brought up buttons yet???? you have the front of the shirt just normal, and then the back is open, with a flap coming down from the neck/shoulders area thats got a larger fabric flap at the bottom of the strip that buttons to the front. shirts are the least of an avians problems when it comes to clothes since theres so many easy ways to make acsessible and easy to use slits for wings. the real fucker is backpacks and bags because getting it on is awful and grabbing anything is even worse. even if you have a bag that buckles in the front, lining that thing up properly is going to be hellish. and you cant even reach behind you to grab anything because your wings are in the way. front facing or waist bags are the way to go. also a big bulky bag probably isnt great for flying anyways

Oh yeah, that works. If it's in magical settings I'm also a fan of using enchantments or something. Like, imagine a shirt with two lines of embroidery down the back. They're an enchantment that make it so Phil's wings can slip through. That'd make it a near seamless fit.
