Palestine has hope. Say it with me. Palestine has hope. Palestine has hope. Shit like this has happened in the past, and there have always been survivors to tell the tale. Palestine has hope. Palestine has hope. It’s true.

This kills me that they think queer Palestinians don't already exist. Just because you don't hear about them doesn't mean they aren't here. They just have to hide.
Laws won't make us disappear. They will just force us to hide more. It's a dangerous way of thinking to believe that making our identities illegal will make us disappear. Because what stops them from making us illegal in the rest of the world then? They're already trying to erase us, if they now start to think they can make us cease to exist just with a bunch of laws, you can be sure that they will try as hard as they can.
Queers existed before straight bigots gave us the authorisation to exist. We didn't pop up when you made us legal. We fought for our rights. We rioted. We said "We're here, we're queer, get used to it" long before you graced us with the right to walk by your sides. We were here before. We'll be here forever. No matter what you do, no matter the laws. We've always existed and we'll always exist.
I'm sorry we've been preoccupied, mainly participating in the strike on Twitter, but we support Palestine all the way. Dont care much what kinda blog it is, still gotta bring awareness, so I'll comment a few links to support. Yeah so uh. Mic drop.
The continuous bombardment and the ongoing genocide pose a significant threat to their well-being. What pains me even more is that due to the lack of medications in Gaza, my Mom, who is a type 2 Diabetis patiant and was scheduled for an urgent eye surgery, have had no access to insulin or any medical care for the past 3 months. Some of my family members sought refuge in the southernmost part of Gaza (Rafah) in tents. However, my parents, and sisters have no alternative place to stay, forced to remain in the Nusierat refugee camp, which is now the subject of continuous severe bombardment since christmas started.” Am on my knees requesting for your donations. Please help where possible.
I cannot express the sadness I have over literally everything I hear about Gaza. My grandmother is also type 2 diabetic who's required eye surgery; one of my closest friends is also insulin-dependent diabetic. As someone with a hodgepodge of medical issues, as well, I can only pray for peace and medical accessibility for your poor family. I'm far from the biggest blog you could have put this in the inbox of, but I will boost this as much as I can. This is genocide, and you deserve peace.
Please, reblog and donate, if you can! Here's the masterpost of ways to help.
Free Palestine. Free Gaza.
Alert: Someone informed me the account that sent me this ask was a scam. I was unaware to this point that anyone would even… dare? Running a scam off of Palestinian suffering? It is absolutely awful to be stealing stories from real survivors for cash. However, the link provided in this post is not a scam link; this is a real link of resources, so I thought it best the post stay up. So, please, still do what you can to free Palestine; even if this story was stolen, it is still someone’s story.
Here’s the real person’s gofundme, from @buttercuparry!
hello everyone. please stop and read for a moment. it’s urgent as a Palestinian family needs to evacuate out of Gaza as soon as possible. Please share and donate to Nesma’s gofundme, so her and her family can evacuate to Egypt. Nesma’s sister is currently in her final month of pregnancy and the situation at the moment is dire. there’s also a spread of diseases as well. She needs 45,000 dollars in order to evacuate to Egypt. Please share and donate if you can.
What Palestine is going through is a GENOCIDE. People are dying EN MASS. Israel bombed HOSPITALS, SAFE ROUTES, and FOOD STORAGE. This is not a war. It is a one sided massacre. So many people have lost their lives, limbs, families, and friends. The least you could do is acknowledge it.
When you open tiktok, ig or any other social app its inevitable to see ads about clothes, a video from gaza being bombed, a picture of a cat, of sb having fun, and then another bombing from gaza. It conditions you to think they have the same urgency, they don't.
Genocide is NOT a trend!! DO NOT GET DESENSITIZED!!
