tagged by the wonderful @khunvegas, which was apt timing because yesterday I watched SO MANY SERIES! (It was a glorious day) and now I can gush about them here (sorry not sorry this gets long).

currently watching (in order of enjoyment):

Kinnporsche: I mean, yeah, I LOVE THIS SHOW. I love that it's a little all over the place. It has good dramatic tension (for me), great relationship dynamics (they're all different and not necessarily healthy but they're trying and working for them), and is SO AESTHETICALLY PLEASING.

To My Star 2: What can I say that y'all don't already know as FACT? This show is incredible and soul-destroying and all the other superlative words...it's going to break us but hopefully save us in the end. Oh god, please let them be happy in the end.

Plus and Minus: I've said it before but I just love Taiwanese bl. It's soft and intense and like being enveloped in a warm hug. Even the angst is coated in icing. I don't necessarily like Fu Li Gong's reasoning for the break-up but nothing can be perfect.

Senpai, This Can't Be Love: Oh my god this is ADORABLE...Japan seems to be bringing it at the moment with this and OFC. If you've followed me for a while, you'll know I'm a sucker for any dance rep in a show and the 'dance' with the mouse and keyboard was so good. Loved the twist that Kaneda actually worships Yanase rather than being cold and shut off, and this will lend itself to some wonderful pining dynamics between the two.

My Secret Love: I started this because @khunvegas mentioned it in their post and gosh I actually love it more than I should. It definitely has a 2Moons2 feel with the each friend in the two friend-groups pairing up and I love that one is already an established couple (although not liking the jealousy storyline at the moment - just TALK TO HIM). Anyway, I love the next-door neighbours enemies-to-lovers/fake-dating-to-lovers trope and I'm getting a PatPran vibe with it but without the childhood rivalry. As @khunvegas said - it's good to see Earth being allowed to show his abilities and the two mains play off each other well. And I really like Bew, a newbie it seems, but very watchable. The university chancellor is very inappropriate though - getting two students to fake a relationship and then being the person releasing videos of them secretly and blackmailing them to comply. But I actually love it! Even though I shouldn't.

Old Fashion Cupcake: I love the office setting and the older characters...although I'm a bit irked that they're making 39/40 out to be SO OLD when it really really isn't. Don't let it fool you, folks, you don't need to be worrying about anti-aging and dementia at that age (lol smh). Anyway, I do love the emotional journey that Nozue is going through, the obvious joy that Togawa brings him, and the slow realisation Nozue will have about his own feelings for Togawa. A+

Love Mechanics: I'm not sure I'll be able continue this one since ep 2 is vip only at the moment but I'm holding out hope... I liked the original, shorter version - and Yin and War - and I'm looking forward to seeing how they expand it into this series. I also like that I know the heartache that's coming for both characters and I know they will do it well.

Sky In Your Heart: Oh god this is SO BAD but I'm ignoring all the cringey things because I do love Prince and the way he looks at Fah. And the scenery. And the continued used of the two dialects. But most of it is actually quite terrible. Sadly.

Mama Gogo: I tried this because it's directed by Jojo...but I'm not sure it's my thing and I may drop it. I'm really tired of bad female representation and women dragging other women down and it seems both are pretty much the show's backbone. It's partly why I got into bl - if there are hardly any women in a show then I won't see how they're portrayed so badly (god, terrible reasoning but whatever). I will watch the next few eps to see how it goes but...yeah, it's disappointing.

rewatching:

I don't have time for rewatching at the moment...but if I did I would want to watch Semantic Error again, maybe some of the movie versions of some of the Korean bls (now that I have a viki subscription), Kinnporsche...and Bad Buddy of course.

looking forward to:

Vice Versa. The Eclipse. Triage (when I can't find it not-grey). Check Out (it's not on my iqiyi...so maybe country-locked?). Between Us. Even Sun. Moonlight Chicken. Dirty Laundry. 10 Years Ticket.

2. Who's your main?

Will Smith showoff.meme. Why, my sonboy, of course!

It's Tyr, lol. My bestest double agent son. He's who I do everything with first, generally speaking; my initial playthrough for him on Star Forge is where I currently have him at pace with the story patches, and, ofc, when I decided I was going to replay him on Satele Shan, he's... the favorite child. I'd tell you not to tell my other ocs, but I think we're all well aware he's the chosen son, lol.

7. A class you haven't played (much) of yet?

In my heart, I want to say Trooper, but technically I suppose it's really Bounty Hunter. I never actually completed BH's vanilla story on Star Forge before I started up my Satele Shan playthroughs, but I have, technically, done Trooper's 1-50 twice because I have one on each server. Then again, Len (my SS BH) is in the early chapters of KOTET, so I've actually done more content with him, but I'd probably have to pull play-time in game to give you an accurate answer.

I've not been much of a military action enthusiast, so Trooper's story, while still par for the rest of the class stories, is way more of a slog for me, so if we flip this to which one am I going to play more readily? Bounty Hunter. So, eventually, it'll likely leave Trooper here.

23. One item not in-game that you'd like to see?

Well, topically, yesterday I was poking around at the lightsaber pikes available and I could have sworn we had a Zakuul-style one available, maybe Senya's? Searching for it tells me I'm not losing my marbles, it must just be out of rotation at the moment, but I'd like to get that and maybe put together some Zakuulan armor for Rhystyl when I get him a bit further into KOTXX, since he'll be the primary face of the Alliance between him and Savosta.

And at least so far I haven't run into quite what I'm looking for, but something like the Remote Outcast's headpiece, but... just the lower face covering. Similarly - and I know this one risks clipping issues, but stick with me a moment - I've also kinda itched for a pair of goggles that sit a little higher, like Koth wears his more as a headband piece than over the eyes. Short of a helmet toggle like in FFXIV, lol, I'd like that as an option. I wanna see my character's faces usually because I love them, hence the goggles, but there's also a few looks I'd just like the more subtle covering for. I have too many Agents.

25. One species not playable that you'd love to play?

I have two thoughts, but topical to GS4 just releasing, I'd like to see more of the Selonians. They don't really fit to the whole 'more or less human with some tweaks' theme for playable races, so playing as one is probably a stretch and I bet it'd take Work, but what I've seen so far of them in-game is neat and I wanna know more.

27. Favorite companion?

I mean, probably Theron. :P My endless excited tippy-taps when I get to play Shadow of Revan are largely because that's when I get Theron back, lol.

31. Best class storyline finale?

I'm biased, absolutely, but it's Agent. And I have played all of them, lol. Like, please, I am absolutely biased, but I do also genuinely believe Agent has some of the best consistency and carry-over between chapters of all 8 classes. The multiple variances to the ending based on your previous choices, the little hazards/puzzles... I could be here for a while, but if I had to boil it down, it feels very Agent - not that the Sith stories don't know how they end, but Agent benefits from me liking the dramatic spy action movies, lol.

And it just. factors in so much of your previous experience. It genuinely feels like the ultimate of Nine's career. Everything has lead you here. Nothing is ever going to be the same. Even if you win, even if you walked away, nothing is the same. It absolutely recolors the entire rest of the game viewed through the lens of the Star Cabal. That's fucking epic.

35. Thoughts on Revan?

I don't have KOTOR context, so SWTOR Revan's all I've known. I generally skip the mid-late game flashpoints (Taral V/Maelstrom, and Boarding Party/Foundry, particularly the Foundry) after just. How much I play and how many characters I have, lol. The Foundry I avoid mostly on the grounds that HK's fight is a pain in the ass. Anyway, off-topic.

I've overall enjoyed him. I don't think he overstays his welcome in the narrative and Revan's story is definitely one I'd fall in love with. The only thing that holds me back from going to do KOTOR myself is I already have such a cranky time trying to run Dragon Age Origins, lol, and also I'm a creature of habit so I already have SWTOR, lol. I have fond, if slightly muddled, memories of doing the Republic FPs with my Jedi Consular for the first time and it being kind of big for me because Revan's struggle is so big and you get the impression that so much rode on his decisions either way, and my Consular was just like '... let me help. Let. me. help.' (He's like that.)

Anyway, I guess sorta... long story short, Shadow of Revan is one of my favorite expansions, I never fail to find it interesting regardless of which class I tackle it with. It's not necessarily all because it's Revan and I'll cede that I generally agree that Star Wars as a whole is a bit obsessed with legacies and I think sometimes that's detrimental (and sometimes completely counterproductive to all you work for, looking at things as a Cipher agent, lol - stop telling everyone I'm alive challenge @ the Imperial Military).

I will look forward to a KOTOR remake if it ever does actually come? I keep hearing rumblings about it, but the last few times I've followed game releases to the letter it's been a Process, lol. so I'm coasting on the fringes of whatever's up with that.

40. Favorite world boss?

I'd say I've never done world bosses, but there is a fun story I can share. When baby didn't know what a world boss was, I did once sneak over and poke the Lance Squadron Command on Yavin IV and, predictably, got melted in like less than a minute. So, technically, I've seen them, lol. Oh and Lucky was hanging around on Corellia that one time I was doing Dread Seed stuff and I was praying to whatever powers that were listening I'd get very lucky and would go unnoticed, ha ha, which, yes. I survived that encounter with Lucky none the wiser. Tell Acina she owes me hazard pay. Anyway. xD

Choosing on looks alone then, I like the snow kitties. I'd like to pet Snowblind if I didn't think they would nuke my flimsy little Operative ass in like a minute.

47. Your greatest moment in-game to date?

Hmmm... that's a tough one? There was this one time I was on one of my lower level characters doing Hammer Station in group finder and I totally forgot about the Rocket Boost thing to get over the gap as groups usually skip certain trash packs there, so I went plummeting to my death in front of 3 total strangers and I could NOT stop laughing because one of them made like an 'ah wayward padawan' comment and explained stealth or rocket boosts and it was. I just had a good laugh, lol.

Uhh... silly stories aside kind of though, probably @captainderyn and I having flashpoint adventures together with Era and Tyr? xD We did Kuat Drive Yards together last which I don't think either of us had ever done, so we mopped the floor of most of the dungeon and then we got to the boss lol and we had a moment trying to piece together the mechanics and then we kicked absolute ass and it was just REALLY fun to no pressure explore and learn and conquer - part of what I did enjoy about doing extreme fights in FFXIV when I did was having those moments where you all compare your mental notes and getting that aHA of figuring out the mechanic, but also we just had. a really good time about memeing on the final hallway because we had some uh... some big guy with bombs and a small army of reinforcements as our final encounter and we'd been largely two Operatives stealthing around to our objectives before but that hallway before the boss had nothing. And you just knew.

So, long story short, we joked the hallway was empty because the boss had to pull all the reinforcements back to deal with us and that they were all busy hiding in the ceiling, lol. I sadly don't have anything from inside our Kuat adventures, but I do have Tyr and Era slaying in one of the initial cutscenes.

Flashpoints are more fun with friends. xD Hoping to do a lot more silly flashpoint shenanigans in the future : D

life is just busy - but not in the way that i hate, the nice kinda busy, maybe except of uni but im just trying to get through it, my personal life is still lol, every year (since like 2 years or so) i hook up with the same guy during a party and we both know it will never be more that but damn the yearner in me always have these bitter thoughts about this situation after it's done but hey that's life right sometimes ig

i actually had to work during easter if i remember correctly butttt my new job is really good 🥹 last week was the first time when i actually disliked it (my coworkers had a bad day and that just brought up very unhappy memories from my old job) but it's all good again and i'm having so much fun, i finally get to bake cakes!! and if they're not having a weird day my coworkers are really nice too (and give me lots of praise which is 👀. i am beaming after every compliment). apart from my job i'm doing good too, my mental health, mood and health overall has gotten so much better ever since i switched jobs and finally work normal hours again. and yesterday was the first time since idk when when i could sit down and really enjoy and get invested in a show again, i missed that so much.

i will ignore the drinking enough water part because when have i ever... although i do drink more now since i get it for free and fresh and cold at my job. so yay me i guess 😍 i am eating well though, and yesterday i tried making a cocktail (without alcohol) and it was really good. how about you though?? i talked way too much about me.

buttt writing is more fun than ever again which i am so so happy about, i have so many wips waiting to be finished right now 😶 but it's really fun. AND YES THE COMEBACK!!! they look so good in the promo pics, i can't wait for the release. just one more week!

lol I feel like I’m constantly talking about change and transitional periods of my life but I feel like I’m going through such a big one right now. The only difference is that it’s not forced this time.

Well- I guess some of it is. Some of it feels like a run on of the overall transition I’ve been going through since my brother died. It’s been a lot of things these past 3 years that I’ve held onto that I’m finally letting go. Friends. Family. Behaviors. Reactive behaviors. Coping mechanisms. Addictions. Idk. I feel like I’ve always understood that these are things I’ve wanted to do for a long time but never actually put in the work to do it. Or I’d start the process then drop it in the middle of it. Sometimes suffering felt more comfortable to me. I’m feel like I’m finally being honest with myself, which helps a whole lot. It’s crazy what you unlock when you start taking accountability for yourself.

I’m losing so many people in the process tho. Friends who fight the same demons as me, who I ultimately can’t be around if I want change for the better. Friends who I just realize have very fickle and fake tendencies. Friends who I had severe codependent relationships with. And the hardest, abusive family members. My mom. I obviously can’t just cut my mom off for good but I just cut off the closeness of her.

I haven’t really allowed myself to feel the grief of these things yet. (Probably because I know it could consume me) I’m in such a “whatever, what’s next?” Mindset. I’m tired of feeling. Then again maybe I am feeling, but in different ways. I mean I fuckin worked out so hard yesterday that I was crying while I was jogging. It was like releasing all of these emotions. Like Ofc I’m fucking sad about these things. But I’ve spent so much of my life being sad about things or trying to make sense of them or trying to make myself feel better. Hyper focusing on things I can’t control and not focusing on those I can. You want to get blacked out drunk anytime we hang out? Cool. Guess we won’t be hanging out. You want to act weird towards me because I’m not feeding your ego / being apart of a unstable ass girl friend group where you all talk shit on each other and use each other one way or another? Okay lol go ahead. You want to go off on me over little things and manipulate me with things you do for me? Alright, I just won’t take the favors anymore. You want to follow random bitches or message them behind my back while we’re in relationship? I hope it’s fruitful for you!

Like I’m done expecting anything. From anyone that has already shown me what to expect over and over again.

I’m thru with it. I have a whole life envisioned for myself. I’m done playing games now.

I don't know a ton about merch but enough to understand there's a collaboration of sorts between Disney/Marvel and different companies. Does this mean the Gamora merch situation indicates she's no longer considered a Guardian to Disney/Marvel? If so will this mean Gamora will continue to be absent from Guardians related stuff?

The comment about Thanos taking Gamora's life but he shouldn't have been allowed to stop her from being a Guardian is spot on for me. After watching vol 3 it wasn't the ravagers or missing every detail of what happened after EG that worried me. It was Gamora being a Guardian or not. Finding a more humanitarian purpose after spending most of her life with Thanos was at the heart of Gamora's arc. Denying her the ability to be solidly a part of that again is just letting Thanos continue to win.

i'm not a merch expert by any means (outside of spending way too much money on it always...), but i think you've got the gist of it enough! companies like disney and marvel that own the ip (tho i'm not sure how ownership of the mcu franchises works specifically between, like, disney and marvel studios, tho i assume it's mostly disney?) will sell licenses to other companies, such as funko or loungefly (tho i was yesterday years old when i learned funko actually owns loungefly lmao), to create and sell merch. i'd argue that the merch is largely informed by the movie it's based on, so gamora being excluded from the merch seems to indicate to me, at least, that somewhere in that pipeline of marvel studios making the film to corporate disney's ip licensing to funko et al making products based on the vol 3-specific ip, the message that gamora isn't a guardian the same way the others are - specifically, the way that would warrant getting the same kinds of merch the other characters do - seems to have been communicated.

i can't rly speak to how this will affect other or all future gotg media going forward since the comics ofc still exist and have their own things going on always, and afaik all the gotg-themed things at the disney parks still feature gamora in the core team. like you can't rly change a theme park ride you opened in 2017 (mission breakout @ disneyland specifically cuz that's the one i've been on lol) to suddenly exclude her. (idk much abt that other gotg ride at disney world but i'm assuming if the whole core team is part of it then gamora is still present since it was planned and opened before vol 3 release??) i guess the only thing on the mcu front that we rly have left to look out for is what if s2 (if it ever sees the light of day ???????) which is supposed to feature gamora's solo ep, tho merch for that version of her (or at least her funko) was already sold in 2021

God, the news about Moonbin really punched me in the gut, I can't believe this... 💔😢😢😢😢 I wasn't a huge Astro fan, but I liked them, I was sad when Rocky left and now this... so heartbreaking. I went through a few situations like that in kpop, but it's always absolutely devastating. I went to his memorial yesterday 💔

You had his word now, and you were planning on making it count. There was no way either you or Henry would act as if nothing had happened, and you couldn't wait.

Once alone and seated at his desk, Henry opened up the text editor associated with the code he wrote months ago. When his screen was flooded with errors and his chat popped up with three different messages asking for help from his colleagues, Henry all but yelled out loud in frustration. Not only did he wish to be with you, it was also Sunday, one of his days off. But he couldn't just text the pilot of the plane whose radar went berserk and tell him to wait. So he got to work, determined to get this done as soon as possible.

But unfortunately, that 'as soon as possible' turned into 3 hours of continuous work. He didn't even stand up to go to the bathroom until he made sure everything was on point. It was about 4pm when the program started running smoothly again, and seeing how he had a few more hours to waste until he had to see you, Henry decided to make the best of them, by getting a head start on his tasks for the following day.

Productivity flowed through his fingertips as he solved the first issue he had been assigned for the day to come, getting ready to start working on the second one when a call caught his attention. He didn't recognize the ring tone, and it only dawned on him that he was still logged into your facebook account a couple of seconds after it stopped ringing.

Still curious, Henry switched the tabs on his computer, noticing that the chat with Steve, which he left open hours ago, showed that there was an ongoing video call. His jaw fell. Henry tightened his hands into fists, fuming with anger. First as you for doing this, and then at himself for allowing you to believe this was an ok thing to do. He knew there was no way to eavesdrop on your conversation even if he had the password, but that didn't mean his curiosity died down. No, it only grew stronger.

He felt lost for a minute, but then he thought of something. On his dresser, right next to his winter gloves and under his favorite jogging hat, laid an extra set of keys. Henry remembered the day you gave them to him, saying something along the lines of 'I feel much safer knowing that if something were to happen, you could always get to me, Henry.' and then remembered how you stuffed them in his pocket, and kissed his chest before stepping back. Such different times.

There was no trace of hesitation inside his mind as he grabbed the keys and made his way out of his home. He passed the hallway in less than a second and pressed his ear to the door. It was perfectly quiet, and through the peephole, he couldn't see any light. You weren't in the kitchen or living room, so he felt confident enough. After putting his phone on vibrate, Henry ever so gently pushed the key inside, turning it inside the lock with the most meticulous movement his wrist could muster. The sound of the door knob being turned was so faint he barely even heard it, but his pulse skyrocketed when he heard the click that signaled the door was finally open.

With small, careful steps, he made his way inside. The entire apartment was dark and quiet as he made his way in, stopping just outside your bedroom as the relaxed, deep voice of a stranger became audible through the wall. “Trust me, sweetheart. Just relax, I got you. You’re all tense, I can see it from here. You know I have more experience with this than you do, just do as I say”

With one hand on the doorknob of your bedroom, Henry was ready to put an end to this whole charade. He knew he might regret it later, but he didn't care. The image of a so called friend, pushing you to do anything that you seemed to have clearly stated your discomfort about, flipped a switch inside his brain. There was no stopping him because no one, no one got to push you around like that. Not while he could do anything about it.

210504 My favorite moments & translations of the SHL concert day 2

1. When they were introducing themselves: ZZH: I’m your Ah Xu, Ah Xu is still here, it’s just Ah Xu’s sword has changed to a microphone.

YBY: tell me what you guys want to see, Ye zuzong will prepare it for you. XDD ZJ: did you know that I fell yesterday? Fans: yes ZJ: it’s okay, help me up and I can still ship (my cp).

3. When MCs asked YBY to sing, GJ & ZZH were bickering with him like 3-year-olds. And GJ was so confident, he even volunteered to start the song for YBY (translation is here).

4. Game segment, they need to think of a fruit name and an action to go with it (the line they have to say is smth like who can drink alcohol, xxx can drink alcohol - when they say a fruit name, they also have to do the action) ZZH was thinking of a fruit name, fans were shouting "apple", ZZH said: "apple is too easy." Then fans shouted: "kiwi!". ZZH said: "no, you guys are kiwis!" In the end, he chose "sugar apple". GJ picked "java apple" (it's supposed to be 莲雾 but he said the other way round 雾莲 XD)

5. ZJ picked loquat and did the action of playing a pipa (loquat & pipa sounds the same in Chinese, and the Scorpion King plays pipa). Fans screamed and he said: "you guys get it, right?" (well ofc XDD)

6. During the game, GJ & ZZH pointed out that YBY was wrong and they started arguing. YBY was like can both of you just let me off?! GJ shouted: "no!" (and YBY just sighed ahahaha) When when YBY eliminated, GJ said: "the game won't be fun anymore as he's eliminated."

7. When GJ was asked to say 彩虹屁 (to compliment excessively) to the casts, fans screamed and GJ said: "don't rush, I will start off with didi. Didi, recently you have been practicing martial arts pretty well lately. You learned it from me, the master of the ghost valley, right? Your master didn't teach you much, right? Just tell me quietly. 11. GJ said he saved ZZH as 'Zhang laoshi' on his phone.

12. Man Shu Ke said GJ is actually talented in rapping and he can release a rap song. (ZZH was watching them offstage) After GJ has learned the rap from MSK, he was so proud of himself and was so eager to teach ZZH. GJ also mentioned when he reaches 20 million fans, he will sing Nocturne by Jay Chou.

13. At the beginning of the guess the song game, GJ said: "protect your little ears." (AHAHAHAHA)

14. I nearly passed out from laughing when it was Ah Xiang's turn, and everyone's facial expressions were so hilarious. The MC even said to CWN: son-in-law, you need to control your facial expression, this is Ah Xiang singing!

15. ZZH making didi pick the winner and said otherwise didi won't get to say much during the concert.

16. GJ & ZZH at the backstage part where ZZH called GJ 'didi' (translation is here sobs)

17. When GJ said it doesn't matter if you can sing well (points to ZZH) or not (points to himself), as long as it brings joy to you.

18. Last part where they thanked each other, the crew, and the fans. GJ: I'm very thankful that I met SHL this spring, met you guys who love SHL. Thank you to the fans whether they like me or the other casts, I also want to thank my partner Zhang laoshi and the character he played - Zhou Zishu. And the other casts of the drama. “You owe us a new closet.” Riko rolled her eyes. “Ask Mari, she’s the rich Kiss.” She answered, with Yoshiko’s arm sliding onto her shoulder, who kissed her head while looking directly at the two smugly. Kanan and Dia glared as the two walked off, presumably to Maki, Mia’s, and Yoshiko’s dorm.

Funny how we talked about NCT Hollywood yesterday and suddenly got a bit more info today lol The part about a new NCT U formation is interesting too. Sounds like a permanent unit, even if it's called NCT U? I don't really expect a whole album or EP from them because WayV, 127 and 2021 promotions will prob occupy fall-winter. Maybe a single, then they release more unit songs or join other temporary U combinations as part of the NCT 2021 album.

I wonder if the new NCT U will be a unit for Sungchan and/or Taro. It could be a vocal unit or a mix of existing members too. All is vague atm. Ofc, I do agree SM must have fixed unit(s) planned for Sungchan and Taro. It's just that, when can they actually find enough members (if not adding members from Dream or other units) and form the unit. I remember how Kun and Ten had no fixed unit for a long time. SM has plans, but the time they need to execute the plans is another thing.

I'm guessing, Taro will likely get to join a JP-based unit after the pandemic. I'm not too sure because they already have 127, but with NCT-H announced, SM might want to have local units in JP and US and let 127 perform there too since they have quite big fanbases in both countries. Yuta and Johnny can still be representative members.

I honestly think Sungchan will be for another SK unit. Sungchan might be able to join the JP one, but I doubt it because he's being pushed a lot in SK. To the point I think he might be a leader, considering all the years he trained. I don't keep track of full details on Sungchan's solo activities and don't know how popular he really is in SK, but even if he's not so popular yet, I'm sure he'll still get important role in his new unit. Center or face of the group at least. Or leader. Or even all of the said positions at most.

On the other hand, Taro barely gets SK activities and might be saved for the JP unit (or it could be, Taro's Korean is still a challenge for more Korean content).

Personally, I'm not 100% sure of fan speculations that Taro and Sungchan will be in the same unit. They debuted at the same time, are living in the same dorm with the Dreamies, but it might be like Woo, Kun and Lucas all over again.

NCT U new formation releasing a single and it being included in NCT2021 album (an EP is pretty doable) sounds plausible. If NCT2020 was designed to bring all the units together, make WayV officially part of NCT, NCT2021 is about SMCU. It was said that NCT's concept/universe will get more explanation (new nctmentary videos, hopefully?).

Just to remind you, that in 2018 127 had Empathy, Chain, Regular-Irregular and Regulate. And in 2019 Awaken and Superhuman in addition to the Neocity tour in the first half a year. (Plus Tae, Hyuk and Mark were involved with Dream and SuperM). Making albums is A&R and producers' problem, neos need to sing a couple of lines, and most B-tracks don't require choreos.

Fans having enough money is the bigger problem, lol. But with the lack of concerts and a few months of break between units' comebacks and NCT2021?

I doubt the new U formation will be permanent. This info just raises interest and makes people talk. Ten seems to be in it.

I've checked RV history yesterday. Some of their singles sold in millions. Maybe this new U will get to try to win over gp with a catchy songs as well to sell the song as a single before NCT2021?

WayV will be in Autumn, probably late Autumn. 127 is going to be before them. I still think it's July-August for them. We will know once Dream's repack promotion is over.

I still doubt there will be a Japanese unit soon. I'd bet if there is one formed in the near future, it will be through a trainee-selection programme on Japanese TV. Shota actively learns Korean and is very popular in SK.

Kun, WW and Ten had a designated unit from the beginning - Chinese unit. Not SM's fault the Chinese ban happened.

“Look uh...” He suddenly says, his grin now replaced with a serious gaze. “By any chance, did you feel that? A while ago?”

“While dancing?” You ask, instinctively reaching for your own ears, as if they were still ringing. “If you’re talking about the loud volume then yes...”

Upon hearing your words, he visibly brightened up. “So is it right for me to assume that you were listening to Girls Generation on the way here?”

If your face wasn’t flushed from dancing continuously, your face definitely is red now. You try to gather courage to answer him back, especially when the boy in front of you starts laughing at your flustered state.

Both of you were now laughing, a bit taken aback that you’d meet here out of all places. Everything is tuned out, and the only music you’re hearing is his melodious laughter. Hearing him now just brings this euphoric feeling in you, and seeing him face-to-face...

I just bought the around the world Rosa pop and I'm super excited for it to get here! I've been wanting to get her ever since she was released. 15) Old mutuals from the ol' RH days popping up in my notifications - especially if it's a post related to Free!. First impression: I’d never seen the movie okay. I didn’t know what to expect from him at all!! I honestly wasn’t sure I even liked him that much until like that scene where he punches out Chet at the Twister.

Impression now: THE TRASHY AF LOVE OF MY LIFE. I have so many feelings about Seth Gecko it’d be impossible to list them all here. I think about him nearly every damn day.

Favorite moment: I think it’d have to be in s3 when he’s trying to stop Kate from going after Amaru with the shotgun and how he’s like “easy, easy” at her for getting too riled up. XD SHE IS RUNNING HEADFIRST INTO DANGER ALREADY AND HE IS TRYING TO PROTECT HER. But there’s honestly so many favorite moments. But also jfc that shotgun... all the phallic symbolism there. 👀

Idea for a story: SO MANY IDEAS. THEY JUST NEVER STOP. My latest one is this one where he and Richie are both coyote shifters. And I’ve had this idea for YEARS, but I’m just starting to explore it now.

Unpopular opinion: Seth is not the smooth mfer everyone thinks he is. He is awkward and dorky af and just really great at hiding that. XD And he is not adventurous in bed. AT ALL. HE DOES NOT WANT ANYTHING UP HIS ASS ALRIGHT. Unless, of course, if Kate is suggesting it…

First impression: MY SUN AND STARS. I thought she was precious. Although maybe that was me projecting on Madie because I loved her as Ethel in Shameless so much. I really only watched FDTD because of her.

Impression now: MY SUN AND STARS. I LOVE THIS GIRL SO MUCH. UGH. JUST HER HEART. HER GOODNESS. HOW PROACTIVE OF A CHARACTER SHE IS. HOW SHE’S ALWAYS LIGHTING A FIRE UNDER ALL THE BOYS’ ASSES BECAUSE WITHOUT HER NOTHING WOULD EVER GET DONE. She’s definitely one of my favorite characters of all time now. I love that she’s not afraid to go toe-to-toe with some supernatural assholes (and a couple of regular ones too) even though she is TINY. She is cute, but she WILL FIGHT. I just love that about her so much. And how every action of hers comes from a place of love. But she’s not perfect, and she may be good, but she is NOT nice and WILL ABOSLUTELY WRECK YOU.

Favorite moment: There are so many, honestly. idk how to pick. But I love during the Mexican Honeymoon how she’s giving Seth so much shit for bungling the bank heist and then making excuses later. She’s not just gonna sit and take it okay. She’s giving him an earful about it and he’s gonna LISTEN DAMMIT.

Idea for a story: Well, I already mentioned the coyote shifters thing… There’s also the Yellowstone road trip thing I’ve been working on. And then the two alternate scenarios of Seth running into her at Jed’s that @yossariandawn persuaded me to write that we were coming up with ideas for yesterday. XD So I started working on a couple little ficlets for that. One where Kate is shackled, and another where Seth walks in on Richie and Kate holding hands during the blood bond, and it’s an awkward little parallel to the Twister “you show me yours, I’ll show you mine” bit. XD

Unpopular opinion: idk that this is an unpopular opinion necessarily, but some people don’t like to acknowledge or just don’t realize how much of a shit stirrer she really is!!

Favorite relationship: Sethkate.

Favorite headcanon: Okay, so I’ve definitely mentioned before that I headcanon that she is a Cancer sign. But after learning more about astrology, I think she’s definitely also an Aries moon. She can be really impulsive when she’s emotional, and she’s also got an anger streak lbr!!

First impression: SERIAL KILLER!! Literally the first video I saw of someone playing him he was running people over in Saint Denis with his horse and racking up a huge bounty on his head. XD I really thought this game was just Grand Theft Horsey. :P

Impression now: LISTEN. I AM STILL CRYING OVER HIM THREE YEARS LATER OKAY LEAVE ME ALONE. XD

Favorite moment: There’s lots, but one of my favorites is in this scene with his friend and French artist Charles Châtenay where he’s watching a brawl break out at an art gallery over some risqué art that Charles painted. Charles gets a beating and Arthur is just laughing at him and being entertained by it all. XD I LOVE HIS LAUGH THERE SO MUCH. ONE OF THE FEW TIMES HE ACTUALLY ENJOYS HIMSELF. ARTHUR DESERVED HAPPINESS.

Idea for a story: I did have an idea for a kind of time travel/fix-it fic that is also an Arthur/OFC story… I probably won’t write it now, but it’s like after his death in the game he time travels to the present day because of this talisman he got from a Native American chief and he meets a woman named Emma and they fall in love and get married and are expecting their first kid. BUT THEN. EMMA GETS SENT BACK IN TIME TO BEFORE THE BLACKWATER CATASTROPHE. AND PAST ARTHUR DOESN’T KNOW HER. BUT HE FALLS IN LOVE WITH HER ALL OVER AGAIN. lmfao it’s complicated which is why I never actually wrote it because I couldn’t figure out how to tell that story… But it was supposed to be like Outlander in reverse kinda...

Unpopular opinion: MARY LINTON IS TOXIC AF AND ARTHUR DESERVED BETTER

Favorite relationship: I think that has to go to Arthur & Hosea. THAT’S HIS REAL DAD OKAY. IDGAF. I just love how patient he is with Arthur, even if he teases him sometimes. It’s always really affectionate and playful. And I didn’t really ship Arthur with anyone in the game, but if I did it would’ve been with Charlotte!! I loved their scenes so much!!

Favorite headcanon: He didn’t actually die… and he lived out his days to the age of 100+. He was around for the invention of microwaves and television and pop music. He and Jack hung out sometimes and they celebrated the release of Jack’s first novel together. lmfao

Daryl Dixon

First impression: Umm I think I thought he was kinda cute. XD Him throwing the squirrels at Rick was funny too.

Impression now: idk I stopped watching that show years ago. But when I quit the series, he and Beth were my everything so I know I had a lot of feelings about him.

Favorite moment: The white trash brunch and “Oh” scenes. He was just so soft and open with Beth. He was TRYING.

Idea for a story: I don’t write for that fandom anymore and never will again. But I did have a couple stories in the works though. One was a ZA fic where he and Beth are married with a newborn at the start of the apocalypse and it just follows the first few episodes with some changes because it’s also set a few years later. And another story I had was a singer!Beth au where she’s just getting famous and is dating Daryl and they have to keep their relationship a secret. And there were definitely fights with paparazzi planned. lol And a lot of sneaking around.

Unpopular opinion: I can’t think of anything.

Favorite relationship: Bethyl. There was a quote by NR where he said something like when Daryl loves, it’s for life? I still maintain that there will never be anyone else. Even if there is later in the show, there isn’t. lol

Favorite headcanon: That Merle is actually his biological father... lol
