Are Connor and Cyrus brothers in the Merman AU? Maybe twins? Would they have similar tails? Like maybe the same species of fish tail but different colors? Like your betta fish tail for Cyrus is that blue/black and Connor's is also betta fish but maybe a lighter blue? Or red maybe (I actually looked it up and omg the light blue betta fish is GORGEOUS)

I think they’d most certainly be twins! I mean, they practically have the same face, so it’d be logical for them to be related. And yeah, betta fish are awesome! I imagine Connor’s tail to be a lighter shade of blue as you said, maybe indigo? But also red would be so beautiful, especially for the contrast with Cyrus’ one (which would also mirror their personalities), but it’d definitely resemble a betta fish like Cyrus :) ♡♡
