Man, one of the things that I’ve been toying with trying to do is re-create the different iterations of Gilbert floating around tumblr with the character creator.

Alas, work leaves me quite exhausted -- hell, I worked on kaybonbon’s Gilbert for an entire week, and I was off on vacation. Yes! It took me an entire week just to make one character! And I wasn’t even working!

... Plus I feel really awkward when the character in the character creator strips down into their underwear, like...

“... Put some damn clothes on, dammit!”

... Plus, it’s kinda one of those things, where it’s like... It’s something I want to TRY to do, but I also feel like I wouldn’t be doing all these different artists much justice. So there’s this sort of self conscious aspect to the whole dealio.

You should never feel like you’re treading on eggshells around someone you consider a friend.

As in, you should never feel like calling them out on something, telling them something makes you uncomfortable or that something they did really pissed you off etc. will make them lash out and leave you. The presence of a friend in your life should never feel like a judge looming over you at all times. 

You might *want* them in your life because you feel like they’re the only person who Really Gets You or just shares your interest, or you’re attatched to them, because you might have a history with each other, or because they came back to you after cutting ties with you after you were going through some shit and did some really awful things because you were mentall unwell, or for whatever reason - but this is where the However comes in.

You don’t need that shit.

You can find other, more pleasant people who actually click with you.

There are innumerable people out there who share your interests that you can can get to know and build meaningful friendships with, given time.

Even if you’re happy someone came back to you after you were horrible to them, is that really reason enough to keep a presence in your life that’s holding back your progress as a person?

Let them go, dude.

Not in particular really. More like my middle name was going to be my original name and that was after one of my great grandmothers. Or so I was told.

Last night watching a movie

No, less we count furbabies.

4. what sports do you play/have you played?

None to be honest. I'm not a big sports person when it comes to doing anything. IF I had to pick one though, kickboxing.

A bit though I suck at it. I'm pretty stupid when it comes to people being sarcastic with me though.

6. what is the first thing you notice about people?

Their overall attitude/first impressions when we meet. If a first impression is bad, expect me to not be so friendly. First impressions for me are VERY important.

Reddish brown

8. scary movies or happy endings?

Scary movies though I am not opposed to happy endings when they are deserved or feel legit.

9. any talents?

I got nothing.

10. where were you born?

Texas, yet no one believes me when I say it cause I don't got the accent lol. Though tbh, I sort of feel like Colorado was more home for me since I was raised there a good chunk of my early life.

-Drawing, writing/making stories, RPs, listening to music, playing with makeup and costume work, collecting stupid stuff, etc.

I do! 5 cats, 4 dogs, 7 chickens, and a large feral cat colony I take care of in my neighborhood.

Eh, compared to most people. Short.

Art/Fashion

15. dream job?

To be a graphic novelist, concept artist or just be financially stable enough to enjoy my hobbies and share my art to people who do genuinely care and like it.
