Many weeks ago I woke up at 3am to make an absurd purchase.

Yesterday I got the notification that he HAD ARRIVED.

So at 10pm I rolled on over to my local Depot to pick up my new best buddy

But I had made a grave miscalculation.

I couldn't find any of my dozens of tie down straps in my car. All there was was an inflatable kayak, and 5 pairs of skates. Why do I travel everywhere with 5 pairs of skates you ask? Because sometimes I like to 🛼 and some times I like to roller blade.

Anyways, I had to get creative.

I passed a LOT of cops (ACAB) on my way home, because they like to harass my neighborhood nightly. But even though I had a giant metal support structure strapped to my roof with laces from my 5 pairs of skates I did not get pulled over. So no one got to see my buddy riding shotgun with me.

My routine is completely thrown off and I have to try to socialize 24/7 in the space where I usually can unmask and the whole time I sort of know I’m doing an awful job of it, but I can’t do any better because it takes everything I’ve got just to suck at it.
