Taken a couple of days ago - Saturday, I think. I have tweaked this one slightly - adding the vignette filter, as well as increasing the saturation slightly to counter the dulness that caused. And yep, taken on my camera. :D (c) Catkin, 2022.

05/03/23-Farley Mount and home 

Photos taken in this set; yellow flowers in the garden, six views on an afternoon walk at Farley Mount the place looked so beautiful and was adorned by catkins it was such a spectacular show of them to admire with swathes of trees covered in this green sea of hope for season’s change this is a good spot for seeing them, Goldfinch on the balcony it was so lovely to watch these again, a plant in the garden and a sky scene out the back. 

At Farley Mount it was good to see a fair few Woodpigeons, see and hear Blackbird, Song Thrush, Robin, Great Tit, lovely snowdrop leaves and flowers on the edge of the wood and old man’s-beard. The earlier Lakeside walk which my last post details today was to get some exercise in as we looked after my sister’s puppy Buddy today who we took to Farley Mount and he can’t walk too far currently so it was a shorter walk, it was so precious and lovely to spend time with him again he is a joy. And it is good to have a dog back in our life in some capacity. At home I got nice views of Collared Dove and Starling and enjoyed daffodils out the back and front today also. I got a great view of a Buzzard perhaps my bird of the day sat in a field by Farley Mount on the way.
