More Tenma Siblings Headcanons from the top of my head

Ok this one's more hurt/comfort-ish than my last one

Tsukasa's first creation in terms of script writing and song is actually a really scuffy lullaby made when Saki first felt really bad in the hospital after THE show (the one that made Tsukasa want to become a star).

Tsukasa decided to put on his first self-made show with a song specially for her.

When Toya first came to them upset (specifically the "Never Give Up Cooking!" Flashback), Tsukasa puts on the exact same show for him as well. In his logic, it's because of how well it worked for Saki, but in a more outsider's sense, it's a Tenma initiation. Toya has no escape now. He's stuck as a Tenma.

While the song is really REALLY awkward and scuffed (he's literally a pre-tween leave him be), it becomes a staple between the three.

Eventually, as they grow up, the song does get less awkward with some tweeks in lyrics, rhythm, etc.

It was a bonding moment between them as well, song-writing together. It helped both Saki and Toya discover their absolute love for creating, just like how the song was Tsukasa's first step to creation.

It became a habit for Tsukasa to at least hum it to them when they're cuddling, or when he's comforting them. Toya came running from home and needs a place to stay? He runs his hands through his hair while voicing out the melody. Saki's gets a sudden hit of separation anxiety? She hears the faintest hum coming from her brother, who doesn't mind at all that she's clinging onto him so hard.

This results is both Saki and Toya humming the song whenever they're stressed. Saki sometimes get scolded in the middle of the test for humming (she didn't even realised she started). VBS silently wonders about the melody Toya sings before shows.

There's an area conversation between Emu, Tsukasa and Kaito, where Emu asks Kaito if the flowers always sing the same song. Kaito responds "No, they sing other songs. But they like to sing this one. This song you're always hearing is a song very special to Tsukasa" (or something along those lines). And Tsukasa snaps his finger and went "oh, so that's why it sounded familiar!"

Yeah. Yeah it's this lullaby.

Tsukasa has a bunch of blank memories from his childhood because of how often he suppressed his emotions,

(Fun fact! Suppressing so much emotions can cause amnesia! A really funny thing considering Tsukasa is canonically really forgetful <3)

But this lullaby is the biggest constant thing from his memories. Basically an anchor that his childhood was actually his if that makes sense.

(This one is a bit incoherent sorry I really didn't know how to word this one out)

Saki has separation anxiety due to being ripped away from everything she knew at a young age, and while she thinks she doing better now, she still gets a sudden hit of it randomly.

Days like these, she either asks Leo/Need to hang out, or ask Tsukasa or Toya if she could go with them to practice

The first time the entirety of VBS (-Akito since he's met her earlier) meet Saki, they're majorly confused on why she's there. They're also super confused on why this girl keeps glaring at Akito when Toya's not looking.

Emu is absolutely ECSTATIC that Saki's there. Nene and Rui seem to think having her there offers some sort of improvement too. (Rui's trying to get in her good graces)

Mafukasa swap au, with in game screen cap edits

Things that swapped:

- Parents level of overbearing (Tenma’s are incredibly suffocating, while mafumom is well intentioned but left mfy alone far too much)

- roles in the group (Emu is WxS’ leader, while Mafuyu is Niigo’s)

- appearance of Sekai (Tsukasa has a more monochrome/depressing vibe, while Mfy’s is fanciful and colorful)

- outward persona (Tsukasa is the golden boy, perfect at everything, well mannered, etc. while Mafuyu is outgoing, confident, helpful (even when it’s not asked for), etc.)

Things that did not swap:

- Gender, and therefore school’s they go to

- which group they’re in

- familial situation outside of parents (Tsukasa is still Saki’s older brother and the Tenma’s are still close with the Aoyagi’s, Mfy is still a single child)

- Tsukasa is still the one with memory issues, so Mafuyu is influenced by bad memories from her past from the get go instead of slowly remembering them (she is still completely unwilling to actually engage with said memories even if she remembers them though)

- Which VS’s they start with (Mafuyu is just miku, Tsukasa is Miku and Kaito)

Other important things: (if interested)

- Saki and Tsukasa’s relationship is a lot more strained, Saki has incredibly conflicting feelings about her brother and Tsukasa always has his front up, even around her, so they can’t have a proper conversation

- Toya also has a stilted relationship with Kasa, both the Tenma’s and his father tended to compare the two boys. So while he still looks up to Tsukasa, he has some reservations about weather his admiration is genuine or just feelings implanted in him from the adults. Toya’s much closer with Saki, as he visited her a lot in the hospital (initially at Tsukasa’s request)

- Mafmom is a single mom, and a doctor. Needless to say she is busy *a lot*, bcs of that she’s always needed Mafuyu to be self sufficient and responsible, far before the age one could reasonably except for a child. She still loves Mafuyu very much and always tries her best to give her daughter a free and happy life

- Rather than an actor, Mafuyu found her passion in writing poetry. She wants to become the best poet of all time, which is what leads her to writing lyrics for K’s songs. Only the best composer could possibly support the best lyricist after all!

- Mafuyu’s love of writing comes from remembering all the times in the past her mom would come home late at night, looking exhausted both physically and emotionally, mfy would stay up to see her and then the two would cuddle under the blankets and read together. In those moments it would really feel like none of the rest of the day existed and all those pains and anxieties would slip away from her mother as they were transported to another world in their stories

- some time into this ritual, mafuyu started writing her own stories for her mother, and while Mafumom said she loved all of Mafu’s writing there was something special about her poetry that completely dispelled all of mafumom’s bad feelings and just let her live in the lines of text

- after that poetry became mafuyu’s life, and her Sekai is built off her desire to help people feel better with her work.

- Tsukasa’s Sekai also doesn’t match canon mafuyu’s it’s not built off his desire to disappear, instead it’s his desire to be his own person and figuring out who he even is in the first place (the other three can enter his sekai due to their shared desire of wanting to be themselves without getting hurt for it)

- Tsukasa hopes that by acting, he might resonate with a role and it’ll help him learn more about himself

- since they’re in the images, fun fact, Ruikasa kizuna rank title is ‘charity case’ (in place of 1-2 weirdo wombo combo) due to people assuming perfect, golden boy Tsukasa only started spending time with Rui because Teachers were hoping he would keep Rui out of trouble and get other students to look at Rui more favorably (thus Rui is Tsukasa’s ‘charity case’)

- while kanamafu’s kizuna rank is ‘please take a break’ due to both of them trying to constantly get the other to take better care of themselves. Mafuyu always saying Kanade needs to eat and sleep rather than composing all the time, while Kanade is desperately trying to make Mafuyu realize that working all day and putting ‘110%’ into everything she does, is infact unhealthy and not ‘the work ethic every good writer should strive for’ (it is not working on either end, Kanade is too guilty and mafuyu is too deep in denial)

I have a lot for this au, but making certain things is,,, difficult. To say the least

⊱ at the begging of your relationship, Akito just thought that it was one of your interests, weird but still interest that makes you happy

⊱ but one day when he was walking to your house, he noticed your shiny ring on the ground so he decided to give it back to you

"Hey babe, you lost your ring. Here you go, it was basically right next to your door."

"Oh no, I didn't lost it, I left it for crows!"

⊱ ginger was too stunned to speak ALRIGHT IM DONE WITH BULLYING THIS MAN for now...

⊱ he was frozen in place, not knowing what to say except for small "What-?", let's just say that it took you some time to explain your passion for crows to him

⊱ at first he'll think that you don't have enough friends so he tries to meet you with some new people but he quickly realizes that it's not it

⊱ when he sees or hears how passionate you are about it, he knows that there's no way of getting you out of this weird hobby of yours, so he tries to be supportive for you

⊱ if you leave something shiny on the ground, he never picks it up, instead he'll leave it there and tell you about it to make sure you actually left it there on purpose

"Hey, YN, you left something shiny on the ground, is it for crows again?"

⊱ Toya knew from beginning about your interest and he didn't mind it, in fact he thought it was interesting

⊱ when you got into relationship tho, he often heard you talking to them and that's what made him worry, of course he doesn't tell you that immediately as maybe you were simply bored back then, but when it repeats, he decides to talk with you about it

"My love, I heard you talking to those crows in your garden. We're you bored? If you are, you can always call me, you know that, right?"

"I wasn't exactly bored... I just like talking to them!"

⊱ after that he tries to understand your point of view about your... little friends

⊱ but slowly he gets used to you talking to them, he's still a little worried for you but he sees how happy they make you so of course he won't tell you to just stop

⊱ after some time he finds it kind of adorable how you really treat crows like they're your friends or maybe even kid

"Were you out talking to crows again? How are they?"

⊱ Tsukasa hears that you're absolutely obsessed with crows from others, but people like to talk so he still wanted to keep contact with you

⊱ after the two of you got into relationship, he quickly discovered that you really ARE obsessed with crows, but it's not like he minds!

⊱ that is untill he finds you out in public, just talking to crows like they're responding to you

"My co-star, what are you doing? Hm... Well then hello my dearest friends of my lover, I am Tsukasa Tenma!"

⊱ he really thinks at first that it's just some kind of performance and decided to join you

⊱ when he discovers that you were being serious, he's a little creeped out by you... but he can't help but see the smile on your face whenever you interact with them and it makes him happy as well

⊱ he played house with Saki when he was younger so this can't be that much different, now can it? He still treats it as a simple play but your smile is absolutely worth it

"YN, how are our friends doing today? I hope good because I have planned something special for all of us!"

⊱ Rui, similar to Tsukasa hears a lot of rumors about you, and that made him interested in your person so he decided to get to know you better, and he's glad he did!

⊱ after the two of you got into relationship he was even more interested in you and was observing you more often

⊱ one day though, he noticed how you throw shiny ring on the ground so he asked you about it

"Darling, might I ask why did you throw ring on the ground?"

"It's a present for crows! Do you think they'll take it?"

⊱ he quickly catches on and decides to play along with you

⊱ sometimes he even brings some shiny parts he doesn't need just to see how happy you are when you can give it to the crows

⊱ and after hearing how you talk with them like they're answering you, he decides to ask you to teach him the crow language

"I would be delighted if you could teach me how to properly talk with crows. I can return the favor somehow~"

hehehehhe. you guys are so so niceys to me btw. cries

awawawa so tsukasa tenma. world future star. he isn’t too different from canon tbh. he’s still loud as always, got that high ego, got those memory issues and everything. his past isn’t much different from canon either. his goal to be a star still came from wanting to make people smile like shows made saki smile, but he forgets that, etc etc you get how it goes. but yknow. n25 swap. he isn’t doing great.

he tends to set high standards for himself, and he’s been trying really hard to get into the acting scene, but it hasn’t been going well. the constant failures have slowly but surely been weighing on him. he’s got a lot of frustration building up, and all that has definitely hit him in the self esteem department *just a tad*, but he does not acknowledge that! cause of course he doesn’t. he’s tsukasa tenma, he’s going to be a star! a star like him doesn’t have time to worry about stuff like that. all he needs to do is keep pushing forward, keep trying harder and harder, just don’t think about the past and all the constant setbacks and he’ll be fine! probably. he has to be fine after all. what kind of a star would he be if he wasn’t?

saki and toya do notice smth’s up with him, saki especially, but tsukasa being tsukasa he lies to them, both intentionally and unintentionally. by that i mean like. like he genuinely Does Not Know he’s not fine. he is just avoiding thinking about his own negative feelings too much, so he just does not fucking realize. when he’s confronted with the idea that he might not actually be perfectly fine, he’s genuinely confused. so when he’s asked if he’s okay, he says yes, because he’s sure he is. and sure sometimes he gets a little down, and he does intentionally lie to them those times, but its simply nothing his siblings need to worry about, so there’s no point in telling them! they don’t need to know, cause he’ll be okay! he can deal with it on his own, he *has* to deal with it on his own, he’ll (repress it) get over it soon enough! no need to worry them :)

like i mentioned, tsukasa’s also the only one still actively doing theater at the time of the main story. he loves it, he’s dedicated to it, he hasn’t given up on it yet. and he gets to be the one to get hw back into it. yayayayay. i like to think hw is very fond of him, like rui and nene were w/ emu. here’s another one of their group who holds so much passion for theater and loves it, and who hasn’t given up on it. they believe in him. its like living vicariously through him. yk. they might not know each other too well yet, but they hope it goes well for him.

and like idk but the thing about tsukasa and theater is that its So important to him, he’s devoted so much of his life to it, he can’t see himself doing anything else. he doesn’t have a driving motivation for it, he can’t remember it, but all he’s sure of is that he has to reach this goal. so like. when faced with the idea that maybe he *isn’t* good enough to become a star like he wants to, its terrifying to him. so he just. doesn’t think about that. every failed audition, every rejection, every setback is a reminder of that though. main story gets him to his last straw. which is fun!

again. main story ideas are giving me trouble. and i’m still figuring stuff out. so not elaborating too much on what happens. but after a series of events tsukasa remembers and gets the rest of hw on board w/ trying to do shows again. cause like, again they don’t know each other that well but tsukasa does care about them, he wants to make people smile and his friends are included in that. he wants them to enjoy shows again. he wants his friends happy. and w/ enough persuasion hw joins him and yayy they become a theater troupe. yippee :3

i might have more thoughts to add later. idk. i’d add a fun facts section but i already mentioned everything i had for him in past posts jdhfgdfjkgl

Whoops my finger slipped here's the lore for the swap au (I like to call it the Date with Destiny au lmao):

ONCE UPON A WONDER:

- Clown Tenma siblings but its Saki this time

- Kohane clown because in canon she's a fan of Phoenix Wonderland so I thought it would funny

- And the Mizurui duo 🤡 🤡

- Mizooks and Rui get permission from Emu and her family to use the stage

- And they become a super cool clown duo fulfilling Rui's middle school dreams

- They're like Percival and Jackson the Cost and Ho-Host 😍😍😍😍 (inside joke lmao)

- Kohane stumbles upon the stage while hanging out in the theme park

- Saki also finds out while hanging out at the park, bcs she wants to do lots of cool things now thats she's out of the hospital

- They literally all have one of those rotation schedules on the wall or smth on who has to test Rui's inventions next 💀

- But I know for a fact the first time they had to Saki volunteered first and she like nearly died or smth

- And then they found out she was recently in the hospital and they're like "WHY TF DIDN'T YOU TELL US" "AAAAA I NEARLY KILLED SAKI"

-And she's like "I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUN!!!"

-Its canon now I don't make the rules

- A lot of their shows center more fairytale-like themes of magic and hope and whatever bcs I love fairytales and their designs just turned out that way

- Princess Saki real I love her

- Tsukasa comes to all their shows bcs he's a good brother

- This is where he meets Rui it all works out in the end see

- Ruikasa nation is fed but only bcs I ship it more than I do Mizurui whoops

- When Kohane first joins she's literally so nervous

- But hey she's the cool ringleader now also bcs I designed her outfit that way

- Also bcs I love Kohane

- Slay queen be confident keep all the clowns in check

- Ringleader Kohane real she keeps track of all the technical stuff and writes their plays like Tsukasa except less crazy <3

- Ans then Mizuki is literally like Rarity or smth all their cool costumes come from them

- Mizuki so talented

-Rui is still the cool director with all his cool robots

- Tobey from Wordgirl who? William Afton who?

- And then I hear Saki gets into composing and whatnot I think but even tho it might not be actually canon it is now

STARS LOST TO TIME:

- Discord gang woohoo

- Tsukasa emo Tenma sibling 😔

- Mafuyu is. Mafuyu.

- Shizuku sad arc

- An chills with them of course

- They've each got their own stories to relay when they're with each other

- Shizuku talks about anything and everything really, but sometimes tells them about when she was an idol

- Tsukasa goes on and on about theater bcs he's still a theater kid how could he not be

- An tells stories of these funky group of kids who come by the cafe every so often and seem to be great friends (guess who)

- And Mafuyu doesn't really like to talk at all

- Before their main story, they all think the sekai is theirs alone

- Tsukasa would gift plushies to the virtual singers

- Shizuku had books to bring

- An brought cool music for them to listen to

- And Mafuyu was the one who would visit the most, having many conversations with the virtual singers and just spending time with them in general

- When they saw what new gifts the others would bring they would be like "oh cool where'd you guys get that"

- "idk it probably manifested from ur feelings?"

- Miku and Luka don't snitch 🤪

- They would all visit often at their own times and somewhere never came across each other

- Until one of them sent the wrong music file on the server and they all clicked on it and ya yeeted themselves in

- They all collectively thought "OH NO THEY'RE IN MY SEKAI"

- "wait"

- It became the Spiderman pointing meme

- An: "bruh Hoshi guess who I met at the Cafe today

- "who"

- "ur childhood friend"

- tenma tsukasa takes about a few minutes to rember who. He has the worst memory ever bcs this is how it rolls around here.

- "OH WAIT U MEAN TOUYA-"

- ok so within lore of how they all got to here

- mafuyu is still mafuyu

- tsukasa is well.

- cmon u guys he's perfectly angsted up as is he just needs a little... shaping

- he takes a few moments to have a brain instead of going "HAAHA UN A STAR OF COURSE IM MENTALLY OK"

- horse man. ARE you ok?

- Shizuku is also perfect she's just her but sadder and on Discord here

- even if she's horrible with tech

- she always has the worst call quality of the four

more of my randomized group swap and their shenanigans

Vivid BAD SQUAD (An, Shiho, Airi, Saki)

saki doesn't understand why her friends are so intimidating they're really just softies that love girls when it comes down to it

shiho gets recognized at gigs because her sister was a former idol (and later, gets recognized because shizuku is an idol again) and every time shiho has to pretend like she doesn't know who her sister is

even funnier is that airi will sometimes save her by going "oh you mean shizuku like my girlfriend? the famous idol shizuku who is dating me?"

an shows up to rehearsal one day mumbling "emo boy" by ayesha erotica under her breath and the other girls are like "BUT AREN'T YOU A LESBIAN AND DATING AN EMO GIRL???? WHAT IS THE TRUTH AN SHIRAISHI"

the groups before the merger were An and Airi (who went by the name BAD/GALS) and Shiho and Saki (as Viva la Vivid!)

Nightcord at 25:00 (Mafuyu, Touya, Emu, Kohane)

emu has to go to their SEKAI at least once a week to get the rest of them out of there and to school

kohane made a joke about emu being a letter away from emo one time and emu thinks about that every time they hang out now

touya and kohane immediately tell mafuyu to get some therapy and emu is just sitting there in the SEKAI after mafuyu makes her grand speech like "well maybe i could write a song so happy that it cures mafuyu-chan's depression"

the other three are shell-shocked when they find out that emu's family runs Phoenix Wonderland, and yet none of them actually do any research on emu before meeting her in person in the SEKAI for the first time so they don't know what she looks like

mafuyu's user is still Yuki, touya's is DOGdaze, emu's is WONDAHOI, and kohane's is KuroKoha

Leo/Need (Haruka, Honami, Akito, Kanade)

akito makes fun of his sister for being a cutesy idol despite him literally being in a cliche-ass band with his childhood best friends

haruka was literally a former idol and should have been given every opportunity to play the piano again and yet she sucks at it so hard when the band gets back together for rehearsal the first time

akito and kanade become friends again because their significant others are involved in a shady online groupchat and they vent to each other because what if it's a fucking cult???? what then???

haruka and akito are frenemies but only on akito's side because HARUKA WAS A FORMER IDOL AND HE'S JUST A FUCKING BASS PLAYER????

kanade almost immediately took to guitar and her dad (who was a street busker for the majority of his life) got upset about her being so naturally attuned to instruments rather than her being better at songwriting than he was

Wonderlands x Showtime! (Minori, Mizuki, Rui, Ichika)

mizuki & rui cause nonbinary circus chaos everywhere they go

ichika and minori bond over the fact that their partners are in leo/need (and minori is astounded when she finds out that ichika also has 2 girlfriends in vivid bad squad)

minori goes fucking berserk when she learns that rui is friends with a member of the ootori family

everyone but minori is trans and minori's the ULTIMATE cis ally

minori often gets lead roles, ichika is the secondary actor, mizuki is pretty much a wild card, and rui directs and produces the shows as well as plays smaller parts

MORE MORE JUMP! (Nene, Ena, Tsukasa, Shizuku)

again, loser tsukasa tenma real in all timelines

once nene and ena learn that tsukasa is close with rui, they will never ever shut up about him dating a clown (shizuku tries to remind them that rui isn't actually a clown, nor is tsukasa actually dating him. this does not dissuade them in the slightest. in fact nene even goes to ask mizuki and mizuki says "yeah they're gay keep scrolling")

ena and nene are best friends and have sneaked out of at least 1 rehearsal to watch VBS

shizuku offhandedly mentioned once that it might be nice to look uniform with tsukasa wearing a skirt and he hasn't looked back since

tsukasa wants to pretend like he's the actual leader of the unit but shizuku is actually in control here
