Sure have! #I forgot how long it takes for Chimera Falin to come into play. #I still really love my 'better drawn' art of her - unfortunately it was several weeks too early for the anime only folks. #Slowly getting the hang of drawing Laios. I don't know why I struggle so much but I am getting...somewhere. #Meta time: God damn I love how the chimera shows off the expertise and gap between Kabru and Laios. #The truth is: they are both *right* and they are both *wrong*. #This creature is a combination of monster and human and they only have the skillset to deal with one of those. #Kabru goes for all the human vitals - but she isn't human. #Laios tries to approach her as a monster and is struck down by the humanity he sees in her. #She is something new that defies what they *both* understand about the world. And that makes her such a perfect antagonist. #The damsel was the dragon all along! #...She is really so cute though. Terrifying! But adorable. I am so excited to see the boom of fanart for her.

the thing that's so heartbreaking to me about spn is that in the beginning you think the death of their mom (and Jessica) is like the obligatory tragic backstory to set them on their heroic path or whatever, and then you get their complicated relationship to John and it's like okay that's part of the tragic backstory and then you start to realize it's not a backstory, it's just their story, they literally never got out, every single episode we are watching them continue the exact life they lived as children, the whole show begins with Sam getting pulled back in when he thought he had gotten out, and it's so incredibly sad

#still haunted by dream a little dream of me #but also I'm on season 4 now and it's just episode after episode of this #like that moment in wishful thinking where that guy says they have it easy bc they're handsome and they're both apalled #like it's very funny to hear them sit there going what are you talking about we're miserable but also it's so fucking sad #and then 4x12 has Dean just straight up saying out loud that he hopes he doesn't grow old #that he doubts he will make it to sixty and that he hopes he doesn't because dying is better than the alternative #and right after that in 4x13 Sam gets to see his old high school teacher who told him he could go to college and thanks him for that #and then the teacher asks if he got to do his own thing and Sam has to admit that he didn't #and that he isn't happy #and he looks exactly as miserable as Dean does after dream a little dream of me #and also there's that moment where high school age dean describes the motel he and Sam are staying at while their dad is away #and it's just the exact same type of motel they've stayed at every single episode so far #and the girl he's hitting on clearly thinks it's sad #and it's like oh you have been doing this for so long and you have been pretending it's okay for so long and you're never going to stop

DP AU where the box ghost is actually someone from the future that came back as a ghost to try and warn Danny before all the major battles. The problem is that ghosts are mostly ruled by emotions and since he isn't directly connected to all the battles as they happened, his memories get fuzzy at best so whenever he warns Danny, it's either because there's about to be a world ending event or because someone's cat got stuck on a tree (and anything in between)

So when Danny joins the JL as Phantom they ask him about his rogue gallery. He tells them all about the ancients he fought and skulker and the GIW, even his parents, though he only says they were mad scientists with a huge bias.

And then, after he tells them about the "plasmius incident" they ask whether he thinks Vlad is the one that's caused him most trouble and Danny goes quiet for a bit and looks thoughtful for way too long before saying in a quiet voice "no, that's actually the box ghost. He's always warning me about something. It's terrifying"

The JL are concerned. What could be worse than all the Eldritch terrors Danny has described? They try to ask for details but whenever they bring the topic, Danny gets this lost stare and goes silent until they change the topic or snap him out of it. It's kind of unsettling. So they leave it be. Even Batman doesn't push it (he would rather not traumatize the kid more, thank you very much, he's also wondering if he can adopt someone that's technically dead, asking for a friend).

And then the box ghost shows up at the watchtower. They all come running when they hear the ominous "Beware". Batman activates all the alerts. Boxy just throws a box at him, then leaves. Batman calls for a meeting, most of the heroes were already in the watchtower anyway, he describes the incident to phantom.

Danny: ah, that was just his way of saying hi. I guess he wants to start haunting you too. Should be fun :)

Batman: hn

The JL: ?!?

Danny: Don't worry, I'll ask him to be nicer next time :)

Flash: was that... Supposed to be terrifying? He just threw a box, right?

Danny: 🤷🏻‍♀️

this truly is the hardest question. :( but after much consideration, I think Endless Halloween Night wins out for me, because it's nonstop Characters Being Silly the whole way through. the whole thing is just lots of these little dorks having the most ridiculous interactions, which is always my favorite! and of course the big twist is SO delightfully stupid and doubles down SO hard that it becomes AMAZING and I 100% unironically adore it. AND it's Halloween! everyone is in their cute little costumes and having a spooky adventure! it's great!

however, I am ALSO a big fan of the Harveston event! how can I not be! everyone is wearing comfy winter outfits and getting along really weirdly well with Epel's grandma and he's getting a little worried about that! my terrible loud son sews a plush squirrel and then gives it a silly little nickname and refuses to leave it behind when it breaks! the ending shot with the sled! I LOVE IT.

False Identity

Danny knew that if he wanted to escape Amity and all the chaos that was his life he needed to get a fake identity, move and go as far away as possible. He could probably ask Tucker or Technus, but he felt it was something he had to do on his own.

He made arrangements, destroyed the portal, said goodbye and ended up moving to Gotham. However his hacking job wasn't so good and he was discovered in an instant by the bats.

They decided to investigate him instead of confronting him directly, following Jim's advice that not everyone was running because of something malicious, Danny didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

He seemed to be adjusting to Gotham which was weird on it's own but the strangest thing he did was get a job in Penguin's Iceberg Lounge but that was more because of his job search than anything else.

His past records also showed nothing more than a child with poor grades and troubling injuries, probably caused by neglectful parents.

Damian began to fear the worst and hid the adoption papers.

General fascination with creatures and their behaviours. #This is a man who is would not be a furry per say but would own a fursuit for the fascination of the craft. #Laios is the guy in the forums rating people's hybrid fursonas for nothing but the love of creatures. #Dog Laios would use his powers to go into dog-free restaurants. #That human impression is so good. One might say 'Woah who's that confident hairy guy? Alright boss; in you go.' #He would be the no.1 customer of a New York Deli that has no legal business license but makes the best sandwiches in the city. #“Would Senshi run it?” I think he would also be a dog in this theoretical AU. Ellie was staying over at an old friend of Fenton's, Ra's al Ghul. Who said he would look after even if he was busy, as he know most Fenton don't leave their home. He would take time for her. And Ra did it; he heard Daniel had a clone from Madeline and said he would train her. 

While staying with Ra, He then told her he would have someone she could date. So she doesn't have a Johnny moment like Jazz. 

Later in In Gotham. 

She quickly saw both. 

Dani looked up and down at both and pulled out a phone, and looked at both Damian and Tim said, " Old man, I don't like both."

Ra is having a tea with Madeline and Jack in Amity Park. "Oh, put it on speaker."

Dani:" You are already on speaker."

Ra:"Well, Damian and Timothy, you aren't my heirs anymore."

Damian:"Wait, what?"

Tim was just interested as he heard that, at least Ra would leave him alone. 

Ra:" So you like more that kryptonian boy from Metropolis?"

Dani:" Stop talking about my love life! I want to do it myself."

Ra:" Okay. Your mother and father send greetings. Have fun and never forget."

Dani:" Stab first, ask a question, never."

She closed the phone. 

Dani:" Sorry about the old men, you know. Look after friends and family."

Dani spent a few days with the Batfamily until she left to see something else.

Maybe again Metropolis… No rather not. She doesn't want the old man to think he can name Superboy his heir with her.

it's a pet peeve of mine when ppl frame Andrew as hating Aaron and being needlessly cruel to him... bc while yes, their relationship is fractured and strained, Andrew genuinely cares about his brother and wants the best for him, he just doesn't know how to show that in a normal way.

like he might not know how to express it in a healthy manner but Andrew LOVES Aaron, like he truly just wants Aaron to be healthy and safe. It's like, his whole Thing. Aaron is one of the most important people in his life. Andrew wants him around. He'd do anything to protect him.

I guarantee Andrew wants to be emotionally close to Aaron too, he just doesn't have the tools to do that and the thought of letting someone in terrifies him. He also has no concept of what a healthy sibling relationship looks like, so he has no frame of reference to work from.
