Meet cute

Chainsaw man, Asa & denji, fluff

One shot, 470 words.

It was a nice breezy afternoon, the streets were relatively deserted and some of the restaurants were starting to close for the night.

Walking by, a worn out girl could be seen from the windows of the restaurants.

She seemed to be fairly exhausted, as if the notion of walking itself was too tiring for her to continue.

Asa sighed as she carried on with slowly strolling across the street, "High school is going to be the end of me..." she said, while looking down at the ground.

The only thing she could think of right now was her soft, comfy bed. After such a long school day, she needed a proper rest.

Until she noticed a commotion outside a cafe nearby.

"Get your hands off me, man! You can't go pushing people whenever you want!" Yelled the boy who stumbled away from the café entrance.

"For the last time young man, you have to keep quiet while you're inside the café! There are customers who get disturbed by your loud demeanour. Next time, try to keep your mouth shut and we won't have to make this conversation anymore." Said the man in the cafe entrance, and shut the door with a loud thud.

"Ugh..dammit.." Said the boy, walking away with a frown on his face.

It was only when they made eye contact, she noticed she had been standing still and staring at their banter the whole time.

She was searching for a quick apology of some kind, something that would make the situation less awkward than she intended it to be, but all that came out of her mouth was a quick muttering of words.

“Oh. Um… sorry. I’ll be… I’ll be going now.” She mumbled as she avoided eye contact and quickly walked away from him.

"...wait a second," said the boy, which made her stop in her tracks. "Aren't you from the Fourth East High School? I recognise that uniform.." he said Eagerly.

Which made asa turn around to ask how would he recognise it..and to her suprise she was shocked to find herself talking to that annoying chainsaw man fan she met on the school's rooftop.

She felt mildly annoyed by this realisation, she really wasn't up to a chit chat about chainsaw man. Further more, she could not stand a sore loser pretending to be chainsaw man.

"...I guess its because we study in the same school?" She said irritably, while clutching onto her bags handle.

"Yeah, no shit." He said in a matter-of-fact voice. It seemed as though a light bulb went off in his head and he Shamelessly said "Hey, have you heard about chainsaw man? He's totally awesome. Wanna talk about him?"

Asa wasn't having this. Rolling her eyes, she made a mean glance at him and walked away.

Leaving him standing alone, dumbfounded.
