Most kudoed Sherlock fics from 2022
The 10 most popular fics* on AO3 completed in 2022 with Sherlock (TV) as the main fandom. Kudo counts as of 1 Jan 2023.
1. 3497 kudos - Teaching Sherlock by Sherlock1110 (148K, E, Johnlock, Mystrade)
Sherlock is 24, his older brother Mycroft has had enough. John Watson is known for training subs, looking after them until they're ready to leave and never getting emotionally attached. At least that was what he thought until he met Sherlock Holmes, the troublesome submissive who no one could tame.
2. 1718 kudos - Helpless Here Below by Mottlemoth (66K, E, Mystrade, Johnlock, Warstan)
Mycroft Holmes and Greg Lestrade barely know each other - so John Watson has always believed. When he witnesses a surprising moment of care between them, John starts to wonder if there's more going on than meets the eye
3. 1378 kudos - Indefinite Lines by ArwaMachine (298K, E, Johnlock)
Sherlock and John find themselves faced with a series of seemingly disparate cases that are growing increasingly connected, increasingly personal. They must unravel the mystery laid before them by a particularly ruthless set of criminals before the danger is upon them, or else run the risk of being cleaved apart forever, lines scattered to the wind.
4. 1237 kudos - Shift by stopthat (46K, E, Johnlock)
Sherlock is tired. John senses a shift.
5. 1219 kudos - Plenipotentials by Ginevra_Benci (54K, M, Mystrade, Johnlock)
The first thing your soulmate says in your presence writes itself on your skin as they say it, usually on your chest, arm, or hand, or—if you’re very unlucky—on your face. Greg was very, very unlucky.
6. 1091 kudos - The Impenetrable Mind Palace of Muggle Sherlock Holmes by suitesamba (27K, M, Johnlock)
Sherlock is obsessed with the new neighbor - the one who's rented Mrs. Hudson's flat while she spends a year abroad. There's something odd about the amiable man, but Sherlock just can't put his finger on it. And when has Sherlock Holmes ever failed at deducing someone?
7. 992 kudos - Matchmaking for Solitary Animals by ArwaMachine (71K, E, Johnlock, Sherlock/OMC, John/OMC)
Upon moving back to Baker Street following Sherlock’s return from the dead, John finds that Sherlock is a bit more keen on entertaining gentlemen callers than he once was, a fact that seems to make John irrationally angry. Intent on proving that he’s not a total dick, John decides to make it his mission to find Sherlock a boyfriend. This, as it turns out, is the worst idea John has ever had.
8. 812 kudos - What Have You Done? by DownpourOfFeels (62K, E, Johnlock, Warstan)
John Watson’s wedding was over a year ago now and his friendship with Sherlock Holmes is deteriorating. With a new daughter in the picture, bills to pay and a job to hold down, there’s no time for solving cases - and he’s not as happy as he thought he might be. On the other side of London, Sherlock has never felt more alone. Crushed with regret and running out of distractions, he sneaks off one night to get high - but as he trips, Moriarty escapes from his mind and comes out to play. Will John and Mycroft get there in time to save him?
9. 802 kudos - When It Rains by BlueMoon0nTheRise (98K, M, Mystrade)
Ever since Greg Lestrade saved Sherlock's life, Mycroft Holmes' protective streak started to extend to him, too. Whenever Greg is injured or ill, the older Holmes is always there in the background, ensuring that he recovers. And over time, Greg starts to return the favour, when he can.
10. 774 kudos - A Question of Honour by MizJoely (47K, E, Sherlolly)
Revolutionary War AU. Colonial spy Molly Hooper is caught sneaking into the quarters of British Army Captain Sherlock Holmes and is saved from hanging only by his assertion that she's actually his mistress. However, once she and the handsome enemy captain are forced to spend time alone in his quarters, will the lie become the truth?
*I excluded collections of standalone ficlets posted as a single work and fics that were actually completed earlier but posted "extras” in 2022.

“Pretty boy?” Morgan asked as he leaned against the counter. He gestured to the coffee cup next to his own.
“What?”
“I asked if you want some coffee. If not, I can always give it to-”
“Yeah. I’ll take it.” Spencer grabbed the warm cup from Morgan, sipping from the lid and relishing in the warmth that filled his chest from the coffee.
Derek chuckled, observing Spencer while he drank. “Long night, pretty boy?”
He choked slightly, but recovered quickly, “You could say that.”
The rest of the time Morgan and Reid had been making small talk, but it was clear that Reid wasn’t fully there. Morgan didn’t feel as hurt as one would in that situation- in fact, he found in amusing. Spencer probably would’ve continued nodding and pretending he was listening even if Derek left the room.
As members of the team entered and exited the room, Derek made jokes with them about Spencer’s unusual state. He stayed like that for a while. That was, until Garcia pulled Y/n into the room to get her in on the new gossip.
She dragged the other woman into the room, excited to show her why everyone was poking fun at Spencer around the B.A.U.. Unfortunately, by the the time she’d gotten Y/n to realize what the laughing matter was; Spencer had snapped out of his mini-trance.
“Noooo!” She drew out the word, emphasizing her disappointment before explaining to Y/n what she had wanted her to see. “Yeah, it was really funny, but now he’s back to normal. Maybe next time?” Garcia didn’t even wait for Y/n to respond before leaving.
However, Derek could tell something new now that she was in the room. The tension between Spencer and Y/n was strong, but undeciphered.
“Is it just me, or do those two have something goin’ on?” He whispered to Prentiss.
“What do you mean? They seem perfectly fine-”
“No. No, no, no- between them. I can’t tell if it’s sexual, emotional, frustration- I can’t help it,” He brought his hand up to his chin, moving his fingers as if he was stroking a beard. “I’m curious now.”
“Well, good luck with that.” Emily grabbed her coffee mug and left the room, shrugging Derek’s odd fascination off with ease.
He stayed for a few more minutes, studying the two as they finished their lunches, silent and hardly even acknowledging each other. “Yeah...maybe it’s just nothing.” Ignoring the feeling of something missing, Derek made his way out of the room , following behind Prentiss.
They waited as the time went by.
It had to have been at least fifteen minutes before Spencer stood up and stalked to the bathroom. About six minutes passed before Y/n stood up and followed him. As soon as the door shut, Spencer pushed her into the wall, pressing his lips to hers and clasping her hips tightly.
Their lips fit like puzzle pieces, the same went for their bodies. The two had passion and love, as well as lust. Both agreed, it was like they were perfect for each other; it was like they were made for each other.
He lifted her, mumbling against her lips, “Jump,” and wrapping her legs around his waist, holding the underside of her thighs with a strong grip. Spencer would never act in such a way to another person, as anyone would guess, but he was not innocent.
His eyes darkened as he pushed Y/n against the wall, grip on her thighs tightening.
Y/n moaned into his mouth, clasping his curls with desperate hands as he grinded against her core. Their clothes blocked any physical contact from being made, but it created a delicious friction once they got the right angle. Spencer found himself doing that same as a reaction to their current activity.
Before it could go any further, the door opened and caused the two to pull away as fast as they could. Prentiss stood in the door way, wide eyes and cheeks pink with embarrassment.
She looked like she was about to laugh rather than freak out.
That theory was proven correct when Derek popped his head in, curious to why Emily stopped in the middle of the door way, and held the same expression. “I told you!”
“So you did...”
“I mean- it’s surprising, yes, but I knew it!!”
The door closed, Morgan and Prentiss back in the other room and Y/n and Spencer exchanging confused glances with one another. Y/n was the first of the two to speak, “Fuck... Well I mean...now we don’t have to pretend we don’t like each other- right?”
“I suppose.” Spencer shrugged. “To be safe, we should ask Morgan and Prentiss to keep their mouths shut.”
Y/n waited a moment, then held up a five dollar bill. “We can always bribe them-”
“That too.”

Rap Sheet - Brooklyn Nine-Nine AU
Summary: “By then David had a daughter and a son And a rap sheet to prove all the time that he’d done” -David, Cody Jinks
After having some time off to spend with Mac and Maya, Jake sets out to start a new project
Read on Ao3!
Words: 802

Notes: This is part 1 of 5??? in my “David” Series! It is using lyrics from the song David by Cody Jinks. Enjoy!

After leaving the nine-nine to spend more time with Mac, Jake felt really isolated from the police. No one, other than his friends and wife, treated him the same as when he was a detective. Each and every morning Amy worked began the same way. He woke up to an empty bed with a sticky note on his forehead from Amy.
“Missed you this morning. Love you, Ames.”
He was starting to think that Amy was reusing the sticky note, he was getting the same note so much. Next, he got up, showered and changed, looking a little bit nice on this particular day with his collared shirt and tie then went to wake up Mac. The “Good Morning, Daddy” hug was Jake’s favourite part of the morning. Mac got himself dressed in the morning (a skill Amy taught him early on because she knew Jake wouldn’t), so Jake could go wake up Maya.
Jake and Amy’s daughter has always been a good sleeper, even as a newborn. Jake usually had to get her dressed half asleep. After Maya was dressed, Mac wondered his way into Maya’s room. Jake, carrying Maya on his hip, grabbed Mac’s hand and took his kids into the kitchen for breakfast.
Mac ate fruity pebbles, and Maya still drank formula. Fruity pebbles was Jake and Mac’s secret that they didn’t tell Mommy. It was Mac’s treat when Amy was working so Jake could get him out the door to daycare in the morning.
The Peralta-Santiagos’ made the decision to send the kids to daycare for 3 days a week to socialize with other kids and to give Daddy sometime to work on his new project. He also needed a break after Amy had Maya.
After breakfast, they were brushing teeth and taking vitamins. Brushing teeth and taking vitamins was something that Amy required basically straight out of the womb. It made Amy feel better, so Jake did it for their children, even if he didn’t do it for himself.
Jake grabbed the kids and their bags, prepared by Amy of course, and headed down to the car. Jake strapped the kids into their car seats and drove them over to daycare.
After Jake dropped them off, he always went through a moment where he didn’t know what to do with his kids, even if he had so many things to do. He missed his kids when they went off to daycare.
Today, Jake was meeting with his lawyer. He needed to get his name cleared for his new project. Jake drove over to his lawyer’s office and headed inside for his meeting.
Jake sat down in his lawyer’s office and they discussed the progress on getting Jake’s record expunged.
“You’ve gone to court and I’ve finally gotten the results back,” Jake’s lawyer explained, “the judge has expunged your record and you are cleared of all wrongdoing, including the time you spent framed in prison.”
“I thought I was cleared for the bank heist after I was released from prison,” Jake inquired.
“Lieutenant Hawkins forged the paperwork.”
“So I’m still a criminal?”
“Technically, yes…”
Jake sighed at the sheer thought of the words.
“Why wasn’t I fired from the NYPD?” Jake asked.
“The forged paperwork wasn’t found to actually be forged until you let the NYPD. The investigation was put into motion about 6 months afterwards,” his lawyer answered.
Jake finished the meeting. He couldn’t remember the rest, his mind was somewhere else. His mind wondered all the way back to the day he fought Rosa for the spot on Hawkins’ team, how stupid and naïve he’d been.

Tell us your favourite quotes from your character. Give us an idea of who they are from five things they’ve said. Then tag your friends!
Tagged by: @americanalien @pathtotruth (because you kinda tagged me haha)
Tagging: @pcrfectforayear @spoilertagged @murder-popsicle @kryptonfresh @ YOU
ok, these aren’t specifically my favourites but i generally like them and they tell you a lot about who tim is as a character
“Batman taught me to learn from our opponents. Fine. If they can stop cars by driving into them, then so can I.”
– Robin #129 – War Games: Act 1 Part 5 – Alamo High
One thing I hate about fanon Tim is how he’s the goody-two-shoes of the kids. He can be a little shit and really petty when he wants to be (just like Cass), and will absolutely use people’s words against them by twisting it around to his advantage. He’s sly that way.
“He’s got physics on his side. But I got an “A” in physics.”
– Robin #70 - War Beneath the Streets! Part Three: The Survivors
I use this as my promo quote because it’s cute and it really shows Tim’s worldview. He isn’t afraid to admit when he’s outgunned but can also be pretty confident to the point of prideful when he feels he’s in his zone. But at the same time, it also really shows his youthfulness and the context by which he measures himself against the world. He’s considered good according to a pre-existing framework of understanding competency, and I think his dependence on external validation can be a point of weakness at times.
“No one’s dead until you see the body. And sometimes not even then.”
– Robin #166 – The Big Leagues
This one is all about Tim’s work ethic and his view on investigation. I hated the whole We Are Robin thing with each Robin saying what Batman told them being a hero or Robin meant (I don’t know, I only saw panels and didn’t read it). It sounds catchy and everything but if they didn’t take a holistic approach to hero-ing then it’s a massive failure on Batman’s part to impart on them the importance of being thorough. And Tim is thorough. He is insanely diligent, which is what makes him such a great investigator, because he will exhaust all options before committing to anything. Which also resulted in Tim believing in time travel in one of Batman’s tests and got scolded for it, but guess who figured your sorry ass got lost in time Bruce huh? HUH?
And yeah this also foreshadows his journey to find Bruce when he was lost in time.
(Also, side eyes rebirth when Tim “died” and Bruce just gave up. Bro, your son went to the ends of the earth and his sanity and worked with the fuckin Demon’s Head to get you back and you just gave the fuck up. rebirth Bruce doesn’t deserve Tim)
“This is my life. It was my decision. I wasn’t ready for this! I vowed loyalty to you. Your word is the word. But that goes for Robin, not Tim Drake. You had no right to reveal my secret. I kept your secret. Sometimes at the risk of my life. You sent her here alone because you were afraid you’d run into Alfred! And that would blow your secret. So you just gave mine away.”
– Tim to Batman (Robin #87 – Secrets Revealed
So Tim really struggles with his identity a lot in the Robin series. From the beginning, he has seen himself as very much two different people - Robin and Tim Drake - only to have his identities slowly merge as he grew into the role and loses his connections outside of the hero-ing world. But this also shows when Tim isn’t afraid to stand up to Batman and give him a piece of his mind. He’s generally really quick to anger, which is something that is lost in fanon as well, and won’t hesitate to take it out on someone he feels deserving of it.
“If I were no longer Robin…that would mean that no more innocent people are being threatened. No more criminals going around breaking the law. No one was living in fear of their lives. No more crime or wrongdoing. It would mean that mankind had entered Utopia, and I’d be happy for humanity. Because that would be the only circumstance under which I’d quit the game.”
– Young Justice #7 – Conferences
Ok, this one is really........ this is pretty much the core of Tim’s heroic moral compass. He can never stand by and do nothing. As long as someone needs help and he is able to give that help, no matter in what capacity, he is driven to do it. Regardless of promises, self-doubt or consequences, Tim will do what needs to be done to the best of his ability at the first sign of trouble. As a result, he will never be able to hang up the cape, even after all the terrible losses he’s faced.
Bonus:
“Like a panther, he moves fast and low. In truth, more like a raccoon or a ferret. But don’t tell him that.”
– Detective Comics #802 – City of Crime Part 2: The Secret Keepers
Because Tim is still a smol cutie

Merlin Writer Month: Round up
Hello Merlin fans! We hope you’ve had an amazing week and that you found some new fics to enjoy!
Again, we want to remind you to use the hashtag: #MerlinWriterMonth2018, so that we may reblog all of your wonderful recommendations. Also, we noticed that some of you recommended authors instead of specific fics, so you’ll find them at the end after the GEN cut.
And without further ado, enjoy!
Arthur/Merlin
1. Rules For Roommates by Pickitup
Length: 41,235
Summary: Modern AU. Arthur works in publishing and is ashamed to tell anyone he’s secretly editing erotica, and being bullied by one of his authors - the arrogant ‘Lake Anders’. He’s also just taken in a new roommate, the adorable Merlin Emrys, who is definitely Not His Type. Or is he?
2. The Oncoming Storm by Diana_Prallon
Lenght: 133,914
Summary: The only thing the Republic isn’t ready for, is war. Everything in their power is being done to appease the systems that have joined the Separatist Movement, to try and keep the peace among all. The Jedi Knights have been sent all over the Galaxy, trying to solve conflicts and stop more and more planets from leaving the Republic, with mixed success.
King Arthur Pendragon of Camelot, however, doesn’t believe that avoiding war will be that easy and has devised a scheme to help boost the Republic’s defenses – if he can survive the many attempts on his life and remain hidden under the custody of Jedi Padawan Merlin long enough for his master, Mordred, to figure out who is behind the attempts.
3. Let’s Ruin The Friendship by silver_etoile
Lenght: 24,564
Summary: Desperate to get Merlin over his breakup with Lance, Arthur makes a suggestion that surely can’t backfire–sex with no strings attached. Arthur’s perfectly capable of controlling his own feelings, so why does this feel all wrong and more than a little bit right?
4. Close Quarters by RocknVaughn
Lenght: 3,948
Summary: Albion University’s rather unique “Get to Know Your Roommate” exercise has Merlin seeing red…and blue, and yellow, and green.
5. The Dreams Inside by winterstorrm
Lenght: 9,959
Summary: Arthur had always held back, not trusting himself. After all, he’d been in love with Merlin since he was eighteen years old—and Merlin had been with his sister. Now that Morgana was off the scene, could Arthur be blamed for taking his chance with Merlin?
6. Everything by beckybrit
Lenght: 5,970
Summary: Arthur wants Merlin to let go and hold nothing back. The result isn’t quite what he expected.
7. Arthur Pendragon and the Philosopher’s Sword by a8csock (ladysockalot), ladysockalot
Lenght: 60,941
Summary: Arthur Pendragon was living a normal, mundane life, when he received a mysterious letter inviting him to the magical University of Camelot. Despite his scepticism before long he found himself being whisked of to a world of magic, mystery and destiny. His life would never be the same again.

Russian Soldiers Rape Children And Brand Women With Swastikas, Ukraine MP Claims
Russian soldiers have raped girls as young as ten and branded women’s bodies with swastikas, a Ukrainian MP has claimed.
Lesia Vasylenko said children had been left with wounds from serious sexual assault, adding: “Russian men did this.”
It comes as Russian troops are accused of massacring, torturing and raping hundreds of civilians on the outskirts of the capital Kyiv in Bucha and Irpin.
My heart breaks more as volunteer tells me not to send baby food to the liberated villages as not many babies left. #Bucha#Irpin and the rest were family suburbia, now just a massacre site
— Lesia Vasylenko (@lesiavasylenko) April 3, 2022
Vasylenko, a mother-of-three, has been detailing allegations of Russian war crimes through her social media accounts.
She tweeted: “Russian soldiers loot, rape and kill. 10 y.o. girls with vaginal and rectal tears. Women with swastika shaped burns.
“Russia. Russian Men did this. And Russian mothers raised them. A nation of immoral criminals.”
Desperately sad story from just outside Kyiv, about a woman called Iryna whose son was killed by Russian soldiers. We were the first outsiders she'd seen since the Russians left her village on Friday. Shot and edited by @leedurant. Produced by @producerkathypic.twitter.com/vKE1tjL1kf
— Jeremy Bowen (@BowenBBC) April 3, 2022
Vasylenko also shared a photograph of a woman who was allegedly tortured, raped, killed and branded with a swastika.
The MP commented: “Tortured body of a raped and killed woman. I’m speechless. My mind is paralysed with anger and fear and hatred.”
Vasylenko, who was elected in 2019 for the liberal Holos party, was among four female MPs who visited the UK last month to meet British politicians.
They were granted special permission to leave their war-torn country, warning of the harrowing atrocities being committed by Russian soldiers.
Journalists based in Kyiv now say “clear evidence” of war crimes has been uncovered, including civilians shot with their hands bound behind their backs and other bodies that bear the marks of torture and rape.
Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy is calling on world leaders to introduce new sanctions after the massacre of civilians.
“I want all the leaders of the Russian Federation to see how their orders are being fulfilled,” Zelenskyy said in his nightly video address.
French President Emmanuel Macron has said there were “clear indications of war crimes” after a mass grave was discovered in Bucha.
“Those behind these crimes must answer for them,” he told the French broadcaster Inter, adding that “it was the Russian army that was in Bucha”.
Boris Johnson has accused Russia of “despicable attacks” while the White House has called it a “punch to the gut”.
Johnson has pledged to send funding and specialist investigators to the International Criminal Court at The Hauge to compile evidence for a war crimes tribunal.
“We will not rest until justice is served,” he vowed.

Wonderbat Week: Day 1 - Honeymoon
Title: Honeymoon Happiness
Word count: 802
Author’s Note: This is my first time writing Bruce and Diana! I hope I got them in character. Also I used Wonder Woman’s backstory from the movie instead of the comics.
@fyeahwonderbat
—
“You know, the kids are going to be really mad,” Diana hummed. The Amazonian trailed her finger along Bruce’s spine, relishing in the way his muscles tensed and twitched beanthe her touch. Bruce tapped his pen against the map he was hunched over and straightened, turning to look over his shoulder at his newly wedded wife.
“Why? We’re travelling around the world. That’s what they wanted.”
“We’re also doing so as Wonder Woman and Batman. Going to suspicious places, hoping to put in end to some shady businesses. This—” Diana removed her finger from Bruce’s back and used her hand to gesture to the Parisian Honeymoon Suit they resided in, “is the nicest it’s gonna get and we aren’t even staying for a full day. Not exactly the relaxing honeymoon the kids were pushing for.” Bruce put down his pen and twisted to face his wife fully, lifting his feet onto the bed and laying beside her. Diana moved her head onto his shoulder and Bruce slipped an arm underneath her, pulling her close.
“So the kids won’t like what we’re up to. What about you? You didn’t seem to mind a week ago.”
“I don’t know…” Diana drummed on Bruce’s chest, silently demanding the man to keep quiet while she thought. Bruce grabbed the restless hand and brought it to his lips, lightly kissing each knuckle. “In Themyscira we train everyday. We are a race of warriors, preparing non stop to be the soldiers the gods need. And yet, the moment man’s world’s problems crash onto our island, we hide away and refuse to provide aid. We fight and train non stop for no reason. In America us heroes also fight non stop. We dedicate our lives protecting our country with no change. Criminals constantly break out and the moment we rest the crime levels skyrocket. So what’s the point of it? Why not stop fighting for a while and enjoy our honeymoon?”
Bruce opened his mouth but the words got stuck in his throat, resulting in a deep guttural sound. Surely Diana didn’t mean that. It was her idea to go against the children’s wishes after all.
Bruce reached up to pinch his nose and gave a heavy sigh. “If that’s what you want then that’s what we’ll do. We’ll stay here in Paris: I’ll pay to keep the suits longer and we’ll buy more casual clothes. We’ll relax and explore the city. It’ll be… fun.”
Silence blanketed the pair as Bruce focused on locking away his disappointment and frustration. If Diana was happy then he could try to be happy. And surely, knowing Diana, his wife wouldn’t want to laze around in bed all day. No matter how hard they tried to it was impossible for Bruce Wayne and Diana Prince-Wayne — for Batman and Wonder Woman to go for more than a day without some type of excitement. This honeymoon would not be boring. Bruce’s focus, however, was broken by the shaking of Diana’s shoulders and the light chuckling that followed soon after.
“You really believed me?” Diana snorted as she lifted her head to look at Bruce. Mirth gleamed in her eyes, a playful smile causing her entire face to light up. Bruce found it easy to smile back. “Oh, Bruce, you should know me better than that. Stopping evils and making the world with you at my side: I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate our union.”
“Me neither,” Bruce murmured, words half swallowed as Diana pressed her lips against his. WIth her soft lips against his and the warm sunlight coming in through the windows to warm their skin, Bruce could almost imagine the calm Honeymoon Dick and Tim had been promoting.
“Besides,” Diana continued a few minutes later, breathless, “I wouldn’t want you to die of boredom. You deserve to enjoy yourself too. You know that right?”
Bruce pushed Diana’s hair away from her face, gladly allowing his fingers to get tangled in it. “As long as you’re happy, I’m…” Bruce hesitated for a moment. “Happy. I’m happy too.” A quiet understand passed between them as Diana moved to lay her head on Bruce’s shoulder again. They both knew that happy was a word Bruce was still struggling to add to his vocabulary.
“The kids won’t really mind. Cassie just wants us to have a good time - Donna, too for that matter.”
“Mhm. Dick and Tim are in the same boat. They’ll be mad for awhile but as long as we enjoy ourselves they won’t hold it against us for too long. Jason and Damian just wants souvenirs. Steph is a mix of the two and Cassandra only cares if we’re happy. She won’t be mad at all.”
“Great.” Diana tilted her head to kiss Bruce’s neck. “So, how soon can we leave?”

DAVID MARTIN CATEGORICALLY STATES
1). There is no SARS-CoV-2. There is a bioweapon, that in 1999 was paid for by Anthony Fauci, was patented by the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2002. It was the Recombinant Coronavirus that was actually the bioweapon created by NIAID for this very moment. That bioweapon was an infectious replication-defective clone of coronavirus.
He says, “This bioweapon was engineered to destroy humanity. And if we started talking about a bioweapon and not a vaccine or a virus, we’d get a lot of progress.”
2). There is no COVID-19. There is influenza-like illness. When the World Health Organization invented the notion of COVID-19, it was the first disease in human history to have no clinical diagnostics. It was diagnosed by committee and symptom – and then they made up the term “asymptomatic carrier”, which does not exist.
3). There is no vaccine. There’s a bioweapon that’s being injected, which was engineered to generate tons of money for Big Pharma.
ARCHITECTS OF THE PLANDEMIC
David says that Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance and Anthony Fauci were the architects of the pandemic and of the plan to profit on the forced-vaccination of everybody on the planet, which goes back to at least 2016 in a document titled “Developing Medical Countermeasures (MCMs) for Coronavirus”, which is part of the “Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences”.
Daszak wrote to Fauci, “We need to increase the public understanding of the need for medical countermeasure, such as a pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond when they see profit at the end of the process.”
David says the above statement is “An admission of 5 felonies in the United States…and not a single governor, not a single Department of Justice member, not a single US attorney, not a single attorney general, not a single elected official in this country will actually allow this quote to go into the public record.
A HARD TRUTH
On September 18, 2019…the World Health Organization, in their Global Preparedness Monitoring Board gathering, got together and said that we need to create a global simulation of the release of a respiratory pathogen, which was going to go from September of 2019 to September of 2020. A global campaign.
“The day after that document was published, President Donald Trump signed this Executive Order [13887] and I want you to read what’s in this Executive Order. These vaccine platform technologies include DNA, mRNA, virus-like S-particles, vector-based and self-assembling nanoparticle vaccines.
“The day after the Chinese, the NIAID, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, in criminal conspiracy, in interlocking directorates, in racketeering, declared…war on the world, Donald Trump signed an executive order actually mandating that the toxin be released on the public. Right there it is, in his Executive Order.
“Now, listen to what I have to say: Did he premeditate that Executive Order? No. But we must be careful, People, because it doesn’t matter which one among us stands in positions of authority. We must embrace the reality that if we are not accountable for every word that we say, every action we take, we open up ourselves to compromise and if we are going to win the campaign for the hearts and minds and livelihood and soul of this country, we must commit ourselves to absolute integrity. No exceptions. Zero exceptions.

Utah Eviction Process
In Utah, the legal term for an eviction is an ‘unlawful detainer suit.’ Landlords wishing to evict a tenant must go through a formal process and obtain a court order before they can have a tenant evicted. Any attempts to evict a tenant without a court order are illegal. Actions like turning off utilities or changing the locks without a court order are known as “self-help” evictions, and they could result in a lawsuit being successfully filed against you. Generally, the eviction process in Utah takes just a matter of days or weeks from the time the landlord files the lawsuit to the time the tenant is out of the property. 11 to 28 days is common, provided that the process has been followed correctly. If the tenant contests the eviction, it could take longer. Utah is among the more landlord-friendly states. Courts in Utah normally award triple damages (minus attorney’s fees) to landlords in the event of an eviction especially for past-due rent payments. However, it can be very difficult to actually collect on a judgment from an evicted tenant if they have few assets in their name to collect against. Common reasons for evictions in Utah include non-payment of rent and material violation of lease terms. Landlords can also file nuisance evictions due to suspected criminal activity on the premises, loud parties, rowdy behavior, gambling, and the like.
The landlord must sufficiently demonstrate to the courts that the tenant has been causing a nuisance. You cannot evict unless you have a court order authorizing you to take possession of the property. You can’t evict if you are illegally discriminating against a protected class. The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits housing discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, and pregnancy. In addition, Utah state law prohibits housing discrimination on the basis of color or source of income. Before you can file for an eviction, you must provide a formal written notice to the tenant to pay rent, correct the lease violation, or vacate the premises. If you’re evicting because of a violation of the lease, then you would present the tenant with a 3-Day Notice to Quit or Perform Covenant. Utah law allows you to present this notice in person to the tenant; to mail it to the tenant’s residence via registered or certified mail; or to leave the notice with a person of suitable age and discretion at the residence. If you cannot find anyone suitable at the residence, then you may post the notice in a conspicuous place on the property. Court officials will deliver a summons to the tenant alerting them of the lawsuit, as well as the time and location of the hearing. If the defendant wants to contest the eviction, they can state their case at the hearing.
Utah law allows landlords to recover attorney’s fees if they win the lawsuit, provided that a provision stating such is in the lease signed by the tenant. Once you win your eviction hearing, you can apply for a writ of restitution from the court. The writ of restitution generally directs the tenant to vacate the premises within 3 days (though occasionally the timeline could be shorter—especially where vandalism or property damage is threatened or suspected). You can serve or post this notice on the property, but you must also provide a blank request for a hearing along with the notice to vacate. (You must provide proof of service to the court). If you receive an eviction notice, you should first try talking to your landlord. You may be able to come to an agreement without going to court. An eviction will cost both of you money (as well as time), and your landlord may be willing to stop the eviction if you agree to certain terms, such as paying rent you owe or stopping behavior that violates the lease. If you can’t come to an agreement that prevents you from moving out, perhaps you can agree on a certain date and time for when you will move out of the rental unit.
If you are being evicted for not paying rent or violating the lease, then your eviction notice will state the reason for the eviction. If you comply with the eviction notice by either paying all the rent due and owing or correcting the lease violation, then, in Utah, the landlord must not proceed with the eviction (Utah Code Ann. § 78B-6-802). If you are not able to comply with the eviction notice within the time period stated in the notice, then you should talk to your landlord. For example, if you are being evicted for failure to pay rent, you will receive a three-day notice to remedy. If you can’t pay the rent in full within three days but you could by the end of the week, you should talk to your landlord to see if you can arrange to pay later. If your landlord agrees to terms that are different from the eviction notice, then you should get the agreement in writing. If you do not comply with the eviction notice and you and your landlord are not able to reach an agreement, then your landlord can file the eviction lawsuit with the court. You will receive a copy of the paperwork after your landlord files, and you will then be required to file an answer in response to your landlord’s complaint. An answer is a document that allows you to state the reasons why you should not be evicted. This is where you need to put any defences to the eviction, such as the landlord evicting you based on discrimination.
In Utah, it is illegal for a landlord to discriminate against a tenant based on source of income, race, or religion, among other things. If your landlord is evicting you based on one of these protected classes, then you can use that as a defense against the eviction (see the federal Fair Housing Act and the Utah Fair Housing Act). For more ideas on possible defenses against an eviction, see Tenant Defenses to Evictions in Utah. You should also contact a lawyer to ensure you are using the best defenses available to you. If you do file an answer, then a hearing will be scheduled. You must attend this hearing. At the hearing, the judge will consider both sides of the argument and make a decision regarding the eviction. Even if you don’t have any defenses against the eviction, you should still attend the hearing and talk to the judge. Depending on your circumstances (such as if you have minor children living at home or health issues), the judge might not schedule the eviction right away. The judge might give you a little extra time to prepare and move out of the rental unit before ordering a sheriff to perform the eviction. Keep in mind, though, that you will still owe your landlord rent until you move out of the rental unit.
The eviction process begins with serving an eviction notice. Along with the eviction notice, we will personally serve an eviction demand letter letting your tenants know that they must comply with the eviction notices or face an eviction lawsuit. Selecting the correct eviction notice is critical because it forms the foundation of the eviction. If the tenants have caused multiple violations, the landlord should serve multiple notices that apply to the situation. This provides the landlord with a stronger eviction case because it provides multiple grounds for eviction (we don’t have to prove all of the notices, we only have to prove one notice to justify the eviction). Failing to provide proper notice to a tenant can easily result in a judge dismissing your entire eviction. If the tenant fails to comply with the eviction notices, the landlord must file an eviction lawsuit with the court. Most evictions are filed the same day and completed 2-3 weeks later with the locks being changed. Once the eviction case is filed we work through the case until the sheriff or constable is able to change the locks. Lawsuits can be complex and there are multiple reasons you should hire an attorney.
If not done properly, your case may be delayed or you may have to start the entire process over. Civil lawsuits in Utah’s District Court often take months or years before a judge renders a decision. If forced to wait through the regular timelines, landlords would often face default on their mortgage which may result in foreclosure. In order to avoid this result, and to provide landlords with relief from dead-beat tenants, Utah law provides landlords several significant opportunities to speed up the eviction process and have a judge review the case. If done properly, evictions can typically be resolved within days or weeks as opposed to months or years. Even though you may think that it will be easier to simply evict tenants without going through the necessary steps, it is illegal in all states to do a self-help eviction. You must follow the rules and regulations in your state. If you do have a situation that meets one of those categories and you have proof of it, then you can officially start the eviction process.
To do that, the first thing you will have to do is provide the tenants with a formal eviction notice. In most states, this is the first part of the legal eviction procedure. You will need to look at your local laws to determine how many days’ notice you need to provide to the tenants. This formal eviction notice is usually a document that is fairly simple in nature. It will provide the tenants with an ultimatum that will require them to fix the issue in order to avoid the eviction. For example, if they are behind on rent, the notice would detail that you need to receive the full rental amount in a set amount of days in order to avoid eviction. When you are creating your eviction notice, these are a few things to keep in mind:
• Include a specific date for them to either remedy the situation or vacate the property before you file for an eviction.
• Detail how much they owe you (if the issue is failure to pay rent) including any fees.
• Make sure you post this notice within the set amount of days to go along with the ultimatum date so you meet your local legal requirements.
• Put the notice on their front door. You should also send it to them through certified mail with a return receipt requested through USPS so you can verify that it was received by them. You may even want to check with your state laws to see if a specialized service company is required for this step. If so, you will have to pay them a small fee to deliver the notice.
• Consider using an eviction notice document to ensure that you fulfill all of the necessary aspects and can add in components that you require.
Once you have sent the eviction notice, the ball is in their court. In some cases, this may be enough for them to take care of the issue or move out. In fact, there are many evictions that never have to move past this point because they are fixed by the tenant after the notice has been delivered. However, this is not always the case. If nothing has changed since the eviction notice was sent and the deadline provided to the tenants has come and gone, then your next step is to file the eviction with your local courts. If you do have to move forward with the eviction process, you will need to go to your local courthouse to file. Typically, you will have to pay a fee to file the eviction; the amount for the fee will depend on your local courthouse. Once you have filed, the clerk may or may not immediately give you a court date. You may have to wait for the court notice to be mailed to you directly.
The court will also notify the tenant for you in the form of a summons. Evictions can be very stressful for all parties involved. Once you go through it for the first time as a landlord, you will want to take extra steps in order to prevent it from happening again in the future. While there is no way you can completely eliminate the possibility of eviction for one of your tenants, you can greatly reduce the probability of it happening by conducting background checks and credit checks for all applicants and thoroughly checking references. While it may cost you a little bit more in the beginning, it will save you a lot of time and money from pursuing an eviction later. A landlord can’t begin an eviction lawsuit without first legally terminating the tenancy. This means giving the tenant written notice, as specified in the state’s termination statute. If the tenant doesn’t move (or reform—for example, by paying the rent or finding a new home for the dog), you can then file a lawsuit to evict. (Technically, this is called an unlawful detainer, or UD, lawsuit.)
State laws set out detailed requirements to end a tenancy. Different types of termination notices are required for different types of situations, and each state has its own procedures as to how termination notices and eviction papers must be written and delivered (“served”). An eviction notice is meant to inform tenants that a legal process of eviction is about to begin if the landlord grievance cannot be resolved. If the eviction is not based on a particular grievance, there is generally a much longer deadline to respond – up to 30-60 days (as opposed to 3-5 days for many issue-specific notices in some jurisdictions).
If the issue is confronted and legal requirements are adhered to quickly and competently, a tenant may be able to delay the process for weeks or even months, or even prevent the eviction from happening altogether. In any jurisdiction, an eviction notice must provide all the information a tenant may need to understand the landlord’s reason for eviction, and all the information needed to respond within required time frames, in order to be valid. Legal eviction processes begin only if a tenant doesn’t use that information and respond appropriately before the deadline. Courts determine what kind of information is necessary and how it must be presented. In most states, a landlord can give an eviction notice for a tenant to move without giving any reason. The time allowed under state law for such a notice is usually 30 or 60 days, but it may be as short as 20 days or as long as 90 days. There may be different time periods if the tenant has lived in the unit for a long time, is a senior citizen or is disabled. The requirements also vary if the tenant is receiving federal housing assistance, or if the reason for the eviction is a condo conversion. Some states or cities require landlords to pay relocation expenses to senior citizens or disabled tenants or for units that are being converted to condos. Despite your best efforts to build a good relationship with your tenant, sometimes the relationship goes sour. Even if you’re a good landlord, you’ll probably have to go through the eviction process at least once in your career. Maybe a tenant didn’t pay the rent, maybe he’s disrupting the other tenants, or maybe she’s damaged your rental property. If you wish to evict a renter before the expiry of the Utah landlord-tenant lease agreement, you must have a cause.
In Utah, you may legally evict a renter for any of the following reasons:
• Expiration of a lease
• Wastage or nuisance
• Violations of the lease agreement, and;
• Non-payment of rent
Also, you cannot evict if you’re legally discriminating against a protected class. The protected classes are on the basis of pregnancy, familial status, national origin, sex, religion, and race. Again, Utah’s evictions law prohibits housing discrimination on the basis of source of income or color. Remember, the renter will also be given a chance to present their case during the eviction proceedings. As such, if you’re in violation of any of the lease terms, the case could be ruled against you.
