A message for U.S. conservatives about Covid:

If you believed that the “Wuhan red death China virus” was manufactured as a bio weapon to commit genocide and take over the world (or at least the U.S.); why wouldn’t you protect yourself from it? I know you also believe the vaccines were manufactured by the communist authoritarian red Chinese as a bio weapon too, but do you know how frustrating it is to be surrounded by people who have the facts so twisted that they refuse to care about millions of people dying? Ask yourself which U.S. political party are the real authoritarians; the ones who want you to protect yourself and others from the pandemic, or the ones who want you to work for the “economy” that you know damn well will never trickle down. You can’t work when you are sick or taking care of sick family members, so who’s trying to protect the “economy” here?

actual leftists don’t like big pharma, stop fucking accusing whoever you think “the left” is of that. NOBODY ever fucking said there weren’t conflicts of interest involved in the handling of this pandemic, but that’s not a reason to stop trying to protect yourself and others. I will never forget how easily this got politicized. Please consider the possibility that it is you who have been brainwashed.

I know we are basically out of the pandemic stage where I live (cases, deaths, hospitalizations, are all WAY WAY DOWN in my state thank GOD), but I just had to get this out of my system because if we don’t have closure and fully process what happened then it will happen again.

Relistened to all the Juno eps so far this season and I think I've stumbled across some subtle foreshadowing.

Twice across only three episodes, Juno says something along the lines of, "A lock isn't actually about keeping your things safe, it's just about buying yourself time."

The fact that it's come up twice makes me think it's trying to tell us something.

There's been a lot of talk about Nureyev's relationship to locks this season. And yeah he's a thief and locks are his thing, yada yada.

And there's also the metaphorical lock he's putting on his emotions right now.

But the specific use of locks in this way, with the way Juno says it, makes me think there's a good chance this comes into play in the actual plot later on. And in a pretty big way.

Like one of them (Juno or Nureyev) using a lock to literally buy time at some point this season.

I mean technically Nureyev already sorta did this when he got Juno locked up in jail lol. But I'm thinking more along the lines of another moment from an earlier season....involving a lock that is used to buy time........

....a pretty infamous scene involving a locked door.....with Nureyev stuck on the other side of it............

Long story short, I think it's very likely we're building up to a repeat of That Moment TM from Final Resting Place.

And honestly, I think the roles will be switched this time.

I think Juno will be on the other side of the door.

Ever since COVID vaccines started being a thing, conspiracy theorists started claiming they'd be used to alter people's DNA to turn them into zombies. Several predicted dates for the day the alleged malicious DNA in vaccinated people would activate and trigger the zombie outbreak have come and gone by now, and still no outbreak, lol.

Everyone's desperate for Covid conspiracies. Here's what a real one looks like:

Knickers, dodgy-pills and fake-tan saleswoman Michelle Mone is made a Conservative life peer. For her contribution to society, presumably. We can't vote her out. We're stuck with her. She is in one of our Houses of Parliament until she or it croaks. She'd vote on our laws, which would be terrifying, if she ever bothered to turn up to work.

Mone uses her government links to bypass normal tendering processes and get the company PPE Medpro into the 'VIP lane' for government contracts during the Covid pandemic. PPE Medpro is not even incorporated as a company at this point, let alone qualified and experienced, but is subsequently awarded £200 million of government business to supply medical gowns. Mone insists she does not benefit from this so there's no possible impropriety.

The contract is waved through unscrutinised due to the public health emergency. Frontline healthcare workers are getting sick and dying because of the lack of safety gear. Contracts going through the VIP lane are 10x more successful than those going through the normal public tender process. Also the VIP lane will subsequently be declared illegal.

These gowns are never actually used, as they don't meet the British Standard and never make it through the medical regulator's process to get an exemption. The government is refusing to confirm this due to the 'commercial sensitivity' of the 'mediation' process, but it's widely reported. Also the British taxpayer is still paying money to store the things.

PPE MedPro deposits £29 million in an offshore trust. You get three guesses as to the beneficiary, and the first two don't count. Rhymes with 'Bone', as in what they've done to us.

This is what an actual conspiracy looks like. It's just capitalism and political patronage, which nobody finds very exciting. No Bill Gates microchipping your kids. Just rich fuckers passing money around and profiteering from misery and death while you all keep voting for them.

As the world turns away from established religions, it doesn't actually become "atheist", it just worships something else.

Their priests are scientists, their Bible is "peer reviewed" sources and their god is supporting whatever narrative the scientist priests are paid to support.

The best part is that modern science is antithetical to historical science. No longer can you question "the facts" it has become all but doctrine, the "experts" whom you must always trust are essentially theocratic rulers.

Hey y'all. Minor update

So I went to my new gi doc and she is really nice and sweet. I told her everything and turns out the gerd pills I have rn are the strongest they have and it's the stuff they give full grown adults with stomach ulcers??? I told her it doesn't work at all anymore (and neither does my nausea pill) and she said that that's pretty concerning. Along with the fact that (she said) gerd is most common in overweight, older adults and i'm an underweight 18 year old girl. so.

But I haven't eaten a proper meal since Thanksgiving and I've been basically surviving on granola bars (and OTC antacids which don't do shit lmao) bc for some reason it's the only thing I can keep down almost entirely. I usually eat about two a day and that's pretty much it bc my stomach doesn't seem to able to take more than that. If I try to eat anything more or anything different I'll get to the brink of vomiting for hours, if not the entire day. Like one bite can trigger it.

So my doc was like "well that's not fuckin good! that's concerning as hell!" so I have a scheduled upper endoscopy on Thursday morning and y'all have absolutely NO clue how fucking ecstatic i am for it. Like it's goddamn christmas day. Istg Thursday is the day that's keeping me going rn
