When they came to the place called the Skull, they crucified Him there . . .
—  Luke 23:33
Crucifixion was one of the most brutal, degrading, and humiliating ways to be put to death. The sinless Son of God was crucified. It's far beyond our human understanding. But this was God's way of saying to each of us, "The curse you deserve is placed on My Son." He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Do you often wonder if God really cares! "They crucified Him there." Be assured that God cares more than we will ever know. He cared enough to let His Son be crucified, taking our place.
Thank You Jesus, You died in my place. It's too marvelous to comprehend, but I am eternally grateful to You for Your selfless sacrifice.

April 21, 2024 – Exhortation
Before you actually come to recognize your authority in Christ, there may be resistance to the new work of the Spirit in you. This resistance can be internal or external, and sometimes it can come from those around you. Maybe others haven't fully realized what God is doing in you yet. But as you stay yielded to God, you can trust Him and be secure in your oneness with Jesus, even when it takes time to get established.
Give glory to God by magnifying the Blood of Jesus and the power that abides here. You are never out of right standing with God - all of your sins are forgiven (past, present, and future) and there is nothing that can hinder you from actively bearing fruit that remains for God’s Kingdom.
Recognize how important it is for you to understand that you walk in the favor of God as you implement your calling in Christ. Be awakened and be aware of the authority that Jesus has given you as part of your Christ identity as a son of God.
Here is the key to standing in the authority God has given you: Declare His covenant by saying, "In Jesus' name it shall be done!"
It is time to prophesy over the waters—polluted waters of discontent, waters of insufficiency, waters of unfruitfulness and barrenness, and waters of sickness and ill health. Declare, "God is healing the waters and turning the bitter into sweet!" Decree as Elisha did: "Never again!" (2 Kings 2:21)

This was sent to me this morning. And I felt compelled to say few things about it.
This message seems great at first because hey she's quoting the bible! So it's gotta be good right?
Well let's take a gander here.
While yes Roman's 12:2 says "be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind"
The full verse is the following "And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God."
And we'll her entire message goes against this. And while I don't want to condemn her as I don't know her journey, we must be careful with what we say and put out there. And so I'll deconstruct why her message is not good below. But first 'd like to pray that this woman, like so many of us, has the scales pulled back. That we not be lead into temptation but from it to be led into the truth, that is, the Lord. Because we can all fall into this trap of mixing the world with the Word because it seems beautiful. The "How can i fit this ideology in with what God says. Oh, this will be so great for everyone to learn." But instead it makes someone twice the child of hell. So i pray that she find truth in the word, that she learn from the Holy Spirit . I pray for the wisdom and kindness she asks for in her attempted manefestaion. If it is your will, in Jesus's name.
So I guess let's dive into it.
So she quotes a piece of the scripture and then further says, "decide who you want to become."
We don't decide that. We find our identity in Christ who is in control. Being baptized and coming to control is to deny ourselves to follow christ and trust and rely on him. We were bought with a price, the blood of the lamb of God.
2 corinthians 5: 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
1 Corinthians 6:20 for ye were bought with a price: glorify God therefore in your body.
The payment being the blood of Jesus
1 Peter 1:19 with precious blood, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot, even the blood of Christ
So her statement of deciding who we want to become is... well of the self which we are called to deny.
Secondly she begins to say "turn scriptures in to afermation write your scriptures down and repeat them.... the more you say it the more you believe it."
This is not relying on the Lord who is in control. This is manifestation, which is of the new age religion. The new age religion is of the world which we are to reject. To be in the world not of it. This manefestation ideology... It is a way of you taking control of what you want, taking control over your life. And the reason it works is because it's not the Lord answering a prayer but the enemy. He wants you to thi k these things work so you will be led from God, to be led to Lukewarm Christanity.
We are called to pray and ask for things like wisdom and kindness. Not to manefest it in our own will. For everything is in his will not ours.
Jesus died for us to be closer to the father. To be cleansed of our sins because we cannot do it on our own. It is a debt we will never be able to pay. Anything g of the world is against the father. We must be weary. Judge by the fruits for there will be wolves in sheep's clothing. Remember even Satan parades as a angel of light. It is we who must resist temptation and it is why we must know God and read the Bible. We must trust in his as Jesus is the way the truth and the life. His ways are higher than our ways and his thoughts higher than out thoughts. Remmeber you are loved and remember the enemy wants you to fall. Look not to the world But the the Father who art in heaven.

The precious blood of Jesus Christ
Each person needs it to be saved
My message today is an overview about Jesus' blood. Have you ever donated a pint of blood?
This can be used to save someone’s life. When Jesus was crucified, he gave not a pint of his blood but all of it, every drop. He gave it willingly, not just to save a mortal life but to save many lives eternally.
What did Jesus blood achieve for you and I?
Acts 20:28 …Be shepherds of the church of God, which be bought with his own blood. Jesus purchased our forgiveness of sins with his blood.
Romans 3:25 Whom got hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood… for the
remission of sins which means that our faith in his blood turns away the wrath of God.
Romans 5:8-9 God demonstrates his own love for us in this; whilst we were yet sinners, Christ died for us 9. Since now we have been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him. We can be justified through his blood, which means that we are made legally righteous before God.
Ephesians 1:7 in him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace. Jesus’ blood brings forgiveness for all our sins i.e. we are redeemed.
Ephesians 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus, you who were once far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ, that means near to God.
Christians celebrate the blood of Jesus and all that it has achieved at our communion service.
1 Corinthians 11:25 This cup is the NT in my blood, this do, as often as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
Will you remember Jesus Christ's blood today? All Jesus blood was shed for you and me to wash away our sins, to turn away the wrath of God, his blood brings us near to God and makes us legally righteous before God.
Each one of us needs to receive that eternal life-giving blood transfusion from Jesus Christ-
Will you consent to receive it today? Amen
Prayer
