thinking about this page and how, even though his wording is very subtle, gen actually prefers the stone world to a modern one and maybe doesn't really want to go back... hmmm

maybe gen is the one to tell senku to stop his quest of saving everyone, to finally let his father go. stone world science can do impossible things, senku proved it himself, but maybe some things shouldn't be done, even if they are possible...

oh and they can have a fight too. senku would call gen selfish for not wanting to save everyone, the number of lives lost to petrification must be massive. and gen would agree; he is the most selfish person on earth after all

Stanley Snyder/StanXeno HCs nobody asked for but I’m doing it anyway cause they’re in my brain 24/7

-I feel like Stanley would have a knack for music just as much as he does for marksmanship. Like I could totally picture him playing/owning a guitar in his youth and maybe using the vibrations and sound waves from the amp to aid Xeno in some experiments

-Personally, I don’t think Stanley is strictly mlm, but I do sincerely think the only person he will ever truly love in his life romantically is Xeno. Like I feel as though when he was younger he never came out to Xeno bc (conservative Texas/Christian upbringing) and so he dated a bunch of girls to hide the fact that he was actually pining for Xeno the whole time.

-Xeno, on the other hand, is strictly mlm

-Stanley struggled with poverty at some point in his life. He envied Xeno because of his functional family life and how well off he was because like Xeno, the Wingfield parents were also geniuses. For a time, Stanley couldn’t differentiate the love he had for Xeno with the resentment he had for his own family, which aided in him creating an aloof persona around him and fighting inward battles on whether he was in love or jealous. (He was in love)

-Had a *very* difficult upbringing. He joined the military right at 18 to escape his domestic life, never showed face again, and cut off all contact to his family.

-Stanley and Xeno lived across from each other on the same street

-Fought with himself for a long time during his adulthood on whether what he felt for Xeno was deep admiration or love

-In the stone world, the reason his attire screams flamboyance is due to the fact that societal norms have all but collapsed, and he is finally allowed to be who he actually is due to the fact that everyone cares more about reviving the rest of the world than if Commander Stanley had romantic feelings for another man.

-Xeno and him are married but like, secretly. They exchanged small rings and really only Gen knows about it
