The lighting doesn't really do it justice, but this is what I have to deal with everytime I go out in the sun. I have photosensitivity also known as a sun allergy. I get very red and itchy after a small amount of time in the sun and I've also developed hives and small blisters along my neck and ears. It fucking sucks and itches and burns so bad I can hardly stand it. This is why I need to wear 110SPF sunscreen and UV Protective clothing. Its absolute balls. Poor Sidney, who is allergic to everything- is currently reacting to something - he’s chewing on various parts of his body and is basically very unhappy at the moment - it also makes him quite food aggressive - he doesn’t want what’s in his bowl - he wants the exact same food in the bowl next to his and he’ll fight the dog for it - and it’s always Bodhi who he fights for it - and Bodhi always loses - and I of course intervene - it’s not Sidney’s fault - it is just part of his makeup - he’s an asshole when he’s not feeling well - I’ve had Sidney and Bubby for 10 years so I know their personalities pretty well by now - Sidney was given up to rescue because his first owner didn’t want to spend anymore money investigating why he was tearing out all his fur - I had allergy tests done so I know everything he’s allergic to and he’s allergic to some plants and grasses outside I have no control over and when that’s combined with too many liver treats - Sidney suffers - and All the dogs live for their 8pm treats - so it’s a narrow ledge we live on when it comes to Sidney’s allergies poor guy #hidingsidney #livesforliver #treathound #allergictoeverything #bichonfrise #rescuedog #hfxdogsquad #backyard #dogkisserinternationalheadquarters (at Dogkisser International Headquarters) https://www.instagram.com/p/CSprrBap6eF/?utm_medium=tumblr
