back to the topic though, can I request some common cookie headcanons? (Muscle Cookie, Ninja Cookie, etc etc) they don’t get a lot of love

A/N: Hello nonnie! Take all the time you need, it took me a while to finally join the community as well! We'll be happy to welcome you when you're ready :D And thank you for the request! I agree, they don't get nearly enough love, so lets fix that! Have a lovely day/night!! I’ve already done some headcanons with Gingerbrave, Wizard, and Strawberry, but I tried my best to add on! (under the cut!)

Gingerbrave

Gingerbrave isn’t too terribly ticklish, but he has super cute giggles!

He really enjoys being tickled, and he also has a lot of fun tickling his friends like Wizard and Strawberry

He’s not the best at teasing, but he tries his best

He gets into tickle fights a lot, most often with Wizard and Strawberry

He always asks before he tickles someone unless it’s just a poke bc he wants to make sure his friends are comfortable with it

Revenge tickles are a different story though...

He’s not necessarily vengeful, but he does love to get back at his friends after they tickle him

He also will help his friends and team up on other cookies, but he makes sure to check in on how they’re doing to make sure that they’re not overwhelmed

Gingerbrave is very open about liking tickling, sometimes even purposefully initiating it by teasing his friends or poking them and then running off

Muscle

Muscle isn’t very ticklish, but he loves to tickle his friends

He has a few spots, like under his arms and his thighs, but otherwise it’s pretty hard to tickle him

Pancake and Gingerbrave are really close with Muscle, and the three of them work out together sometimes

Work outs often lead to tickle shenanigans, and Muscle finds it rather entertaining

Muscle spots Gingerbrave and Pancake, but sometimes Gingerbrave will start poking Pancake or vice versa

Of course, Muscle can easily hold up the weight by himself, so if either of them end up dropping it they won’t hurt themselves

Sometimes he joins in and will tickle Pancake and Gingerbrave a little bit while they’re lifting (making sure the weight is held up)

He makes them do pushups sometimes and he says that tickling make them stronger so when they’re doing pushups he pokes them randomly

And of course if they end up stopping their pushups he just tickles them more because he’s a big goof

He sometimes likes to show off and will hold Pancake in one arm and Gingerbrave in the other and carry them around and sometimes they try to get back at him then and tickle him a little bit

He says if they keep tickling him that he’ll start to juggle them but they know he wouldn’t do that so they just laugh with him

Wizard

I literally adore Wizard sm he’s adorable

He’s ticklish basically everywhere (which he’s embarrassed about but it’s cute) but he’s got a very ticklish neck!

He definitely gets tickled more often than he tickles others, and he was really embarrassed about it at first but he’s grown more used to it now

He gets tickled a lot by his friends like Strawberry and Gingerbrave, but I feel like he gets pokes from Alchemist and some other cookies on occasion

Okay headcanon time: Alchemist and Wizard are childhood friends and Vampire is basically Wizard’s wine aunt and he tickles Wizard constantly

Wizard doesn’t necessarily mind, of course, but Alchemist has had to drag Vampire off of Wizard a few times lolol

Wizard uses his magic to get back at his friends sometimes, whether that be conjuring up little tickle sparks or something like that

Gingerbrave’s hobby is basically tickling Wizard at this point

He loves to hear his laugh so Wizard is a constant “victim” of tickles

Whenever someone tickles him they either get a gentle bonk from his staff or a very indignant huff it’s very funny

Strawberry

Strawberry is a dear and she deserves love and tickles

She gets super flustered whenever she’s being tickled so she always tries to cover her face which is really cute

She’ll try to pull her hoodie over her face or just cover her face with her hands, which of course makes it easier to tickle her

She’s still pretty shy when it comes to being tickles, but she doesn’t mind it too much when it’s her friends tickling her

Gingerbrave and Wizard tickle her every now and then, but she prefers to tickle others than be on the recieving end, even though tickling people is just as flustering for her as being tickled

I feel like she and Blackberry are pretty close, since they both have a relatively quiet nature

Blackberry probably tickles her every so often, and Strawberry probably tickles her back just a bit

But yeah i think Strawberry should get some more tickles

Beet

Beet is literally so cute and she doesn’t get enough love okay

She’s probably ticklish on her hips and ribs!

She and Carrot probably have tickle fights sometimes, but Beet loses most of them

Beet is really sensitive and she’s not very used to being tickled due to spending most of her time in the forest

That said, the friends she’s made in the kingdom tickle her pretty often hehe

Carrot is one of her closest friends and she probably gets tickled the most by her, but she also gets tickled by some other cookies!

She’s probably friends with Clover, she likes his music

He tickles her every so often, but not as much as Carrot

She tickles him back too, anyone who tickles her gets tickled back in some way

Okay also,,, Auntie Avocado,,,

Avocado just gives me such good aunt vibes and she probably tickles Beet and everyone else

Wahhh Ninja!! He’s so cute hehe

He’s probably ticklish on his underarms and sides!

It’s hard to sneak up on him because thats like,,, his specialty

Whenever tickling is going on around him he tends to ignore it bc he thinks it’s a bit childish, but sometimes he gets dragged in

He prefers to tickle others than be tickled in most cases, but sometimes if he’s in a good mood he doesn’t mind either way

His laugh is very soft! Most of the time it just comes out in giggles

One thing is that even though he’s not a huge fan of being tickled, he doesn’t try to get away when he’s being tickled

Most of that is because as soon as he starts laughing he’s kind of a puddle, but he also knows that as long as it’s all in good fun (Like if it’s one of his friends) then he doesn’t need to try and escape

Muscle is pretty close with him, and the two of them often trade techniques

So sometimes when they’re hanging out tickles can happen lolol

Like if Ninja is showing Muscle how to be more stealthy it can lead to a tickle fight or something like that 

Angel

Angel solos everyone in the kingdom arena not clickbait

They’re pretty ticklish! If there was a scale they’re probably an 8!

Their tickle spots are their knees and tummy, but also a secret spot is their shoulder blades bc of their wings hehe

They may be a littol angel, but they can be very teasy and tickly

I mean like,,, wings

They get into tickle fights with Devil sometimes, and a lot of the time they end up winning LOL

They love to tickle their friends bc they love to hear everyone’s laughter 

So “accidental” wing brushes on their cookie friends are not uncommon

They also tease but not mean teases, more like compliments and such

They also cheer up their friends with tickles when they know the other cookie is comfortable with it

But also they’re such a cute lee??

They have a very soft laugh, but it can be very squeaky on occasion

They love being tickled and tickling others so yeah,,, tickle them

Wanna give ratings to Zero Mission as well? :)

Story: 7/10. There's not much story here, it's a straight remake of M1. It has a couple of extra cutscenes to give more context (the most obvious example being the one before Tourian, which explains why there aren't any Space Pirates on Zebes), and of course the extra Zero Suit prologue which also integrates Samus' Chozo heritage, but overall, the plot deliberately took a backseat.

Graphics: 7.5/10. Please use the GBA Colors shader because otherwise this game is too garish, a far cry from the original game. But I do appreciate how much care went in every single room to make it stand out, while still respecting the ideas of the original (like the cloud platforms in Norfair).

Music: 7.5/10. The original soundtrack has a clear progression, from heroic to eerie to menacing to straight up not sounding like music anymore - of course, this came at the cost of composing rather unpleasant tracks. ZM does not respect that, as almost all its arrangements sound more musical to be more pleasant to the ears (and look I'm not complaining about the fact that Ridley's Lair doesn't sound like a cacophony of pain anymore). The original tracks are a nice touch, and I like how they sound like the Wrecked Ship in SM, connecting the games.

Controls: 9/10. It's Fusion but with a better Wall Jump and a MUCH better Bomb Jump! Super snappy and easy to get into. It's much harder to wall jump here compared to SM, due to how fast her physics are now, but I'll take it. (and lol at the fact that now ledge grabbing requires a power up)

Difficulty: 7.5 /10. I'll admit I've never tried Hard more, which I've heard it's torture :P but Normal mode is pretty easy. I suppose it makes sense due to being a handheld meant to be played in short bursts.

Navigation: 8/10. At first the Chozo statues literally hold your hand, but thankfully it doesn't last long, most statues are skippable, and if you sequence break they let you do your thing. The overall map is a stark improvement over M1 (not that it's hard to do lol), with every room being distinct and memorable, and even scaling those tall corridors that gave me pain in M1 doesn't feel like a chore here.

Backtracking: 6/10. While this game doesn't physically stop you from going back like Fusion, it still expects you to revisit every area once you get the Full Suit and have all your powerups, which is boring.

Length: 8/10. Pretty short if you don't go for 100%, and maybe even if you do once you get the hang of it. But that's okay, it means that it's more funn to speedrun.

Bosses: 6/10. The minibosses are a waste of time. Kraid, Ridley and Mecha Ridley are piss easy. Mother Brian can rot in hell.

Replayability value: 10/10. ZM is well beloved by everyone for its high amount of sequence breaking possibilities, from bomb jumping to get the Varia early to finding a shortcut to fight Ridley before Kraid (and skipping the Wave Beam in the process). I prefer the way you sequence break in SM, but this makes ZM a game much more rewarding to master.

Making me really really care about these characters (specifically stiles, lydia, scott, and allison). Oh! actually having the parents involved in their kid’s lives and help elevate the plot. they aren’t just there to be there they have a purpose in this supernatural teen drama shit.Funniest moments: LOL that time when scott and stiles went to a gay club in s2.
