Dale: It took doctors like, 10 years to diagnose what was wrong with me. Some insisting I was faking for attention, while a furry artist I knew just went “That sounds like Crohn’s” after hearing me complain once and ended up being right. Also, I can’t go to a doctor and ask them to draw Rouge the Bat wider than she is tall with tits to match, now can I?

RIP BIDU

Today my dog died. His name was Bidu (named after a famous dog character from brazilian comics "Turma da Mônica"), and he was 13/14 (we adopted him when he was "two months" on an August (maybe July), so his birthday was most likey some day this month).

I don't really know what to say here, except that I loved him so much. I got him when I was 9, and he was like a brother and a son to me at the same time. He passed peacefully in his sleep, he was already quite weak but apparently not in pain, just sleeping and resting throughout the day. A few days ago he was even still active, walking around, asking for food and interacting. Yesterday he just wanted to rest but we gave him some food and he walked just a little bit.

I feel mostly at peace, though I do think about the way me and my parents could have done better for him. But it's just surreal that he's not gonna be with us anymore. I've lived more with him in the family than without, and truly considered him my family. This is my first time truly grieving and it's just so strange. It almost feels wrong to think that we will go on without him. But I've been stronger than everyone thought I would, I think.

134° Resenha do Dia Franjinha Contato . . 34° Graphic MSP de julho/2022 (Maurício de Sousa Produções) com história e Arte de @vitorcafaggi contém 96 páginas a traz uma narrativa original do personagem criado por Maurício de Souza, lançado pela @paninicomicsbr. . . Franjinha o personagem mais antigo (tanto quanto o Bidu que foi criado um ano depois em 1960) finalmente ganha uma MSP pela mãos de Vitor Cafaggi e quantas não foram as minhas surpresas na leitura aqui ao descobrir e redescobrir diversos "Easter-Eggs" envolvendo a turminha querida e também de ícones do cinema e cultura pop muito bem idealizados aqui. . . Franjinha está naquele momento mágico da infância para entrada na adolescência e ao lado de seu amigo Jeremias, o Jerê, vão confidenciar muito dessa fase e da descoberta do seu 2° Amor rs visto que seu primeiro amor é a ciência! Mas uma misteriosa mensagem de voz de um antigo rádio da família, ditará o tom do decorrer da história, mas quem estaria do outro lado da linha? . . A forma de como é feito essa descoberta foi surpreendente e quase deu um nó em minha cabeça, de forma positiva é claro! Que interação incrível! além claro das referências multíversais à outras graphics MSPs como: Astrounata e Penadinho, Os balões de diálogos diferentemente das outras MSPs aqui são bem mais carregadas de textos e ainda sim não torna a leitura cansativa, de maneira alguma atrapalha. . . A arte traz uma riqueza de expressões dos personagens, uma bela releitura desse clássico personagem amante da ciência do mestre Maurício de Sousa.
