The Milky Way galaxy with its colour and structure is revealed in an exposure of only 20-seconds near one of the lodges in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile. We will be going back here in the middle of May when the Milky Way orientation will look like this by 10pm and after midnight the galactic center will be directly overhead. There are also some large beautiful night sky objects that can't be seen from North America like the Eta Carina Nebula and Large and Small Magellanic clouds. We still have some spots left for our San Pedro workshop from May 18 to the 24th so send me or @yuribeletsky a message if you are interested in getting all the details and joining us.
