Paige tore her acl a month ago and the rest of the season was up to Azzi. Paige and Azzi were secretly dating. They didn't want their relationship to overshadow their team or how hard they worked to get to where they are now.

Paige had decided for the first months of recovery that she would go back to Minnesota with her family. At first, Azzi wasn't very happy with the decision, but she knew it was best for Paige.

Paige was somewhat mentally and physically better, but emotionally she was missing her girlfriend. Paige had gotten the yes from her parents that she was able to go see Azzi.

During practice, everyone was extremely weird. Ashlynn would smirk at Azzi and then when she asked her why she was acting like that she just shrugged her shoulders. Aaliyah rushed Azzi out of the shower and into her sweats.

Nika smiled at her strangely and lead her to Ashlynn's car. "Ash is taking you home..I won't be home tonight" Nika spoke to her pushing her into the car. "You guys are weird" Azzi mumbled pulling out her phone to text Paige.

Her first notification was that Paige had stopped sharing her location. Weird.

A💗: why did you just sharing your location?

A💗: Paige??

A💗: why are my texts green?

Azzi sighed leaning her head against the window. "Have you talked to PB?" Azzi turned her head to look at a smiling Ashlynn. "Nope"

"You're lying"

"Stop talking" Ashlynn squealed trying to make sure she didn't spoil anything. The car came to a quick stop in front of Azzi and Nika's apartment. "Thanks Ash"

"Wait before you leave someone wanted me to give you these" Ashlynn smiled handing Azzi a bouquet of pink and white tulips. Azzi cooed looking at the roses. "Love you" Ashlynn yelled and pulled off.

Azzi began walking to her front door seeing it wide open with flower petals on the floor and a gift basket in the doorway. She covered her face with her hand laughing. "I love her so much" Azzi whispered picking up the gift basket full of Paige's hoodies, shorts, candles, and other small items Azzi likes.

Azzi began to hear "Never Knew I Needed" by Neyo play from her bedroom. "Paige?" Azzi cheesed following the petals on her floor. Walking into her bedroom she saw Paige on crutches holding more flowers and a small black box.

"I love you" Azzi smiled covering her face with her hands. "Come here baby" Paige spoke pulling Azzi into her for a hug. "I missed you" Paige whispered kissing the top of Azzi's head. "I got this for you" Azzi looked down at the black box and saw a necklace with a P on it.

"Don't cry baby" Paige pouted hugging her girlfriend.

"I love you so much"
