do you by chance have a Demeter design?
She is my fav goddess
Kinda? I did this drawing some time ago, but I'll probably do some tweaks here and there on her design later.

"Demeter Enraged"
Digital
11" x 17"
A sharp pain seized Demeter’s heart,
and she tore the headband out of her flowing, divine hair,
And threw a dark cloak over her shoulders.
Like a bird of prey she sped,
Over solid earth and fluid sea,
Searching.

I've been thinking about Demeter.
I wanted to allow Demeter to feel and express her emotions of agony and grief. A lot of the time, I see Demeter grieve silently as the world gently withers away, but in reality, if your daughter disappeared and you discovered she was in The Underworld, which basically means she's dead, you'd be screaming at the top of your lungs as you sob uncontrollably. And that is what the image is, Demeter finding out what happened to Persephone. Demeter's body reflects the state that the Earth is in. When winter draws near, her body grows thinner and pale, she appears older, and her hair falls out like the leaves in the trees.
As you can tell, I like emotions.
