Cues.👇🏽 Press into the ground with the hands and toes. Grow long through the crown of the head. Externally rotate fully extend the arms and squeeze them together. Extend the legs long as well as the hips. Get the hips in line with the shoulders and tilt your pelvis backwards. . Do this as a warmup, workout, or post workout. Don't have socks? Use some sliders. Don't have sliders use a rolling chair. Part 3! The first place I can stop this hurt is within myself. The more I hurt the more I spread it to others who are already hurt or who may not be as grounded within themselves. Therefore, in this manner of thinking and feeling the cycle never ends, but if I look at myself and see how or where am I hurt. I am in a bad mood or am I irritated? Well yeah. My ears and eyes are so tired from watching videos with the volume on loud all the time while I sleep. What can I do to change this? . Well I read and learn or think about some stuff and realize hey if i cut my senses off that would give them some relief and relaxation helping me get to a state of calmness. . Now in a state of calmness or middleway or centered balance, I hear about one of my love ones being hurt by someone else I can respond with that person must have been hurt or irritated in their life and never knew how to process it or change it. Or that person must have different views where they believe this is an okay thing to do to you. I am here with you. . This really begs the question would I have harmed someone if I had those same circumstances? Maybe but then again most of the time love this taught, but it is not experienced. I can see how when people get limited exposure to life or vitality it could possibly leave them unbalanced or disconnected. . That was the whole point of the ghost rider. You can be surrounded by all this evil darkness and hatred but once you recognize your spirit you realize that's one living entity you can not kill . Honestly I should just write a book.
