I think you do a very good balance of personalization and immersion!! Like, you craft a compelling world, and when I read it it feels very genuine and loyal to the setting, but you also balance well as an RPer addressing certain statements as a narrator!! So, you use your narrative power to explain things in a way that doesn’t break the immersion.

There was the clacking of dusty, worn-out leathery boots against the rough ground. Then there was the sound of a harsh pant. The sharp chuckle. The stuffing of the bullets. The click of the gun. 

In the distance stood a tall man. He wore dark leathery clothing that had pieces of silver laid out all around his buckle and shoulders. His hair was overshadowed by the thick brim of his hat. And underneath that hat was a wicked smile. A gold tooth stuck out from upfront.

“You got thirty seconds, partner,” he sneered. “Or else this bullet goes straight through your skull.”

A youtuber named DramaMama did an investigation of all this and found that while Laurelai was not involved in originally creating Shinigami Eyes, she is now involved in the project.

Take what you want from this; I've personally stopped using Shinigami Eyes due to all of this, and because I've known trans allies and trans people to be falsely flagged as red due to confusion and/or outright brigading by transphobes.

I had some preconceived notions. I had seen accusations against the creator of ShinigamiEyes floating around Tumblr, but the accusations were always accompanied by someone saying they were false and were invented by TERFs. Knowing first hand how untrustworthy TERFs are, I believed the accusations must be fabricated.

But at your prompting, I headed to Google. What I found are some serious accusations against a trans woman named Laurelai Bailey, but here's the thing...

She's only named as the creator of ShinigamiEyes in TERF articles.

If you actually go to the ShinigamiEyes website, it's cited on the bottom as being created by someone named Kiran.

I am being genuine when I say I can't find any trans organizations talking about this; if anyone has a legitimate source, an article etc going over what happened, I welcome it.

Here's the top google result for "shinigami eyes creator":

The first result is a terf-run website. This article is badly written anti-trans propaganda lacking substance, and claims that the extension was made by Laurelai Baliey.

Laurelai seems confirmed by outside, non-TERF sources as a person who has been accused by many people, including other trans women, as being abusive, toxic, and even worse things. But whoever this woman is, I doubt she's the actual creator of ShinigamiEyes.

In this post, @cryptidcalling notes that the creator of ShinigamiEyes is known as Kirandraws on Reddit, and as noted before, the ShinigamiEyes website says "Made with <3 by Kiran".
