MC Falling Asleep on M6's Lap (Baewatch)

It's been a hot minute since I posted anything and, unfortunately, I don't have the brain power to do any new content. But I figured I would post a headcanon from my old blog. Someone had requested this a long time ago and I loved writing it. The idea was so cute! I love the Baewatch tale and the bonfire scene at the end is so fun. So, here you go! Also, updated my banners just to try out something new :)

Asra is more than prepared for you to fall asleep on his lap. In fact, he can sense your exhaustion before even you can. He gives you a knowing smirk at your first yawn, leans back where he’s seated in the sand, and offers up his lap for you to lay your head in.

“I’m not sleepy,” you insist, crossing your arms indignantly. But his lap looks pretty inviting. Within minutes, you’re conked out, head cradled by Asra’s legs. He tenderly runs his fingers through your hair, smiling softly down at your slumbering form.

When it’s time to leave, he gently rouses you from your sleep. “MC,” he whispers, carefully shifting you in his lap, “It’s time to go.” Groggily, you rise. Hand in hand, you and Asra walk the length of the beach, back to your room, where you get some much needed rest, snuggled up in his arms <3

You’re already resting your head on Nadia’s lap when you feel the first twinge of exhaustion. Your eyes start to droop, though you try desperately to keep them open. You want to watch Julian’s magical fire display, but you’re just so tired.

Nadia discovers you’re asleep when she looks down to see if you’re enjoying yourself. She smiles to herself, moving a strand of your hair aside that’s fallen in front of your eyes. She thinks you look positively adorable. So adorable, in fact, she feels suddenly compelled to pinch your cheeks (but refrains, not wanting to rudely awaken you).

When it’s time to go, Nadia lays a soft kiss on your forehead and whispers your name. She guides you back to your room, holding you close and keeping you warm in the chilly night air. She makes sure you have everything you need before snuggling up beside you in bed<3

You’re dazzled by the multicolored lights flashing before your eyes, changing with each powder Julian tosses into the fire. There’s so much joy floating around the campfire, you find yourself feeling utterly relaxed. So relaxed, in fact, that you lay your head down in Julian’s lap and pass out.

Julian’s too busy showing off his magical powders to notice you’ve fallen asleep, at first. But when he finally does take notice, he makes sure to quiet down. He rubs small circles on your back, gazing thoughtfully down at your peaceful face. He’s glad to see you so restful.

When it’s time to go, he doesn’t bother to try waking you. Instead, he carefully lifts you into his arms and carries you back to your room. He’s so very gentle when he tucks you in, stealthily sliding into bed beside you and cuddling you close <3

Portia practically pulls you into her lap when she notices you yawning. With a wink, she promises she’ll wake you up if anything crazy exciting happens. You smile up at her before falling asleep to the comforting sensation of her combing her fingers through your hair.

You’re knocked out for the remainder of the bonfire. Portia makes mental notes of all the things you’re missing, ready to regale you with all of the nonsense that occurred while you slept. She marvels over the fact that you could sleep through Lucio’s racket (though she did see your face twist in what could’ve been annoyance when he was being particularly loud). She was quick to quiet him down, shooting him a dirty look.

When it’s time to leave, Portia leans in to whisper in your ear, “Come on, cuddle bug. It’s time to go.” She giggles as your eyes flutter open and you flash a quizzical look her way. She’s never called you “cuddle bug” before and you’re not sure how you feel about it. You can’t help but laugh a little as she guides you back to the room, ready to settle in for the night with you <3

Muriel has been silent, as usual, the whole of the night. But you’ve caught him smiling a few times. He seems a bit mesmerized by the changing colors of the fire. Seeing him relaxed makes you feel even more relaxed than you already were. You lay your head down in Muriel’s lap, which startles him at first, and decide to close your eyes for a minute.

Well, a minute becomes a while. You’re lulled to sleep by Muriel’s warmth, the crackle of the fire, and the gentle rush of the waves. Muriel is rigid when he discovers you’ve fallen asleep on him. He doesn’t move a muscle the entire rest of the night, terrified to wake you up. In fact, he barely breathes in fear of rousing you (something you’ll laugh about later).

When it’s time to go, he awkwardly lifts you from the ground, cradling you gently in his arms. You wake up on the walk back to your room, but he keeps you snuggled up in his embrace. When you reach home, you fall asleep again, wrapped up in his arms <3

In the brief moment that night when Lucio is actually sitting still, you manage to lay your head in his lap. “Don’t you go falling asleep on me, MC!” he teases, catching you yawning, “The night is young, yet!” You roll your eyes at him, settling further in. Secretly, he’s happy you’re cuddling up with him.

Despite Lucio’s hullabaloo, you manage to fall asleep. When he looks down to ask if you want anything else to eat or drink, he notices you’re passed out in his lap. A lot of things go through his mind, all at once. He has half a mind to draw a moustache on you, smiling devilishly at the thought. But he’s also just really delighted that you’re relaxed enough with him to fall asleep.

He lets you rest (though he’s not very good at keeping quiet for you and, in his excitement over the bonfire, he definitely bonks you in the head a couple times with his knee which is followed up by profuse apologies, smooches, and hushes for you to go back to sleep). When it’s time to go, he shakes you awake (a bit unceremoniously), but makes up for it when you return to your room by tucking you into bed and cuddling up beside you <3

Headcanon Post (2)

"Cooking Skills + Cooking Class"

With a lot of time on his hands and the bounty of the forest at his doorstep, it shouldn't be any surprise to anyone that Muriel knows his way around a skillet. He's not a five star Michielin chef, and he prefers simple meals over complex ones, but he's not a bad cook by any means.

Really, he prefers to make food that can last him a while. When he gets his hands on some good meat, whether through hunting or Inanna bringing him something, he'll set aside parts of it to dry out into jerky and use the rest in a stew.

Toss in some mushrooms, wild onion, and other forageable ingredients and you have something hearty that doesn't let anything to waste.

And of course, eggs. His neighbors are kind enough to let him use their eggs for breakfast in exchange for some extra feed, or corn if he can afford it.

He doesn't have the energy to cook often though. So it's not until you've moved in with him that you find this out about him; and it's a very pleasant surprise. Muriel starts to cook a little more often until it becomes a weekly occurrence; you even begin going out with him every Sunday morning to forage, and if you have the stomach for it he's willing to teach you how to hunt.

... of course, as nice at it is, stew and jerky can get a little old sometimes. You both begin fishing, trying out different ways to cook the ingredients you hunt and forage for.

One evening, you try your hand at making some bread. Muriel is there with you, helping you knead the dough. The consistency seems off but you don't think much of it until you put it in the little oven he built for you both... and it doesn't exactly turn out well. (Still, it was a wonderful way to spend time together.)

You end up asking Portia for some advice; she insists on coming back to the hut with you with some supplies to teach you both yourself.

It ends up working out well. There's a small mishap with the flour; all three of you are COVERED in it, and for the first time you hear Muriel break out into loud, deep-bellied laughter.

The bread you end up baking isn't perfect, but it's edible and tastes fine. Like the first attempt, it's more about the time you spent together. (And honestly, he and Portia are starting to become friends. An extrovert adopting an introvert sort of situation?)

Nadia

No one thinks they've ever seen Nadia break composure so quickly as when she opened the box that she was sent, seeing a single finger lying in it

She doesn't register the ring at first, her expression only changing to disgust and horror until she does catch the sight of the band on the finger

Her entire expression crumbles and she can't even bring herself to keep her composure while on the middle of a meeting

She's silent for a moment as if she can't believe what she's seeing and snaps the second that someone asks her what's wrong

Rarely do people ever get to see Nadia so angry, barking out orders that make very little sense in her panicked state, many are almost convinced that she's preparing them to go to an abrupt war

It takes her a time to calm down as she realises that she won't get anywhere acting irrationally and employs everyone that she can to find you, no matter the price

She knows she needs to but she doesn't sleep until you've been found, taking out her frustrations and fears whenever no one is around because she doesn't want to further concern anyone after her initial outburst though Portia is a great source of comfort throughout the day because she's almost as worried as Nadia herself

She immediately locks you away with her once you've been found, genuinely terrified to let you go for fear that you'll get hurt again and doesn't bother to oversee the criminal's punishment, not wanting to give them the satisfaction of knowing that they got to her when they get executed

All of your guards get replaced for their folly and you'll struggle to go anywhere alone for quite some time

Julian

Julian genuinely feels sick

He's seen things like severed fingers before, he really shouldn't be so disgusted by the sight of the blood soaked appendage

Despite this, the ring has him paling so quickly that he becomes light headed, stomach flipping and he really does feel like he's lost every one of his senses

His vision is going dotty and he can barely stand, not bothering to keep down the contents of his stomach

He can barely think, mind in a panic as he rushes off to whoever he can come up with, ending up at Asra's shop and praying with everything he can that he isn't out like he usually is

He isn't a detective nor does he use magic. He knows somewhere in his mind that his best shot is to go to someone he knows would be able to find you

All he wants is to see you, to check up on you. It would kill him if he wasn't physically there with you but even if he could just check that you weren't harmed as badly as his mind was making him believe in his panic

He knows from the severed finger that whoever had taken you was cruel, cruel enough to hurt you without reason and hurt you badly

He stumbles over his words so badly that Asra can tell without asking that something is very wrong

When it comes down to it, Julian doesn't want revenge in whoever hurt you. He just wants you safe. He wants whoever it was as far away from you as possible and he will see it through as soon as he finds you

Muriel

The despair Muriel feels is truly like nothing he has ever experienced

He'd put off opening the parcel, knowing that it wasn't from you nor Asra and so didn't trust to open anything as such but when you don't return, and on the day that he receives the parcel at that, he makes some form of link and opens it

He's never been so distraught as he practically fumbles with himself to stand. He's usually composed and stoic but now he really couldn't be as normal even if he wanted to be

Muriel is typically against violence and this still holds true but he doesn't think he's ever felt so much rage as he had after the initial shock and despair had lessened enough for his overwhelming anger to take to the forefront of his mind

He has to take a moment to compose himself despite his panic, Inanna responding to his mood and already itching to go out and find you because you mean just as much to her as you do to Muriel and she too is all too willing to tear apart whoever had hurt you

He only just about manages to remember to ask Asra for support, his dislike for going into the city long forgotten in his concern and urgency, as a just in case before Inanna is off to find you

The perpetrators have no chance on e she finds them and she finds them quickly. Muriel is right behind her as she seeks you out and neither one of them is ready to talk or compromise

Muriel initially intends to take you and then leave but, seeing the state that you were in, he couldn't

It's brutal and he wishes that you wouldn't have to see it but for once he doesn't regret such an act. He doesn't think he could if he wanted to

Absolutely mortified. Yk the horrified blushing face he makes. That's the one

Leaves IMMEDIATELY, might slam the door on accident and forget to say sorry

He's terrified he's lost some of the trust you have in him or that you'll feel less comfortable around him now. Sits somewhere and just disassociates while he waits for you, thinking of the right way to properly apologize

When you come out he watches you as discreetly as he can to figure out your reaction/mood. It's pretty obvious

He's quiet for a moment or two before apologizing, "...I'm really sorry, I should have knocked or something before just barging in, you'd think I'd know by now how to respect your privacy—" (he'll keep going unless you stop him. please stop the poor man)

He'll want to move on as quickly as possible, but depending on your reaction he may still tiptoe around you for a while

If you're clearly less bothered by this, he'll relax and let it go. Later on, however— maybe when you're already settled in bed for the night— he'll get closer and casually mention, "you really are stunning, though~"

Delighted regardless of whether your reaction is to playfully scold/hit him or just succumb to his sweet words in a blushing mess

He just adores you ♡

Kisses with the M6

Haven't done one of these in a while, so here's something soft and sweet and a teensy bit spicy!

Asra loves to start off slow and gentle with wrist kisses. He looks at you underneath his snowy lashes, a mysterious glimmer in his eyes. Feather-light, he presses his lips to your wrist, sending delightful shivers up your arm.

It tickles a bit and makes you giggle, a sound that's music to his ears. Asra beams brightly before he draws himself up to capture your lips with his. He swallows up your laughter, presses you close to him as you tangle your fingers in his curls. Each strand is soft against your fingertips. He hums into you as you deepen the kiss.

Asra's fingers slide up underneath the hem of your shirt. His hands are warm against you. You can feel the familiar thrum of his magic flowing through him. Even when he's not using it, you can sense its comforting presence.

Asra's kisses always convey a deep affection, a powerful yearning for you and your spirit. He drinks you in like he's parched.

Nadia loves to press featherlight kisses to your eyelids. Her plush lips always grace you with warmth and gentility. She moves to litter kisses across your cheekbones, along your jawline, and at the corners of your lips. When she pulls back, her eyes are alight with a sultry mischief.

At this point, you're flushed and feeling rather sheepish under her confident, enigmatic gaze. She delights in seeing you so flustered. So she pulls you in, letting you melt into her embrace, lips moving slow and passionate against yours.

Her fingernails gently tickle your hipbone as she traces them along your exposed skin. Her laugh is lyrical whenever you gasp into her or let out a tragic little moan. Though she loves to tease, she loves to reward you just as much.

Nadia's kisses convey an immense respect for you and your vulnerability, a radiant warmth. She worships you in every way she feels you deserve.

Julian loves to give and receive neck kisses. He's all smiles at the sight of you, the corners of his eyes crinkling with joy as he leans in to scatter kisses along your neck. Laughter rumbles through his chest while his long fingers ghost along your dips and curves.

Nibble👏this👏man👏 Julian is a wreck when he's receiving. His cheeks are crimson and his moans are positively pathetic. Bites are more than welcome and you'll get to watch him turn into a lanky, auburn mess.

He likes to steal away with you. Any opportunity to feel you against him. He'll pull you down alleyways, sneak backstage, find an empty linen closet. His hands are always searching, pulling you close, wanting you as near as possible.

Julian's kisses convey a longing that is body and soul. He tries his damnedest to show you how much you mean to him.

Portia loves to start with mischievous little kisses behind your ear. She's always giggling when she starts, tucking back the strands of your hair and leaning in to tickle the tender flesh at the base of your lobe.

A lot of times, it starts with a tickle fight and ends with her littering your face with kisses, before she moves to make things a bit more heated. She loves the way you gasp at her first touch, the way your hands grasp desperately at her soft thighs.

Your fingers tangle in Portia's curly locks and it's moments of bliss like this that she is grateful for. Whether it's quiet evenings in her cottage, cozied up under some blankets, or enjoying a picnic lunch break on some adventure, Portia loves to make sure you know how much she adores you.

Portia's kisses are bubbly and bright, conveying her deep adoration for you. She breathes you in like a crisp spring breeze.

Muriel loves your lips. They're plush and soft against him. He'll pull you into his lap while the two of you are sitting in front of the fire and just hold you close for a moment. When you gaze up at him, firelight twinkling in your eyes, he can feel heat creep to his cheeks.

You're usually the first to initiate, but sometimes he'll lean down and press his lips softly against yours. He's slow and gentle at first, just luxuriating in the feel of you against him. But when your tongue traces his parted lips, he'll deepen the kiss.

In his warm embrace, you feel protected. And he wants to make sure that you know how safe he feels in your arms, too. The intimacy and vulnerability that he shares with you is deeply important to him. Quiet moments like this are ones that he cherishes.

Muriel's kisses honor you, in every way possible. He envelopes you with warmth and love.

Lucio loves to kiss you anywhere and everywhere. This man will press kisses from the tips of your toes to the top of your head and everywhere in between. There is nowhere on you that this man won't have put his lips.

He also does not care who is watching. PDA is a non-issue for him. In fact, if people get to see the two of you making-out, they should consider it a privilege. His favorite way to initiate, however, is pressing a gentle kiss to the back of your hand, before trailing up your arm, and littering your face with even more.

Lucio is particularly handsy. There's always an impish gleam in his eye and a devilish smile tugging at the corners of his lips. He gets a great deal of enjoyment out of making you blush and gasp. He's got a more tender side, too, but that's exclusively reserved for when the two of you are in private.

Lucio's kisses venerate you, anywhere and everywhere, as he feels you deserve. He simply can't get enough of you.

I feel like valdemar would notice it VERY quickly

They are so observant that they would instantly know something is off.

I think that their first course of action would be to slip in a few random questions into a conversation just to see if their theory is right.

When proven correct

They would sit said demon/you down and ask them to leave with their signature scary smile and wide eyes.

And if that didn't work

then you best believe that valdemar would've definitely already looked into exorcisms.

Being a demon themselves they'd enlist the help of a preist to do it for them if not scaring them into it.

With the demon possessing their s/o knowing that they know valdemar would either be very careful in excectuing the exorcism or they would just slam you on their vivisection table and get to work.

When the demon would've finally leaving their beloved they would definitely start placing cloaking spells onto their s/o whenever there out of their sights.

Arcana Headcanon: M6's favorite Disney Princesses

(Because I just discovered that Dorian naturally got this very wrong and I am irritated about it. Put under the cut because explaining my thoughts got long.)

Muriel- Snow White

Actually canon as declared by the OG devs. And this fits really well! Friend to All Animals, hiding out in the woods thanks to a vain villain... absolutely works.

Asra- Jasmine

This enby is streetwise, constantly outwits his enemies instead of defeating them with brute strength, has a truly kind heart despite rumors that surround the persona he presents to others (diamond in the rough, anyone?), loves going out to see the world, has plenty of magical companions... yeah, Asra is absolutely Aladdin. So how can his favorite princess be anyone but Jasmine? (Also you cannot tell me that Asra hasn't canonically pulled the "do you trust me?" bit at one point. Or that he never wanted to take his Apprentice on a magic carpet ride).

(I saw a comment on the original about relating to Mulan as a nonbinary person, and I love that! So valid! This headcanon is not meant to counter or to dismiss this in any way. I can absolutely see Asra loving the movie and appreciating Mulan as a character as well. But I cannot see her being his favorite Disney princess. More details later as well lol)

Julian - Rapunzel

Same logic as Asra. This man is Flynn Rider/Eugene Fitzherbert. Plus he'd love Rapunzel's sunny energy, and he'd be intrigued by the healing powers (not to mention the fascinating origin behind them). Plus he will absolutely serenade his love with "I See the Light."

Nadia - Merida

Nadia would be a fan of Megara, but Megara is NOT a Disney Princess.

This one was admittedly a bit tougher to pick. My first instinct went to Tiana, since Nadia would relate to her drive and the character arc of balancing work and love. Second thought was Aurora, as Nadia has often felt like the "cursed princess" archetype herself, but that could also make her hate the character, sooo...

Anyway, I settled on Merida since she's headstrong, independent, capable, and hey, Nadia can connect to the family drama. (Plus we all know she has a certain fondness for fiery redheads.)

Lucio - Mulan

TINKERBELL IS ALSO NOT A DISNEY PRINCESS SHE HAS HER OWN FRANCHISE FFS...

Lucio's the kind of guy who would buy into all those bad faith Disney takes that led to the dumb changes they made in the live action remakes. But even if it was just at the surface level of "badass warrior who basically blows up the bad guy in the end," Lucio would love Mulan.

(And I can see Asra finding out that Lucio's favorite princess was Mulan and then changing his own favorite out of spite.)

Portia - Ariel or Moana

This is the only one that I agree with. Portia would adore Ariel. But I can see her loving Moana, too. A strong warrior in her own right who does everything for her family, goes on epic sailing adventures, has TWO cute animal companions, AND has a friendship with the ocean that basically ends up as water magic? Plus she would cry over the "I know who you are" scene at the end.
