Had a wife (Hakaru Nakamuri) and an unborn child who was killed by SCP-682 (The Hard-to-Destroy Reptile). Obviously, he hates SCP-682 (The Hard-to-Destroy Reptile) very much because of this fact. The reason for his skin condition is because the previous overseer of this universe (Tarsa) did it to him before being slain by O5-1 (The Founder). Worked for the foundation before the Anomalous War. Full Name: Eidolon Zephyr Designation: O5-0 Codename: The Administrator Purpose: Contingency in case any of the council step out of line, tiebreaker vote. Age: 46 Gender: Male Pronouns: He/him Country of Origin: France Accent: French Medical Information: Nothing of Note Social Relationships: No known romantic partner. Closest platonic relationships are O5-1 (The Founder) and SCP-343 (God). Other Information: Consistently wears SCP-262 (The Coat of Many Arms). Said numerous times by various members of the council to be the best-dressed member. A bit sorry about giving O5-8 (The Lesser) PTSD, but he tries to not dwell on it. Brother of the previous administrator, taking over after she passed. Quite kind as far as people working for the foundation go as he occasionally checks in with both D-Class, scientists, mobile task force operatives, and some anomalies.

SCP: Special Craft Projects

A list of weird requests I've had for various things on site. Some from staff, some from our residents. And one from a kitten, via his human spokesperson.

035 once asked me to do some calligraphy for him. He wanted a quote in copperplate, bright red ink. The quote? "Have you considered the possibility that it is, in fact, your fault?" To be sent to 079. Request denied on order of O5.

682 once asked me for a hat. Granted, he looked really cute with his yellow bobble hat last winter. Next winter... he gets a matching hat and scarf.

Dr. Gears asked me to do some diagrams for him... for an Indian motorcycle engine. Not my best, but they still hang in the lobby to his office.

Dr. Clef keeps asking me for a lei. Not sure if he's teasing me.

053 has a standing order for cookies once a week, for her tea parties with 682 and 999. Did not know jellybean cookies were a thing, but they are now!

Agent Strelnikof asked me to make some toys for Niko. Wound up making a few, ranging from little hacky sack things filled with cellophane to a catnip banana. The cheese pillow was a hit though, it was a block of swiss with hidden little treat pockets where the holes were. Niko sleeps on it.

Abel asked me for a crochet sheep. With a sword. Wound up creating a weirdly cute Link/sheep mix plushie.

Origami shoes. Just... how? Why? And how much of the wacky lettuce led to this one?

Hand Drawn Cassie once asked me to draw her ice skating. That was fun.

Cain asked me to crochet him a cactus. A six foot tall cactus, with flowers. Still debating on that one.

A Mario chain chomp, with chain.

Another 035 calligraphy request: "Already disturbed, just go away already!" This one I gave into. It's on the outside of his door on days he can't be bothered.

049 requested a couple of signs himself. First, a dual sided plaque with the classic Doctor is in/out, and then... Autopsy in progress, please do not disturb.

Several people have asked me to crochet scarves, hats, toys... but only Leonard "Lenny the Letch" O'Hare would ask me to make him a hooker. Denied. In fact... Clef and I laughed him right out of the boss' office on that one.

A sailboat. Full sized. How?

Two goldfish, real size. Granted, used embroidery floss.

Got asked to draw a few NSFW things of certain anomalies. Denied. First... 076-2 and 073 are my brothers. Iris is my sister. Not biologically, but that is a line I do not cross. Second... not my style. Third... Abel doesn't like you, Karin. At all.

Dr. Iceberg asked me to bake him a pecan pie once. Not all that weird, but Iceberg doesn't really ask for a lot, or often. He said it was almost as good as his mom's. I call that high praise indeed.

Since Clef found out I can cook, I get weekly requests for cheesecake. I'm running out of recipes! Another unexpected hit: lemon cake.

343 asked me to make him a door sign. Nothing fancy, just "Please wipe your feet". Granted.

Geoff, one of our elevator guys, asked me to crochet him a mini Chris Redfield. Gave him a matched set of Redfields, after all can't break up siblings, right?

A Tetris themed afghan, for Agent Markovich. Iris wanted a surprise for his birthday. That was a fun challenge.

Used to muck about making my own dice for RPGs. I had to stop due to getting headaches. That... and the last dice I made, an eyebleeding neon tie dye nightmare set for Dr. Bright. Never. Again.

Dr. Glass asked me for some ink blots, like the psych test ones. He also asked me to do some garden landscapes for him. Both are framed, landscapes in the lobby. The ink blots are at his apartment.

Clown shoes. Nope, I do not think so.

Golf clubs. Not kidding. Had to say no on that one.

A life size version of 999. I'm thinking about it. Maybe as Evie's Yule gift this year.

Origami grenades. How are those even supposed to work, Clef?

A cape. Hey, anything you need, Cactus Man.

A ball gag. Yes, for Dr. Bright. Denied. Just order from Adam & Eve, Dr. Rights! Or... 100 mph tape.

Shotgun cozies. Didn't even know such things existed.

Wizard's hat, blue velvet, with hidden pockets. Eobard, my man... those things never stay on, plus I am not a hatmaker! What's wrong with a hood?

106 asked me for a skeleton once. It's almost done, just gotta assemble Mr. Squishybones. Once I figure out how.

A mini version of 682. Yes, it was for 053, Evie. She sleeps with it.

A voodoo doll of Dr. Gears. Not for pins, though... 166 wanted to hug it, so maybe he'd cheer up a little. Clef thought it was cute, granted. No signs it's working yet though.

Mikell Bright once asked me to make a few pieces of jewelry for him. Nothing fancy, just a chainmaille bracelet for Claire and a necklace for one of his lady companions. Took me a few weeks, but in the end it was good enough. The damn bracelet was worse, that was supposed to be almost like a bracer. I no longer do chainmaille.

035 asked for a bubblegum pink crochet bikini. Managed to talk him out of it. Dr. Gears thanked me for that. Weird Thursday, but that's the Foundation for you.

A cup of coffee. With googly eyes. Dr. Glass has him on his bookcase in his office, calls him Dr. Java. Cute, but also good for getting younger patients to open up.

And finally... yet another rejected Karin Moritana request: photorealistic nude blanket of Abel. Nope. Nope. Nope. That is a giant nope, and yes... I did make her go see Dr. Glass about her obsession with my brother. Clearly, homegirl needs help.

Julie was excited. She had planned a special surprise for her Karolina. For weeks, she'd been searching for the perfect gift for her and accidentally found it. Finally, the day arrived and Julie took Karolina to a beautiful secret garden.

There, Karolina was speechless at the sight of a sky full of floating lanterns. Julie smiled and gave Karolina a small box wrapped in shiny paper. Karolina opened the gift and saw a necklace with a rainbow on it.

Karolina hugged Julie warmly, she was really surprised, she wasn't expecting such a beautiful gift, together, they walked through the garden.

Site 103 – “The Recording Room”. The digital archives were established as being separate from Site 109. Overseen by both One and Ten.

Site 109 –" The Archives". The main archival facility that contains the history of every aspect of the Foundation, and thus is one of the most guarded. Overseen by One.

Site 129 – "The Range". One of the microsites, known for housing anomalous weaponry of various kinds including the Emerald Blade. Formerly Overseen by Thirteen.

Site 150 – "Moon Base". The one and only base on the moon. Serves as a lookout for extraterrestrial anomalies.

Site 230 – "The Happy Home". A site dedicated to helping and healing sapient anomalies by providing them a safe home where they are treated not as SCPs but as people. Run by Site Director Enigma.

Site 390 – "The Ranch". A site that houses farm anomalies. Overseen by Eight and as of recently Thirteen.

Site 401 – "The Skyship" The only site that is permanently in the air. Made out of a taken-over CotBG airship. Tends to contain avian anomalies.

Site 417 – "The Storage" This site was once a major storage center for the Foundation, but now houses the personification of fear, which has rendered this site useless.

Site 500 – "The Radio Tower" A micro site used to broadcast FOundation information globally. Can be used to neutralize any audio-related anomalies.

Site 515 – "The 'Main' Site" Originally the primary site for O5 use. Acts now more as a training area for new recruit and standby containment for transfers. Overseen by Ten.

Site 623 – "Arctic Base" The base in one of the coldest places on Earth. Mainly used to study viral anomalies without fear of outbreak. Overseen by Six.

Site 781 – Abandoned after mass containment breach. Used for the first Isolation Experiment. O5-13-ii was originally buried here prior to his rediscovery.

Outpost 34-YT – Also known as The Hidden Flower, this is a small private location for Seven. She uses this place to brush up on her skills as an assassin.

Outpost 23-Delta – Four’s Station away from the council. Located in Russia, near a remote village.

Outpost 19-T – The main Technology Hub of Tempest. Known for the creation of gadgets, field apparel, and mechs.

MTF Unit Beta-32 – The Exterminators: Identifiable by their masks, this quiet team takes on pest-related missions. Effective, but always reeks of chemicals.

MTF Unit Gamma-12 – The Iridescent: Team is made up of people who look, act, and have powers relating to light and the rainbow. Tends to handle darkness-related missions.

MTF Unit Delta-90 – Abyss’s Secrets: Polar opposite of Gamma-12. They tend to have powers over shadows and tend to have some signs of corruption. Tackles light-based anomalies.

MTF Unit Epsilon-33 – Aces of Arrows: One of the newer teams, they are comprised of agents who have varying resistances to anomalies that can affect the mind.

MTF Unit Zeta-0 – Memory Blockers: The oldest team, they are known more for their role in making the population forget the anomalous creatures and battles they have witnessed.

MTF Unit Eta-44 – The Pyromaniacs: When Beta-32 and Lambda-16 fall short, this team will rise to the challenge to wipe out any plant or bug-based threat.

MTF Unit Theta-6 – The Gamblers: Similar in nature to Pi-4, they take on riskier missions. All members are keen on making risky decisions, and so far have not failed a mission.

MTF Unit Iota-98 – The Apex Predators: Works with the Nine-Tailed Fox strike team in containing escaped SCPs. They tend to be looked up to among rookie Foundation members.

MTF Unit Kappa-1 – Bane of the Crimson: Made of synthetic humanoids, typically mechanical and electronic ones. They fight against flesh-related monstrosities and are usually sent to eliminate the creatures the Sarkic Cults create. Friendly rivals with Alpha-5

MTF Unit Lambda-16 – Eco-Friendlies: Made up of defecting members of the Flora Fighters, this team promotes eco-friendliness by using their plant powers for the sake of the world and the Foundation.

MTF Unit Mu-100 – The Crafters: Creatives at heart this team is known for hand making their weapons and tools, usually from the environment of the mission. While they have more fails than the others, they get the big jobs done.

MTF Unit Nu-60 – The Crusaders. The primary field team, they tend to take on the harder missions that require expertise and skill. Clashes with Mu-100.

MTF Unit Xi-33 – Holiday Hoppers: One of the least active units, they are sent to track down holiday anomalies and prevent tragedies from occurring on these days of celebration.

MTF Unit Omicron-5 – The Misfits: One of the most well-beloved units of Tempest, they are well known for their eccentric mash-up of characters and their high success rate. Currently disbanded.

MTF Unit Pi-4 – Party Rockers: Similar to Theta-6, this group is rambunctious and party crazy. Despite their wild nature, they are extremely talented in blending into crowded areas and can single out anomalies in compact areas.

MTF Unit Rho-65 – Weather Report: A team made entirely of agents who have some ability relating to the weather. Sometimes deals with weather anomalies, but not all the time.

MTF Unit Sigma-10 – The Pack: This unit is made up of people akin to werewolves; all agents can transform into a hybrid between human and animal, including a werewolf, werebear, wereviper, and many more.

MTF Unit Tau-2 – The Fraternity: A unit rumored to actually be made up of a frat. They exist (mainly) to pacify one of the Little Misters, Mr. Candy.

MTF Unit op-silon-48 – The Combat-Medics: As the hyphen in the name suggests, this team is made up of a split between soldiers and medics. The divide is apparent and causes conflict, but neither side makes a move since they know they need the other half.

MTF Unit Fie-50 – The Magicians: A team made entirely out of agents who can perform actual magic. Not to be confused with reality-benders, as they'd let you know.

MTF Unit Chi-75 – Masked Deception: One of the trump card teams, they tend to be deployed to gather intel from GOIs by effortlessly blending in with them.

MTF Unit Psi-81 – Astral Projectors: This team is a peculiar one, as they have all mastered astral projection, the act of leaving one's physical body and interacting with the rest of the world. they use this ability to take on more dangerous situations.

MTF Unit Omega-20 – Will O’ Wisps: This is a ghost-related team, although only one member is an actual one. They are currently working with the Shibuya Ghost Detectives, but are always on standby for any emergency the Foundation has.

TK-684 Council Dossier

For convenience's sake, I'm sharing a quick introduction to everyone on my council! If some things get redacted along the way, it's not my fault! ヾ(ゝω・)ノ

O5-1: Founder (He/him) Founder is a scary guy, he's super old, and we don't see him in person often. The basement is like his lair since that's where all the machines he's hooked to are kept; only Eleven is brave enough to go down there, mostly! When we hear from him, he typically uses Thirteen-ii to send messages to us. Founder is like... the head honcho? O5-2: The Gardener (she/they/it) Two is the grandma of the council! She's the head of the Anomalous Research Department. They're nice enough, but she's still pretty tough! Rai likes to help her out in the greenhouse sometimes. I've been told strange things about Two, like her connection between her predecessor - He Who Waits - and doctor [REDACTED]. Weird! =P O5-3 The Philosopher Scientist. (ze/zir) Ze founded the Ethics Committee and Psychology Department back in the day! Which explains zir... moral disposition. While Three isn't in charge of the Ethics Committee anymore, ze's still involved in it! Zir main role is now with the Amnestics Department. Ze's not around very often. O5-4: The Ambassador (he/they)

Four's our ambassador! He's often away on diplomatic trips to talk to high-profile individuals in Groups of Interest or heads of state, but they're pretty nice when they're around! Sometimes Four and Six hang out and drink alcohol. Oh, and Four can run like Sonic, which is pretty cool! Nyoom! O5-5: Blackbird (Mirror pronouns/use your own pronouns) While Four is in charge of diplomacy, Five is responsible for Department of Paranormal Organization Review, which essentially records and monitors our GOIs. He's cheerful and kind to everybody, as far as I've seen, so I'm not sure why we need someone else to be the ambassador, but yeah! He has five blackbirds, and he likes to wear stuff with bird motifs on them. O5-6: Dogwood (he/him) Six is our security and MTF guy! He reminds me of... a wild west sheriff, like in the movies! He's usually pretty laid-back, but he does have... a grumpy side. I don't talk to Six very much, but Kri gets along with him! O5-7: Teeth (she/they) Teeth!! I really like them; they're kind of weird, in a sort of creepy cryptid way, but they're cheerful and bubbly enough at the same time that it's not a bad thing! Teeth handles godly and extraplanar affairs. They're friends with Liar and The Other Overseer. O5-8: Magnolia (she/they) Magnolia's not so nice or happy, and she can be pretty harsh and to-the-point, not that she chats with us unless she really has to. They're in charge of the D-class program as well as the Foundation Department of Education. She kind of shambles around like a wraith. O5-9: Out of Place (he/they/it) I don't have that much to say about Nine; I've only seen him in person a handful of times, and I don't know much else about them besides that he moves between sites a lot, and it's the head of Research and Development. Nine almost always attends meetings virtually. O5-10: The Archivist (she/him/it/they) The Archivist is an interesting lady! She manages correcting, writing, and archiving Foundation documents, and there are some things the rest of us can't look at. It's kind of... otherworldly, sort of like Teeth, but not at all, and I don't think being a Thaumaturge has to do with it. I want to study him like a neat bug, but he wouldn't let me get very far with anything like that, haha! O5-11: Liar/The Father of Lies/[REDACTED]. (Any pronouns, favours she) The dossier is about to get stranger, now that we're at Eleven. I don't really know what she is. A shapeshifter? A reality bender? A deity? It's the head of our Disinformation Department, and her answers are hardly consistent, which she seems to be amused by. Liar has supposedly also been The Mailman, Jings, and currently still [DATA EXPUNGED]. She wears human teeth as a bracelet, which I think is creepier than anything the rest of us have! O5-12: The Accountant (he/him)

Very straightforward, Twelve is our accountant! He's a mathematics genius, and I've never met anyone that sticks to schedule quite like him! Everything is planned, even his drinking habit. Twelve has expensive tastes, and he's rather calm, but he doesn't tolerate annoyances or... disruptions very much. He's got these strange wraparound sunglasses that he always wears, even indoors, and I don't want to possibly offend him by asking why. Thirteen-ii: AI Construct (it/its)

We have two thirteens, and I'll save the other one for last! This one doesn't vote; it isn't sapient, and it's basically what Kri has described as "a souped-up Alexa." As mentioned before, Founder tends to communicate with us via Thirteen-ii, and it can be commanded to open/close doors, turn lights on/off, and things like that. Which is good! Because I forgot to mention earlier, when Founder is in a bad mood, he can slam doors or make the place really hot or cold. He's sort of... integrated with the Site? O5-13: Death/The Other Overseer (she/it/them, and infrequently him) Yep! We have Death, the Grim Reaper, whatever you'd like to call her, on our council; she's our tiebreaker! Thirteen isn't... here a lot of times? They can just disappear to some other plane of existence; I don't know. But when she's around, she hardly speaks, but she seems to be friends with Teeth and Liar! Its dresses are really pretty! O5-14: Min/The Creator (he/him) Me! My main role is anomalous welfare, though my skills in robotics and programming are sometimes implemented in security systems! My secondary role pertains to specific foreign affairs! =)

Here is all the information that I could gather, for whatever it’s worth. My head hurts from all this.

Active Ghosts: 4 (“The Dead Man”, “The Ambassador”, “The Cowboy”, “The Father of Lies”.)

Inactive Ghosts: 3 (“Frost”, “The Forgotten”, “The Accountant”)

Event I: The Apology Letter - An event in which a breach was caused due to a Council member – the then O5-11 “The Father of Lies” – turned her attention away from a potential information leak caused by O5-5 “The Black Cat”. This resulted in one of the first iterations of The Chaos Insurgency forming and a subsequent breach. During this breach, O5-3 “The All-Seeing-Eye” was killed by falling debris, the same debris blocking O5-8 “The Forgotten” in a room and causing severe organ damage to O5-4 “Frost”. Help was unable to arrive in time to rescue either of the three. O5-1 “The Founder” subsequently blamed The Father of Lies for their deaths and had her forcibly terminated as the first execution ordered by the Council.

Event II: Clear Attic - An event in which the then O5-4 “The Ambassador” led a large-scale exodus defection event with the assistance of the former Black Cat. In this event, he utilized a collection of resources to set up the execution of each of the Council members. This event would have been regarded as a success for him, if not for the fact that he was seemingly double crossed by an unknown party during his own actions. It was noted by one MTF team that had encountered a division of the MTF Alpha-01 “Red Right Hand” unit that they had been informed of The Ambassador being located with a single shot wound to the head in the lower floors just outside of The Founder’s quarters. The area had already flooded due to the assassination method assumedly used to kill The Founder, rendering the area unable to be traversed to confirm. The division of the MTF Alpha-01 that the team had encountered would be terminated by an Insurgent cell attempting to hold out in the Western wing before any more information could be extracted. Due to the nature of this event, it sounds like most of the bodies were buried before they could be extracted.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-AZY is completely under the control of Dr. Stefansdottir. Description: SCP-AZY is a pocket dimension created entirely by Dr. Stefansdottir due to her ability to control all aspects of reality with no limitations. SCP-AZY-Einn - Every changing city that acts as a resting and relaxing area for Dr. Stefansdottir and her staff. Acts as the main living quarters for the Department of the Impossible and vacation area for Department of Technology, Alchemy, Science, Magic, and Warfare. Typically changes to accommodate to what the inhabitance wants and need without inconveniencing any other inhabitance.

SCP-AZY-Tveir - A vast forest filled with anomalous fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, and trees created and mutated via anomalous properties only understood by Dr. Stefansdottir. The vegetation in this area is regularly used for experiments to create newer and stronger Foundation medicine and potions. Those that fail or end up having more fatal or non-consumable properties are instead testing if they can be used as resources or chemical to help the Foundation expand its horizons.

SCP-AZY-Þrír - A city large farm divided into hundreds of sections each as large as a regular free-range farm. Populated by both normal animals and thanks to approval by the O5 Council SCP-ABC-2 instances as well. The magic in the air has mutated them to create newer animals with potentially with the ability to provide new forms of meat, dairy products, resources, and uses should they be tamed by the Foundation. It should be noted the Blood Scale Cobra is breed here and is the sole animal that can be harvested for Necrosis Venom.

SCP-AZY-Fjórir - Massive Cave system that exists underneath of the entirety of SCP-AZY as a while. Filled with crystals and metals imbued with the magic of the pocket dimension which has led to several anomalous and beneficial effects.

SCP-AZY-Fimm - Arguably the most important area within SCP-AZY. Has been called Site-GARDEN due to the massive Foundation site that has been constructed there allowing Dr. Stefansdottir and all of her staff to conduct all the experiments with the anomalous materials collected within SCP-AZY as they please. The main area where newly resources born are tested to see if they have any value to the Foundation. Can be daunting due to a majority end up being duds or too unstable to be properly used or impossible to replicate without Dr. Stefansdottir's help.

SCP-AZY-Sex - A recent addition only added in [data expunged by order of the O5 Council]. The headquarters of the Department of the Impossible. Dr. Stefansdottir's main workplace along with her [data expunged by order of the O5 Council].

SCP-AZY is considered one of the most essential assets to the Foundation as it is thanks to the anomaly that the Foundation has nearly unlimited number of resources to create top of the line weaponry and containment cells. Though due to the nature of SCP-AZY not many are allowed inside which is why Dr. Stefansdottir's main employment within SCP-AZY are SCP-AZY-Bot instances.

SCP-AZY-Bot's are creations of Dr. Stefansdottir mostly golems though some do resemble random Foundation staff. They act as both a labor force within SCP-AZY but also as extra hands for Foundation researcher within SCP-AZY. They also act as a last defense should SCP-AZY is ever breached though the chances of that happening without Dr. Stefansdottir's knowledge is impossible.

SCP-AZY can only be accessed by Level 4 Clearance staff or higher and only after they are approved by both the O5 Council, the Ethics Committee, and Dr. Stefansdottir herself. Otherwise without the abilities of an extremely powerful Level 5 Reality Bender no one can bypass these restrictions. Though Dr. Stefansdottir is constantly [data expunged by order of the O5 Council] so the chances of this happening are almost impossible even by the hands of Gods who are known to be hostile to the Foundation.

SCP-AZY was created in [data expunged by order of the O5 Council] by Dr. Stefansdottir during [data expunged by order of the O5 Council]. Because of this she was also able to establish the Department of the Impossible as its director and possibly only employee. It should be noted that the name implies, understanding how the Department functions on any level or aspect is essentially impossible.

It's thanks to SCP-AZY that the Foundation has its limitless resources and was able to thrive without the need for common politics or capitalism back in [data expunged by order of the O5 Council]. Without SCP-AZY we wouldn't have as much power, and we might have even had to rely on government funding to maintain our power. As such, SCP-AZY must never become common knowledge as doing so exposes [data expunged by order of the O5 Council] and the fact that Dr. Stefansdottir [data expunged by order of the O5 Council].
